Jaycar Electronics Campbelltown

My visit was nice and easy…. Went to get a back up alarm battery and the lads over at Jaycar helped me out. 😊. Seen a few cool gadgets in store and will be visiting soon.

Have bought odds n sods, never been any issue,, but today I asked for part for my brass monkey fridge, james n staff went out of their to help me out, absolutely cheers boys

Walked in with a vintage Macintosh motherboard. not really knowing much about it and looking for some guidance. Joseph was the nicest and most helpful employee imaginable. Gave very clear advice and directions to get the board working again. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Amazing!

Not going back there ever again Purchased a step down transformer when i got home realised it was wrong ratings Havent even opened it went back to see if they would return it for me they said oh we dont return transformers, went back home looked into their return policy and it said nothing about not returning transformers. So i went second time to return and the guy there refused to return it claiming that it has been open and plugged in even though i have not even opened the box In saying that i have always been customer of jaycar but that was it never again

Service is great. My grudge is with their “points” system. For example I spent 100s of dollars there. I had $20 dollars store credit with them. Only problem? Well they expire and those terms and conditions are hidden well. I dislike deceptive practices. Be transparent! Tell your customers! But they don’t. Hence the warning ahem review. It only lasts 6 months. Not even a year. No. I was out by couple of weeks so I went online and got it cheaper anyway. No longer customer at Jaycar. Go online. It’s cheaper.

Absolutely in love with Jaycar! They have everything an individual may require in regard to electronics, including, but not limited to, 3D machine fulfillments, and so on. The staff members who work here uphold a high level of professionalism and are quite knowledgeable. They are very helpful in directing me to the appropriate things and assisting me in locating them. Highly recommended shop!

James was awesome as I wasn’t real sure about getting a portable solar extension. He came out to my van to check connections and explained in easy terms that I could understand and I got 3 metre extension thanks James. Great customer service

Great customer service here. I visited Jaycar a few weeks ago to purchase a battery tester and a new cable for my game console controller. Within about 10 seconds of entering the store I was approached by a sales assistant, who politely asked if I needed help. He found what I was after quickly, and showed me to the sales counter. Quick and efficient. 👍

The staff member that served me really knew their stuff. Well Done!

I went in to return a product my husband purchased earlier in the day as it was the wrong fitting ( husband's fault). I was served by Bradley, a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable young man. I went back yet again and we finally sorted out the correct items......he was very patient while I phoned my husband for verification.

The Staff and management is awesome I'm a regular customer the James and Alex can't help you enough.

I had purchased a Christmas Tree for my Grandmother in August who had just moved into an Aged Care Facility & she was soooooo excited to decorate the this tree in her room. Sadly she passed a month later but I decided to still put it up in the dining room of my home & decorate it exactly to suit her, however when I put it up & when to turn the lights on (fibre optic) nothing worked, I went back to the shop where I bought it & they couldn’t help me other then to tell me to go to Jaycar cause they might be able to. Although I had no idea why the lights weren’t working I took the power leads & transformer to Jaycar. The guys kind of looked at me with a giggle & explained how everyone sends them there even for things they can’t help with. The guys were EXTREMELY nice & they all looked at the transformer & told me what they thought even though it’s not something they usually work with there & told me it was definitely missing a certain part which they did thankfully stock, they spent a nice amount of time with me trying to help & discussing it between them all for a 95 cent part. I was expecting to spend a lot more & was willing to in order to get the tree working. Sadly for us that wasn’t the issue but the guys were absolutely amazing & such great helps do a massive thankful to them for their help 🙏🏽

Jaycar Electonics is my go-to place for some basic electronic items. Recently I went here with my nephew to buy a 5m audio cable. He did not know the place as he hasn't been there before. But I told him he will like it there coz it's a man's/boy's shop. He was hesitant but he went with me anyway. At the shop, the staff knows what I am looking for and immediately showed me the cable I was after. My nephew got his eyes on the electronic cars and laser guns plus he got to play with the video game on display. Then he saw a small robot toy and played with it. I was already telling him that we're leaving but he was having fun and would not leave. Oh boy, he surely liked the shop. Now he said he wanted the robot toy for his birthday... hahaha.

I always enjoy shopping at Jaycar at Campbelltown. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very generous with their knowledge and always help me out of I'm unsure of something.

The only downside to Jaycar is I have to travel an hour to get there. Thank you Ella for providing me with honest information to help me make a more informed purchase today. Will definitely be making another trip to Jaycar in the future

Everything you need and more! Staff are friendly and eager to help you find what you need without hesitation. The staff are also quite knowledgeable which is an added bonus. Clean and tidy and plenty of stock.

Always receive great customer service and experienced staff offering assistance as you walk in the store. A+ for effort

All but one particular staff member were lovely, this certain member (didn't catch his name) sat behind the counter on a chair, rudely interrupted myself and the other worker laughing at me asking for a certain product. Had a whole attitude about him that was extremely unapproachable. The place also smelt absolutely horrid. As if someone had took a dump on the carpet and rubbed it in.

Not as low price as online but for a quick purchase on electronic items, Jaycar is the way to go.

Great staff, Great products. Great service. Elle is magic, great store product knowledge. It does not get any better than that. A true electronics store... No kitchen fridges here, but car off road fridges galore, drones, toys, mobile phone add-ons, power supplies, inverters, solar panels and just real good old fashioned hard core electronic components and so much more, no one would be disappointed with their vast range. Do yourself a favour, check them out ! :-)

Helpful and friendly staff. This shop is full of amazing stuff for people who like to make things. Lots of tools . Also has a good range of stuff for kids who ate into physics and computers. Prices are reasonable and parking at the front of the shop.
