I went into officeworks Hoppers Crossing today with zero knowledge of modems/ routers. I worker named Jesse approached me and assisted me with finding the right product, he was super helpful and showed me other options that was compatible with the wires I had at home, 10/10 for customer service and the product, thanks for the help Jesse, our wifi is up and running smoothly now🙌🏾💯

Horrible experience in click and collect at officeworks. I don't think I will ever click and collect. Long waiting time and staff not trained to figure out the status of order timely. Was told different things by different reps.

Why display an empty box on your shelf , when item is not available at your store

One of my favourite Officeworks. Very spacious and bright. Also very clean

Staff were great, couldn't find extra folders that I needed. While one staff member was getting the ladder, another asked if I needed assistance. Really friendly. And it wasn't heavily busy which was great

Very bad job on passport photos for my whole family, photos were very dark. When I tried to talk it out for reclicking the pictures I was told these photos are accepted by the AI system and no one really sees pictures on the passport except the officer when you fly. I had to redo all of the photos at some other place (not Officeworks) and pay for them again and they were far better.

Review for OfficeWorks – Hoppers Crossing Very disappointing experience! I requested a simple copy/scan, expecting the same smooth service I received at another OfficeWorks branch just last week. Instead, the morning shift staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. They told me to leave my document and wait two days just to confirm if they could do it—an unnecessary delay for such a basic service. One employee was particularly dismissive, speaking in an unprofessional manner and refusing to assist properly. This level of service is unacceptable.

I experienced poor customer service today from Charlotte, a staff member who demonstrated an unprofessional attitude. When seeking assistance, Charlotte stated, “I don’t know where it’s placed in the store and I don’t have time to find it now.” This response was dismissive and made me feel undervalued as a customer. Key Issues: • Lack of staff willingness to help • Dismissive attitude from Charlotte • Absence of basic customer service standards The interaction left me questioning whether I wanted to continue shopping with Officeworks. While staff may be experiencing challenges, this does not justify providing a negative customer experience. Exceptional customer service requires empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers, which was clearly missing in this interaction.

I was about to give negative review regarding the service I was waiting for more than 10 minutes to find someone I can get hand on office chair until I got Aziz to help me he was really very helpful person and have very nice customer service and also he took my box up to the cashier and got one of the carts I appreciate your help and I hope the manager read my review. Thanks again Aziz 🥰

Well organised and ver clean also staff is really nice

Very very slow service I was wait 1 and half hour wait just for one passport size photo Staff was free just time pass on the counter.

Greeted at the door asked if I needed help. Nice. Couldn’t find what I was looking for, asked a worker, Anthony for help. He helped by looking for stock in store very helpful and great customer service. Went to pay for products and Jada served me. Wonderful customer service. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one. Will shop here again.

What a bunch of jokers. After having waited 25 minutes for a click n collect I just decided to walk out of the door. The bar code was scanned a couple of times by two different staff and a third one asked me if I wanted any help. Short staffed was the reason cited. Why the EFF would you keep a stationery store open between 7am and 10pm with such slow ass to no ass service is beyond ridiculous. Simply pathetic.

Very helpful staff and friendly

Do not bother getting click and collect, took 15 minutes to get my ear buds even though there was only one guy in the queue served two other people before me. Clearly a sign saying click and collect line here! Their excuse was sorry I didn't see you, always quick to apologize but not do anything to rectify the problem.

I was there after a clock as the website says 3 in-stock, however I could find it in shelves, so I asked one of staff to double check. They said no stock. I decided to do click and collect.i drove back to home, literally 20 mins after they emailed its ready to collect. If the staff have been checked carefully it wouldn’t wasted my time.

The two young girls at the print and create section of the store are sooo lovely! Wish I knew there names always serve you with a smile and get jobs done as quick as possible.

Nice new store was fantastic but the staff are terrible. 4 staff behind the counter, 3 were talking amongst themselves and 1 texting on his phone. I ended up having to ask to be served and even then they called another girl to come and help. Store was great, customer service was terrible

Appalling Service. I went for the self service printing option. However after I paid, I had to go stand in line (I was only second in line) at the counter to collect my 2 photos (instead of being able to print them myself like at the other Officeworks. The young (brown-ish long open hair, short height) lady was SO Slow and Inefficient it was shocking. After waiting for at least 20 minutes, she gave me a sealed envelope with the photos. I took it and left. Luckily once I sat in the car I open the envelope to only find 1 of my 2 photos. I had to go back and tell her that, to which she looked so confused and had no answer as to why she only gave me 1 out of my 2 photos. Instead of getting on top of giving me my 2nd photo asap, she continued to assist the customer who was after me at Snails speed. After waiting patiently for another 10 mins, I was like is my photo ready, she said no and then another staff member said yeah it’s right there. The staff seemed indifferent to customers (PS it wasn't even busy when I was there). This lady was also particularly curt with the customer in front of me.

