Really cool store, clean and spacious. Lots of room upstairs for tabletop gaming!

The place has plenty of space for card games, for d&d or tabletop games. Decent range singles and other tcg to collect. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Great shop with plenty of tables to use, whilst the miniature selection is kinda on the small side the paint range is plenty big enough. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. It's great to have an FLGS in the area!

I played Boltaction here in their upstairs game room. The staff are easy to get on with and one female staffer came up to make sure the AC was going because of the heat. There was plenty of buildings for an Urban battle and lots of game mats, I was pleased with the experience.

Speaking only from TTRPG perspective, there are lots of spaces available and they offer all the basics. Nice atmosphere and very chill.

I haven't been to the store a lot but when I have visited the staff have been friendly and helpful. They stock most of the popular TCGs and have a respectable board game selection which is my personal area of interest.

Store dosnt even open on time. Google says 10am but store didnt open till 10:30 today. This store often has issues with opening late.

I loved the customer service

Was in the store today to buy some MTG products the 2 guys working today could not care less about customer service. Iv had dealings with one of the individuals on more then 5 occasions I think he works most Saturdays but was working today. Every encounter with this individual has been unpleasant. The Staff employed at Narellan & Campbelltown will be the downfall of this Business. I dont really write reviews but the customer service is on another level of disgusting.

Ordered dice from these guys over a year and a half ago, I'm still waiting for them. Tried inquiring about it, only to have my email bounce.

The Game Centre was once a vibrant and diverse venue for all your gaming needs, nowadays it’s full of drama within the staff group and from what i’ve heard personally with staff AND customers. Management need a training course in PR and just generally more training in all sectors of business management (Especially operations). It’s so sad to see this community slowly deteriorate over the years and lose all credibility. In saying that, Thank you to the original Game traders staff. You always lit up my day and made coming into the store a positive and delightful experience. Can’t say the same now. Honestly, you’re better off buying products literally else ware as the markup is extreme here, but in terms of community, as far as i’m aware it is gone.

Previously a 5 star experience under Gametraders. Ever since the switch, the card descriptions for conditions have been a mess. I could always rely and count on the condition report being accurate. Now its a wild bag... NM can be a crease, scratches and obviously played before. The team is otherwise friendly and offer a decent service. Not to mention, It's now impossible to even get your order. Shipping takes MONTHS. Partial refunds left right.

You won't find a better place for table top gaming

Horrible service since the change in ownership. Recently went to the store on a Sunday with literally no other customers in the store to browse/purchase MTG singles from the latest set. I prefer to shop in a physical store to support local businesses. Unfortunately was told by staff 1. MTG singles are no longer available for public browsing 2. The in-store kiosk to electronically browse is not functioning 3. The latest cards have not been added to their website and not sure when that would be. So the only way I could purchase cards was to recite FROM MEMORY the exact cards I wanted. I went to the store ready to spend good money, but instead was essentially shooed away by staff who either had no interest in serving a singular customer in an otherwise empty store or whose hands were tied by new-mismanagement - Perhaps both? It is clear that management and staff at this store no longer care for the local MTG community. I have personally spent an embarrassing amount of money on cardboard at this store and have previously recommended the store to many of the MTG community. I am saddened by the state it is now in, and won't be returning. 0/10 Grade F I award this store no points and may God have mercy on the owner's soul.

Prices are reasonable, however wait times for TCG singles orders and preorders are pretty long with very little communication on progress. Staff in person are generally friendly however most are unhelpful with concerns and generally seem like they don’t want to be there. I’ve called in advance to confirm orders for pickup only to arrive and have my order be cancelled or incomplete.

Glacial order fulfilment on trading card orders and some of the staff make it painfully obvious that they dont want to be dealing with customers.

The store is beyond a mess after Good Games took over. The staffs don't care if you're orders are getting fulfilled nor processing the buylists. Avoid!

If you're wanting to trade in cards, don't. They will do nothing but waste your time. Ever since their takeover by Good Games they are no longer a friendly game store. Experience went from effective communication, fast, same-day processing times, and great energy to staff who talk to you like they couldn't care less, with processing times from same transaction to 24-48 hours, and up to 5 days if you're getting cash for things. Their online store also doesn't differentiate stock between locations. Campbelltown currently does not allow you to use store credit at their location due to a system problem, so after then driving all the way to Narellan, I discovered all the paints I was after were all at Campbelltown with no way to check this prior. Staff will also tell you different information, and wait until after you've signed things to explain more limiting factors like wait times. The 40-50 minute drive out to them used to be worth the time and petrol because of how fantastic they were; this spark is now gone. Went from amazing, bought by Good Games, to now awful. Steer clear.

