Friendly customer service costs zero, and after the rude and condescending manner in which I was treated in store today, that is exactly the amount I will spend here. I was searching for an adapter for an old trailer and found one online marked “In Stock” at Penrith Repco, only to go there and be told that “In Stock” doesn’t mean in stock at all - rather, it has to come from a warehouse and takes 1-3 days. Misleading enough, but it was the rude way in which the employee spoke to me like I was stupid for not knowing what “In Stock” meant, which has prompted this review and my resolve never to patronise this business again. I bought the adaptor from another business and it was 25% cheaper!

Never busy, and plenty of parking available outside the HomeCo complex (but not undercover). Centre itself is never busy and has a small coffeeshop/cafe.

I'd have to say this store and layout is top notch. Everything you'd need and if it's not in stock they'll get for you...Staff are very friendly and informative. A must visit everytime I visit Penrith. AAA+++ 🤙🤟

Repco Penrith is the only auto shop I will go to. Quality service all around. But most importantly the staff are awesome. Especially Dannielle. She knows exactly what you need, and has always gone out of her way to assist me. Extremely friendly and knows her stuff. Many good things to say in that regard.

Guy by the name of Declan was super helpful and got me the right vacuum hoses for my Holden. Very professional. 10/10

Was having a bad day , I was rude as hell and Craig still gave me 100 percent customer service. I know how hard it is to be nice to customers when they're like how I was as I have worked in retail previously , I will say it again I was having a bad day. Repco, I think you might owe him a pay rise.

I wish if they put the right times of opening hours I finished my night shift and I had to wait more than half an hour for them to open 😡

I am extremely disappointed in the rude, condescending tone I just received during a phone call to this store. I have absolutely no problem at all that they couldn't help with my enquiry, however the way I was spoken to was absolutely disgusting. Not a store I will shop with again following this encounter, although I feel they wouldn't really care much! Not ok.

absolute rotten filth, my daughter buys a globe for tail light & gave the actual old light to the sales rep who provided her then with the wrong globe - then they refused to refund saying its now open & forced her to buy a 2nd one, just scummy behavior, would give zero stars if I could, some creep taking advantage of a woman who didnt know the difference.

Absolutely disgusting the way I got treated, the young bloke in glasses had no clue what he was talking about. Made me feel like an idiot when he didn’t know who made my car (it’s a vw Passat). Then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have filters and oil for my car, another lady came to help and got all my parts for me and was incredibly helpful, completely different to the young bloke. shows how much the management is lacking in authority and care. Utter failure to the automotive industry and such a disgrace to the company. If I could rate 0 I would.
