I brought speaker cable wire came home connected it all to speakers than the Yamaha stereo I got kept surging out so I rang these guys he goes cable wouldn't make it surge out I said if it wasn't I wouldn't be ringing I have receipt I said if I don't get me money give the red and black cable idk I might vlog these guys shame them walk around shop recording on me phone of wat I brought yesterday it's so wrong

Asked my daughter to head here and ask the staff for a replacement power supply. We provided a photo and all the technical information. They completely ripped us off by selling her the most expensive POwer supply they could which is 3 times (yes 3 times) the cost of any alternative! I’ve previously sent staff to jaycar as the staff have been helpful, honest and did not rip them off. Not any more be warned these guys have jumped the shark and are now just trying to rip off consumers!

I called up the store today regarding my 3D Printer that I was given to me for Christmas and I was experiencing issues with it. I spoke to the duty manger Daniel who was more than willing to help me with sorting out the problem. When I rocked up to the store Daniel was waiting for me and when I told him the issues I was having with my printer, he needed to turn it on to test it. Once he saw the issue happen he automatically swapped it over for me with a brand new unit. I can't thank the Marsden team enough for going above and beyond to help me today in resolving my issue, Daniel you and the two gentleman's in the store today did an amazing job. I'll definitely be back to that store for my future purchases.

Lisa you are Amazing!! Lisa was the manager on duty today who served me and my 7 year old son. She was an absolute delight to deal with. My son said on the drive home that he wanted to spend all his pocket money and tooth fairy money at that shop and wants that same lady to serve him every time. They are the most useless unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. bought a drone that I have trubble useing when I put my ph on it I can not use the buttons on the top. .I payed 367 for it then got an exstra battery a 52 dollars only to see you can buy it with to battery’s for 397 took it back one week later to show how I could not press buttons and being an Asian with his little girl hands had no trouble. Round two bought a caravan aerial had it sitting for 6 mouths went to install it and a peace was missing so I when to the store and was told buy the same Asian there was nothing they could do asked if he could contact the supplier and see if he could get the peace he just said no it’s not sold separately thanks for nothing .i does not take a lot fore someone to try and held a customer . So why ask when you have no intentions on trying to help

Jaycar Marsden Park NSW - came in to ask about a small item and staff are welcoming. Duty Mgr - Hani stopped with what he was doing and immediately asked to help me out. They don’t carry the item I was looking for however, Hani provided several solutions and options… really helpful. He really truly cared and wanted to help. Great store…. Thank heaps!

Went into the store 13th Jan. Besides having what I needed and getting efficient service, the consultant gave me some advice which ended up being critical in sorting out an issue we were having re digital TV reception. Much appreciated!

Never takes long before I am acknowledged or offered assistance. Always professional. It is the kind of place you go to when you (kind of) already know what you need. I suspect they could point you in the right direction if you didn't.

Didn't have what I needed in stock but we're able to order the items I needed in from another store.

As a regular Jaycar customer, I was appalled by the level of customer service at this store (the staff at my local Jaycar (Penrith) are great. I went in yesterday (24-6-20) to get a few items for a DIY speaker project. I was at the components section for 5-10min and not one staff member approached me asking if I needed help. This is despite one worker that was quite close by, he did however, seem more interested in playing the arcade game that was on the shelf. When I asked him for help, he was quite abrupt and more or less brushed me off. Then, when I went to the counter, the guy behind the counter, wasn't that much better either. Suffice to say that I will no longer visit this store & will instead stick with my local store @ Penrith

Friendly and helpful staff, able to find everything I needed to fix my circuit board problem.

These guys helped me with a solar project and gave me the after sales back up I needed. Special thanks to Koy and Steve for some admin help as well.
