Beim frühstück hatte man eine kleine Auswahl und alles war ständig leer und wurde nie aufgefüllt. Das Abendbrot war noch schlimmer es gabe eine karte mit einer minimalen Auswahl die sich zwischen 3Gerichten nie geändert hat. Und dann gab es die leckeren Sachen auch nicht täglich, was wirklich ärgerlich war. Der Service war verbesserungsbedürftig.

Valentines Day! Tried to go to roof top with my date for a drink, only to be rudly turned down on rooftop that we had no booking and could not stay for any drinks. Place did not seem to be too crowded, some tables were free it was 8pm. We were happy to even sit at bar for a quick drink but was rudely turned away we could not stay, very disappointing and hostess was very rude in her response in sending us away. Very poor service sns attitude.

All the staff were helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and presented well. The roof top pool was amazing, the water was warm and the views of Sydney were amazing! I will definitely being returning to stay here next time i'm in sydney.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood and found the experience to be satisfactory. The hotel's location is convenient, situated within a short walking distance to public transport and a shopping center, which made exploring the area quite easy. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for rest. However, I noticed that the breakfast options were somewhat limited, which was a slight drawback. The rooftop pool and Skye Bar were highlights of the stay, offering a pleasant space to relax and enjoy views of the city. Overall, while there were some areas that could benefit from improvement, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood was acceptable and met basic expectations.

I had a wonderful stay. The room is clean, food is delicious and I got free drinks.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the last 12 months. We find the hotel very consistent and have not had any issues with our stays. The beds are comfortable, room is very clean and quiet. The front desk staff were super helpful, Particularly Ken. Its very well located.close to restaurants and the rail. We will be back again and can recommend.

We got upgraded to a top floor suite, and it was the most amazing experience we could ask for! The room was spacious with a gorgeous uninterrupted view of the Sydney Harbour bridge at a distance. All kitchenette and storage facilities in place. Smiling courteous staff. Great breakfast. Superb location - walking distance from Burwood station and bus stops.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Crowne Plaza Burwood. I left some groceries at the hotel for my brother-in-law to collect, as I had been assured by the receptionist that they would remind him with a call when he arrived. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and after he left, the staff threw out the fresh bagels and cans of juice, claiming they were expired.||When I contacted the hotel to address the issue, I was met with excuses and contradictions. The staff cited hotel policy and procedure after the fact, refused to take responsibility, and attempted to twist the story. After speaking with three different people who failed to provide a satisfactory resolution, I had to hang up due to the sheer lack of professionalism and accountability.||This was a waste of food, time, and effort, and a complete letdown. I expect much better from a Crowne Plaza property and would caution others to think twice before trusting their assurances.

This is a really fine place to stay. Service was excellent, the restaurant downstairs is fantastic, the sky bar is a nice place for a sundowner or swim. Loved everything about this place. It's a bit out of town but you aren't paying central sydney prices. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay

Peacefully located across the road from Burwood Park and close to Westfield shopping centre and heaps of eateries. The mattress is very soft and the pillows are very firm, so you almost feel like you are sitting up in bed throughout the night - terrible nights sleep. Multiple requests to multiple people for softer pillows were made over multiple days before anyone bothered to respond - and even then, the pillows did not feel soft, let alone luxuours. The rooms seem expensive given that it's located in the suburbs.

We had a fantastic experience with Crowne Plaza, the staff were amazing and the room was clean and very comfortable. It was my 30th birthday and needless to say they made it pretty special, we had been given a few extra perks which really impressed us. Special shout out to Nina and Ari, they deserve massive props. From the moment we checked in we felt valued. Every question was answered and help offered. The room was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and the service excellent. The only suggestion I could make would be to ask what wine you would prefer - red or white in the packages.

We love this Hotel, have been regulars for the last 5 months. The staff are respectful and very helpful. The location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. The trip from the airport since the M8 has opened is approx 15 minutes. To the city only 15 minutes. Special mention of staff member Adam, and all the front office staff, you have all made us feel very welcome. We will be back.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms, incredible pool and friendly staff

room is spacious and well maintained, however, housekeepers are not well trained, daily cleaning routine wasn't done properly. i.e. floor was not vacuumed, bath towels were short, consumables were not replaced like coffee pots and tea bags...., don't believe the housekeeping supervisors did any routine checks....., it's a pity! front office/reception staff were amazing, restaurants are well above the expectation..... Please get the room cleaned properly

First time staying here and def not the last! After years of staycations in Sydney, Crowne, Burwood has got to be the best! Spacious room, top view of skyline, nice rooftop pool, great cafe downstairs, short walk to Westfields and just overall a great place to stay!

