JB is always a messy barn, but the exhange process is quick and painless. I needed to exhange an iPhone for a different (more expensive, of course ...) model and it was easy and the staff were very helpful. Just with non price fixed (Apple!) stuff to always look online for the same thing at a competitor. JB are NOT cheap, but they will price match if you show them.
Reliable. Popped in to quickly grab a set of gamer headphones (a gift and something I know little about) The person who assisted me was honest and was able to answer my questions. They listened to what I was after and gave me the time I needed to consider. Staff at the register were patient. Just really like this store in particular. Each time I've popped in, it's clean and welcoming. Thanks!
I visited the store last week and was assisted by both Jessica and Benny, they were both friendly, professional and tried to do as much as possible to help. I was happy with my purchase and will definitely do all my future JB shopping at this store.

Went into the Greensborough store early Jan’25 and purposely ordered the Garmin Fenix 8 (43mm) to try on before spending $1,699. There are no Fenix “try-on” watch straps available in the size I wanted. I was informed I could order it in and try it on before buying, as who would spend that amount of money on a watch without trying it on?! A month later, with several calls in store and by phone chasing it up, I was finally told “it’s in store”. I was meant to have received a text message letting me know. Upon visiting the store today I’ve now been informed for health & safety reasons I can’t try it on. What a total waste of my time!

5 star review for a guy with a funky hairstyle at the Nintendo game section at Jb Hi Fi at Greensborough Plaza (pretty sure his name was Collen). He was super helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the Nintendo Switch games and helped us to choose right games for our kids and ourselves. Thank you again!

terrible service.... waste my 2 days waiting for delivery. No call or text. After i called them 2 days in a row and call gets passed to 10 different peoples and at last i got informed that order hasn't been processed yet. this is going to be my last purchased from JB hi fi.
this was my second time buying a piece of tech from jb hi-fi greensborough and both times i was met with exceptional customer service. Sai was extremely helpful and friendly, he made some great conversation with me and my friend, and i left with my new headphones.. and a new friend!!

Excellent customer service, went in to buy a soundbar, they didn't have it in stock so staff organised a link to buy online with a further discount on the item.
One if the worst JB stores I have been to. The lady at the checkout counter had poor customer service skills and attitude. Callum you are the only saving grace for customer experience, keep up the good work.

JB Hi-Fi Greensborough is the best! The team there is always super helpful and knows their stuff inside and out. We especially love the customer service from the guys in the computer department—those guys really know their tech and are always willing to help us out with whatever we need. For both our business and personal stuff, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for always looking after us so well!

Absolutely Amazing Staff at JB-Hi-FI Greensborough, I had a very unfortunate circumstance with my monitor and I was so stressed, but the staff were very understanding and all did their job well, but speaking with Kirsty (Manager on Duty) she was attentive to my unfortunate circumstance, she was so very polite and made my whole experience as stress free as possible - she helped in any way she could and I just wanted to write a review showing my upmost appreciation! Staff quite helpful
I walked into the shop and immediately got yelled at by an old man. He was an employee and he verbally harassed me. After he said ‘oh I’m just joking’ but who says that to a kid?! This happened on the 25th may 12:55pm 2024

So many rude and miserable staff... I feel like that people are such an inconvenience to them. The security are probably the most polite people in the place. Guess what.. you did not manage to suck the life out of me.. I did however waste tonnes of your time on purpose because you were so rude... I enjoyed that.
There are no negative reviews in my mind this place is much the same as everywhere I go as you treat people as you would like to treated one gets the best out of people. EG I said I want a laptop that does this etcetera and add your the expert in this area ,he replied this is for you . Done I say . can't remember his name tho theses 2 guys 1 red head and dark headed guy was very professional with his dealing with me .thanks team

JB Greensborough. I went in with a specific need for some entry-level tech and got exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and as a side effect of my purchase, even saved me $10/month on my phone bill.

A boombox I bought before christmas $229 at your store and saw same thi g at Officeworks for $160......they say best advertising is word of mouth, trust me, it wont be good if I have to say something about it!
The lady had a weird haircut and a lot of piercings but she was very helpful.
Little bit slow getting service at JB-HI-FI in Greensborough, but besides that, plenty of stock and is just like you would expect it to be.
Staff at this store have really gone downhill the last year. I've had aggression from some staff members and sheer incompatance from others. Go to a different jb hi Fi this one isn't it

I have a medical condition a trigger for which is noisy environments. I went to the Greenbrough store fully armed with all the information I needed to buy sound cancelling headphones. I should have been in the store for about 5 minutes, but I was unable to get help. The Sony headphones were locked in a cabinet so I could not just grab them and leave. I eventually stood there with my fingers in my ears and waited. I gave that up, went to the payment desk (still with my fingers in my ears) and asked for help. They said they would send someone, that person did not come and eventually my husband found someone. This all took about twenty minutes, it may have been less, but it was still long enough that I will take a few days to recover. This is simply not good enough. I realise that I am unusual, but staff should be available to help people. It turns out I should have read the google reviews about the service in the headphones department before attending the shop. I should also say that when I was helped the staff were very helpful and kind. I was by that stage a bit confused and quite distressed. I must thank them for that.
This isn’t my regular local JB but my man Thomas definitely just made it so. Most helpful and genuine guy which made my shopping trip next level. Definitely one of the better JB Hi-Fi I have been in around Melbourne. Thanks Team!

Refused to change shirt purchased 5 minutes prior as shirt was wrong size as bag was carefully opened. Assistant asked manager who couldn’t have been more rude. She must have been having a bad morning. After 20 years will be looking for another JB.
