We visited for a birthday party. There is an arcade which is fun for kids, while grown ups can enjoy food and drinks outside. There is also a rock climbing setup. Overall fun good place.

Great customer service with a welcoming manager who is happy to enquiry about your meals and your experience throughout your visit. Lovely manager - Kristie - always happy to assist and direct inquiries about the menu and other services at the hotel

It was a very busy $12 steak night. The steak was very tender and delicious. The staff were great and helpful.

Great service but terrible food. No idea how to cook a steak and the calamari was like cardboard.

Thus would have to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. Came here for breakfast and we ordered our food at 8:15 and got it at 9:50. The food was cold. We asked multiple times where our food was and they kept saying almost ready. We ended up leaving most the food and went to maccas across the road. $83 food crap. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Seriously I’ve never been this mad/disappointed. Also the eggs on toast!! The bread wasn’t even toasted. Wake up and do your job properly. This is a pathetic effort form the staff and lastly the place is dirty. Sticky tables and flies everywhere.

We came for the trivia night and dinner beforehand. The team at The Etamogah really looked after us and made us feel so welcome. Kristie and the kitchen crew were really good to with the meals and delivery. We'll be back again next week.

Kristie was lovely tonight, helped us out when asking questions about the new gravy (was so slimy 🤢) she also offered other replacement. You guys were out of t/a boxes but she took her time to look for something for us to use. 10/10 for Kristie 0/10 for the gravy.

Fantastic place to come together as a family. Place has massive screens n tons of things to do for kids. Best of all, pizza available after hrs makes it special!!

He took the time to engage with them, bringing so much joy and excitement to their evening. His thoughtful gesture and friendly nature made a simple moment incredibly special and emotional for all of us. Toby went above and beyond, leaving a lasting impression we won’t forget.

Our visit to Ettamogah was made unforgettable by the amazing kindness of Toby. After finishing his shift, he returned just to get ice cream for our three kids. He chatted with them warmly, made them laugh, and turned a small moment into something truly special. His thoughtfulness brought so much happiness to our kids and left a deep impression on us. If you love sport this is the place to avoid. Up until recently this was our go to for sport, unfortunately the management has informed us that the policy is now to have the sound on for tab racing even if there is noone actually watching it. Same story when it comes to putting sport on the big screen. Being the only people in the sports bar and being forced to watch the game on a small screen in a corner with no sound is pretty shameful customer service. I assume they will still show sport for major events but anythng outside of that go to one of the many venues which are more customer focused.

Food arrived at different times on the same order. All the food was cold regardless of when it was served. Other than the waitress with the blue hair who was lovely, every other interaction was less than average and the staff looked miserable much like the food