5 weeks to fulfil a singles order only after missing an email and adressing it when I took the time to call them up. Cards were missing from the order that I had placed even before the set they were from was released. Customer service has decayed and it looks like they no longer do card singles which is a good thing. Sad because they were once so good but have truly let things go. No communication on buy lists either and when called up they had no idea when they could approve any buylists other than magic with no reason or timeline set.

I ordered cards 4 weeks ago and have not received an update on my order. I contacted the store 2 weeks ago and they informed me they would ship them that week. Shipping status still showing nothing delivered yet.

It's been 3 weeks with no updates on my order. Im reasonably patient with local sellers but this is absurd. Edit: Received the order after 5 weeks, well packaged and cards in good condition.

I ordered a card from this store, it took 3 weeks before they refunded my order. They had poor communication during the 3 weeks. I would recommend ordering cards from this store as they may just take a month to cancel your order.

Ordered cards 3 weeks ago received no communication that there would be such a ridiculous delay, emailed for an update and got no reply. Still no mention on their site that they have issues fulfilling orders.

Used to be great, now everything has gone downhill. Orders are not getting fulfilled and buylists are not getting approved with no communication whatsoever.

I used to exclusively purchase my singles from The Game Center - Narrelen because of their amazing postage & handling times, but since the end of 2022 (since the merger with Good Game), there has been a dramatic delay, and I am hesitant in any future purchases... Since last Dec, some of my orders were forgotten (I had to chase up), had cards no longer in stock by time of postage, and took over a month (almost 2) to arrive... Hope the situation will change back to how it was..

These guys are friendly, have a huge collection of stock and are probably the cheapest MTG and Pokemon singles place around. Two areas to improve are 1. having a better way to select version of cards in the 'import decklist' feature of the website (the current way is glitchy and not as smooth as other places); and 2. the shipping speed has to increase. It's not uncommon to wait 3 weeks for an order to arrive, which is just far behind competitors. It's at the point where I choose other places whenever I need a specific version of a card or I want the cards quickly (you know, FOMO and burning desire and all). Any TCG player wants their product quick and three weeks feels like an eternity, especially when your son runs out to the letterbox everyday hoping his Pokemon VMAX has arrived.

Best pies from the best guys with the best eyes!!! Also not a terrible shop to play games at....as if you didn't come for the pies!!! Edit: no more pies :(

love this store so much but lately its been a less good experience same staff dont look or talk like they want to been there which much you experience abit S@#T and now you cant just walk in there and buy cards i tryed today to buy 5 cards and was told (sorry you can take them today we have to ship them out and itll take a bit of time as we are 1 month backlogged) i understand the backlogged but that has been the same reason for the last 7 months it takes 1 2 or even 3 weeks to get an order living the shop to be sent in the post buy you all want us to bring our cards in within 3 days of doing a buy list make if fair and do the same after we buy cards and let us take our cards that we buy from with in the shop home on the same day we payed for it or ship our good within a good time frame not week or weeks later

Holds your money for 3 months to order something on your behalf, and then doesn’t fulfill the order; so now you have to pay double to buy the product from scalpers. Not a very “Premium” experience.

Absolute waste of time. Pre ordered three months ago only to have it cancelled. DO not pre order from these people it is NOT guaranteed. they just take all the orders and pray it arrives.

Excellent store. Love the people working there, community events and the general store vibes. Unfortunately I've had nothing but bad experiences ordering singles from them. I've had to wait up to 3-5 days now to pick up any orders (every other LGS I've dealt with has a wait time between 2hrs to 1 day), and most of my orders had cards that couldn't be located" despite being available at the time of order. Hopefully things shape up and I can count on the store to be my dependable LGS."

Fantastic environment to be In or around , the establishment sells a wide variety of singles and products which are fair priced so it never feels like your over paying. Staff are friendly and welcoming , and btw , the store runs Local tournaments weekly from a variety of ccg and tcg events.

Definitely TCG and board game heaven! Staff are great, selection of accessories are diverse and the collections of cards are all sorted by game franchise and alphabetized. Definitely frequenting here when I have the time!

Really cool shop just wish it was closer to my home

Really enjoy shopping here for my Warhammer needs. Always plenty of stock in models and paints, and this included other brands like The Army Painter etc. Friendly staff who are always up for a quick chat and discuss painting and play of the game I love so much. Also the retro pinball and arcade machines are a really nice touch. The set up of the store is really cool and eye catching. Great work on the great store.

Has a lot to see and proper seating for cars games. Highly recommended.

Extremely unprofessional when it comes to try to get your money back from them, they will block your email address if you mention of opening a dispute and they will tell you to be more polite" when you are just trying to get your money back after your order got sent back to sender because of the carrier thinking your address doesn't exist. Will never buy anything from them again and you shouldn't buy anything from them either when it comes to buying stuff online from them Also they will also screenshot your conversation if you message on their facebook page"