I have stayed more than a dozen times in the past few months and each time there is at least one thing wrong with the room.. a number of issues: towels not provided, sewerage smell in the bathroom, floor of room sticky/dirty, coffee & utensils not provided, soap dispensers empty, room not made up in the morning. Each time there is an excuse from reception ‘towel delivery problem’, ‘housekeeping problem’ or the best is ‘fully booked’ (on a early weeknight unlikely).. how is this acceptable for a hotel? It’s literally your business to provide these as part of the service.

We have been staying regularly at Crown Plaza, Burwood. Rooms are very clean, spacious, well appointed and super comfy beds All the staff are extremely welcoming and respectful.

I have stayed at this hotel before & found it to be excellent in the past. However on this occasion the king bed was two singles pushed together & 1 of the single beds was leaning to the middle that created a big & uncomfortable “valley” in the middle. Also the bar fridge door is glass and the internal light would not go off which lit the room all night - I had to try and stuff a towel over it to darken the room. I had horrid nights sleep and felt unprepared for my meetings the next day. Upon checkout the front desk staff were very professional & apologetic and kindly credited my account a 30% discount & comp’d parking which was appreciated but I certainly expected more from this hotel - a good nights sleep is the absolute minimum requirement

The staff you were fantastic friendly helpful. We had an awesome stay, Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The gym was pretty good with the right amount of equipment we visited the pool but didn’t get to use it. It looks fantastic. we already recommended it to all our friends and family.

My family and I have stayed at Burwood on a number of occasions over the past two years. During this stay however we had a problem with the light not working in the bathroom which caused us a number of issues. Having raised the problem with the General Manager Sam at Burwood days later, he was so professional in his attitude towards my previous stay. for that reason, I will most certainly not be changing hotels and continue to support the Crowne Plaza and IHG. I stayed at the Crowne plaza Burwood for the very first time for a business trip. Location is great , rooms are comfortable , but what makes the experience is the staff , a special thank you to Ray who greeted me at check in , he even directed me to the car park and stood at the garage entrance to ensure I found it easily. Thank you also to Joel, Jian and Adam , exceptional customer service in both the cafe and restaurant . My stay was surprisingly quite delightful. For the location, I didn’t have high hopes. But the hotel was so clean and the rooms are so large. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight of my stay. The staff are also so friendly and always smiling and helpful. A shoutout to Ray at the front desk, who was very lovely and went above and beyond to make my birthday getaway very enjoyable!

This was my wife and I's first stay at Crowne Plaza Burwood (CPB), and I can confidently state that it will not be our last. Nothing was too much trouble for the personnel; the hotel and amenities were fantastic, and everyone went above and beyond to assist or create a one-of-a-kind experience. The CPB crew was a pleasure to be around, as evidenced by their smiles and one-on-one personal interactions. We dined at Onyx Grill Restaurant, conveniently located on the ground floor of CPB, and enjoyed the August set meal that Gian, the host, recommended to us (he is amazing!!). And this degree of interaction extended beyond the ground crew to the senior management team. Gareth, the establishment's executive chef, introduced himself to us and made himself accessible to discuss all the exciting new changes, and to have a laugh. Misfa, whom I believe manages CPB, also came over for a chat and a laugh over dinner. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Burwood & Onyx Grill Restaurant, and we look forward to returning soon!!

A $100 bond was taken without my permission even though the booking was under my mum's name and I was simply checking in to stay. The bond was never returned even though we stayed one night and did not do any damage. Hotel management stuffed us around for a couple months and blamed NAB for holding the money. NAB have said the money is held by the hotel. Enjoy the $100 I hope it is worth the bad public image. Update: Crowne Plaza never made any effort to resolve this for me, and still owes me money

Great hotel on the main drag in Burwood, an easy walk and your right in the middle of Burwoods famous restaurants and China town food vendors. The hotel was impressive as soon as I stepped out of my car. The cleanest car parking I've ever encountered. The hotel reception team was amazing and super keen to make our arrival and check-in really easy. The rooms are great, well furnished and really clean, no suprise considering the carpark. 😊 The bathroom is spacious and modern. There's a restaurant and cafe on site. Great hotel

