The clearance racks for clothes here are cheaper than other Targets I've been to. Kids clearance stuff from as little as $2 its great. Clean store and staff are nice.

Why have a customer service line if you are never ever going to answer a call!!!!! Every other department also never answer phone calls!!!!! What are you there for !

I had to do a refund but I didn’t have my receipt and when I went to the original store they wouldn’t even search my transaction but the lady here at Narellan named Rachel at customer service was so lovely and helpful and got it done quickly for me. Such a wonderful experience and she was very helpful with explaining their refund process to me!

Might as well just have gone to Kmart. So much stuff is Anko. Always was a Target lover but no more. Too much cheap junk.

Unfortunately I have had to change my good review from months ago, today I purchased a dress from this store & was assisted at the auto check out ,when I arrived home I found the dress still had the security tag on it, I rang the store & was told to bring it back (50) kilometers from my home.I asked if they would compensate me for this & was told No we don't compensate people for our mistakes. What a joke they are, the person I spoke to told me to do what I like when I said I would go to fair trading. I WILL.

If there is a zero star I would give that for the customer service. Today I was in a rush because closer to school pick up times, so I quickly got what I need and I had also small baby with me was crying, so I quickly went to self checkout I start scanning the items and some of the items had security tags I called the staff member couple of times but she seems was in the middle of organising something she didn’t respond, I couldn’t wait for the staff long as I was in a rush already, then I thought I will scan the all items and then I come to her so she can remove all security tags for me at once. Then I realised I got one item wrong size and told the staff I quickly change the size and will be back, I also told her I nearly scanned the all items and do not touch my bags. I got the right size and then I see the staff opened my bags and was taking all the items one by one and called another staff and suddenly they were start checking and she said to other staff all the tags still here. I said to her I told you about that already, I said I called you but you didn’t respond and then I thought once I scan them all then I can take it to you so you can check and remove all the tags at once instead of coming and going (always people do that anyways). Then both of the staffs were acting like I did something wrong started to checking and then they realised all the items were scanned and paid, finding nothing wrong from my end. I felt so bad, disrespectful behaviour, staffs should never have to open my bags without my presence. I have no problem if they can do it in my presence. Unprofessional rude staffs, if they have problem better come and talk to me without doing something from my back. Despite the fact that she already knew about the tags because I already told her then left but she still did what she think was right. What they really think? what I would do with those tags after scanning and paying them all, obviously I would want them to be to taken off. They did not even apologised what they did. I just was in so much rush I also quickly left but Target have to teach the staff member on regular basis about the rules and regulations, staff should never touch customer belonging without their presence. Today I had very bad experience, I shop at Target very regular but was very disappointed at such behaviour of both of this staff member. I hope they will learn and improve their service for better.

On that day, I and my wife went shopping for the kids and we were the last customers that day. After self-checkout, 2 staff including a senior staff member, checked our stuff in the trolley for a couple of minutes and recounted the stuff 3/4 times. Finally, they didn't find anything wrong with us and said they were looking for tags! All the staff were watching their hunting! We felt embarrassed by their lying and now we try our best to avoid Target Narellan. I never had this awkward experience before. Love shopping at Target but obviously not at Narellan as it recalls my bad experience!

Didn't have what I needed but has a lot of everything else

Very large shopping centre with all mager shops and many small shops.

Very bright in the store. You might get a headache from the intense flurolights. I try to keep my experience short in the store for that reason. Prices are ridiculously high. You may find a cheaper deal at David Jones. Store always clean, organized at narellan

I had to get dolls pram which was only available at this store and staff was so helpful. They come to the floor and helped me find it. Big store with a lot of stuff available. It’s even better the online target. You can easily find things. Will go back for sure

They're not very responsive to phone enquiries. When you get on the phone, they won't be able to answer your questions about the available stock. Don't bother calling, they'll just hang up on you.

Beautiful shop ... great prices and good variety but most importantly..good quality. The staff are always helpful and cheerful which makes for a great shopping experience!! I will continue shopping there as long as they dont turn political as they are doing in the states!!

Most enjoyable shopping experience. Target has always been a favourite of mine, well stocked, quality & variety. Cashier very pleasant...we need more middle aged Cashier's who are caring, friendly & courteous. Keep up the standard of care

3 price scanners didn't work. So many items incorrectly priced. Very helpful floor staff though

Generally a good experience, good variety and quality products. But be aware if you try on more than 6 items of clothes they will think your stealing and will stalk you even at the check out

It was very good yestetday. Target was clean, tidy and the staff helpful.

Best store by far, everyone is super friendly, nothing is a problem. The store is immaculate with plenty of variety, and prices are fair. Customer satisfaction is always 👌 the only disappointment is the lack of checkout operators. Not everyone likes self-serve!

Great service no products matching our needs

My wife shopped there. She came out with bags, so she was happy.

I have been into the store a couple of times in the last month as I live in the country. A lady name Kerry has been on the door and her service is impeccable. She was so friendly and helpful and to me could train many in these skills as it is not common. Thanks Kerry.