When we arrive at midnight, the front desk told us our room was canceled by the manager and was provided to the other consumer even if they called me before and confirm I will definitely be there tonight. Room was flooded and no Tablet to order a thing ...Moved in the middle of the night.Then upon check out was told for my inconvinience if I live a positive review I would get ten percent refund, which never happened and they hold onto your bond up to ten days which is ridiculous. That does not seem for my inconvenience. It's more like a condition , but then they still don't deliver.

comfortable and good location for our stay over in Burwood

We were upgraded to the junior suite (we didn't request it!). The room was not very big, but has everything needed for the overnight stay. The beds are excellent, the pillows are too big, but everything is of a very high quality. The breakfast is served at the hotel's restaurant Onix and is really the restaurant quality. What is really standing out is THE SERVICE. 10 stars out of 5. Special thanks to the reception guy Alex, who made our stay EXCEPTIONAL: every, even minor, requests were addressed immediately and resolved beyond our expectations. Thank you, Alex!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Westfield, Chinatown, and the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was equally impressive, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. The breakfast buffet was another standout, offering a delicious and varied selection of food that I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, I had a great experience at Crown Plaza Sydney Burwood and would love to stay here again for my future trips. Highly recommended!

Went to the hotel for business and weather leisure. The location is great. You have the shopping centre close by for anything that you need. comfortable hotel great amenities downstairs highly recommend a buffet. unable to check in at the requested time hopefully that can improve next time.

We had the disability room. There was no disability chair in the shower and we had to phone reception to have the chair delivered. The room cost $329 which is excessive for not being in the city. Had to pay $100 deposit on arrival and was also charged $123.83 On checkout was told I had a charge for the parking and 2 drinks and they would deduct this from the $100 deposit. This did not happen. Still waiting for a response from the hotel

Great location if visiting Burwood.||The room was large, clean, well equipped and spacious.||The rooftop bar has great views towards Sydney city and the pool is heated which made it worth taking the plunge in despite the cold outside.||Artisaint is a very nice cafe downstairs that you can have breakfast, brunch, lunch or just a light snack. Alternatively, you can walk 5 minutes up the road, and you are spoilt for choice with a plethora of restaurants, cafes and shopping at your fingertips.||Would stay again when we have an event to attend at OP.

My first of many stays at Crowne Plaza Sydney in Burwood. It's a great Hotel. The location is convenient but the guest experience is what sets this place apart. The rooms are stylish, modern and clean. My room had a well stocked mini bar (almost a thing of the past these days) and a great view of the city skyline (see pic). The aircon is easy to work and effective. I ate dinner in Onyx Restaurant where Executive Chef Gareth Drew has assembled a team that serves creative and tasty food to suit most palates. Gareth is a welcoming host and was friendly and helpful with the menu. The Rooftop and Skye Pool Bar has city skyline views and a wide range of cocktails and drinks. It's chic, well appointed and very comfortable. If you're lucky Sabrina will be serving up the drinks - good fun and up for a chat. As a bonus, underground parking with direct access to your room is included with your booking. I have no connection to anyone associated with this hotel - it is however a place that I can't recommend highly enough.

unpleasant smell in the room. The bathroom amenities are casually placed on the counter without any storage box and only one cup provided. The bath towels and bathrobes are wrinkled and look like they have been used and then folded again. The bed creaks when you sit on it. The curtains are broken. The room has poor soundproofing. The sky bar and pool are dirty and messy. Overall, it does not meet the standards of Crowne Plaza and feels more like a motel.

1. When I was booking the room, it was indicated on the reservation that I could enjoy a 20% discount for Visa cardholders, and this was also clearly noted on my reservation confirmation. After successfully booking, I called 1800007697 to confirm that I could get an additional 20% discount on the estimated amount of 2074 AUD. However, after we checked in on the evening of June 27, the front desk staff refused to give me this 20% special discount. I was very angry about this, but there was nothing I could do, so I had to accept it. Today, I am writing to request a refund of the 20% discount. 2. Very Noisy for bus and car 3. Cleaning not good, even found chips underneath the bed 4. no park view at all as what advertised and when booking. 5. I booked a room for two adults and two children with two double beds, but the beds in the room were too small, making it impossible to sleep. After repeated negotiations, the reception finally agreed to add a single bed for free.