Waited 20 mins to get a photo taken after that spent another 30 mins to get a photo taken with accepted standards check it failed all the time . Had to leave without taking the photo . 1hr wasted for nothing

Lots of staff walking around the store being unhelpful yet only bare bones at the counters actually serving people. I'm currently watching 3 staff chat amongst themselves while I continue to wait in a long line of customers with only 2 overwhelmed staff members to assist. It's sad and disappointing 😞

Totally disappointed with their service and warranty policy, I bought an Apple watch on 17th December for my son's Christmas present, unfortunately we later found out that it cannot be configured with iPad so it is totally unusable for us as we don't have an iPhone. For this reason I went today to ask for a refund with the product intact but obviously already opened and Miss Administrator tells me that no refund can be made if the box has already been opened. So I have to keep something that is of no use to me at all? Sell it as a second hand item? I can't believe that a store as big as yours doesn't have a procedure for this kind of request, TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Drove all the way from Geelong to Hoppers Crossing for a product listed as in store - NOT IN STORE!!!!! You can’t ring because there is no option to check for stock. Manager offered absolutely nothing for the drive nothing. Have some decently and offer something because it was your fault and your systems. We drove all the way because it was a Christmas present. There is no excuse and it’s totally not appropriate to not update your systems. Too many staff standing around - how about do a stocktake. Don’t give us that the stock would have gone out this morning. If it did then it wouldn’t come up on the system!

What a complete S&@t show, none of the photo prints work, 45+ minutes(and counting ) to print 2 Photos. Not a good look for a new store

The new store at Hoppers Crossing is very welcoming, clean, spacious and tidy. There's a wide variety of stationeries for everyone. Plenty of parking is available at the front of the store for shoppers. I found everything that I was looking for and the staff was friendly.

Visited Officeworks Hoppers Crossing for a few printouts and ended up waiting 20 minutes at the counter while an apprentice was being trained. The staff seemed indifferent to customers. If the team member had paused the coaching for just a moment, it could have saved me 20 minutes of my time. Very disappointing service.

Very bad experience . Staff needs more training. They don’t know how to deal with the customers. Very very poor customer dealing skills.

Oh my goodness, Officework!!! I can't even begin to tell you how over-the-moon I was when I discovered your amazing new store in Hoppers Crossing! I just had to pop in today for my very first printing escapade. As soon as I walked through the door, I was absolutely dazzled by how clean and beautifully arranged everything was! And the warm, friendly greeting from the fabulous staff at the checkout? Just the icing on the cake! Now, let me share with you the absolute joy of my visit to the printing section—what an experience! I was welcomed by the wonderful Alex, who is just the sweetest person ever! He was so helpful and full of knowledge; I could have chatted with him for ages! Honestly, I didn’t even mind hanging out at the counter while my poster was printing. I came in for one print and ended up with three—haha! Huge shoutout to you, Alex! You truly made my day shine brighter! I can already tell that Officework Hoppers Crossing is going to be my favorite go-to spot from now on. It's not just because it's super close to my place, but also because the service your team provided was absolutely top-notch. Alex, keep being amazing! I can't wait to come back and see your lovely smile again! 🎉

Purchased a mobile phone and headphones. Customer service is great but we couldn’t get the desired colour of the phone. Those are out of stock and staff don’t know whether they are going to get it or not.

I unfortunately forgot to get her name but the young girl behind the printing counter this morning was a complete superstar who went above and beyond to help with my printing. Extremely friendly and efficient service ! The new store in hopper is great !

Not going to lie, I was so stoked about this store opening because it was closer to home. However, I feel as though the staff need more training because their customer service skills are lacking.

Terrible customer service , advisor computer team do not known how to manage time and help help customer , looks seem tobe busy but in fact they do not know what they do effectively Do not care what customer want

Came into the new store yesterday and WoW! Absolutely massive with something for everyone and the technology section is perfect! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Big Thank you to Simon for helping myself and my wife choose the right iPhone for our needs. He definitely loves his tech. Absolute asset to Officeworks and in general and top bloke. Hoppers needed this!!

WOW. Best store in Melbourne! Even City CBD Stores Can't match this store.

Decent sized Officeworks with long weekday trading hours 7am to 9pm. Currently well stocked as they only opened yesterday. Friendly staff. Untimed parking out the front. Large range of kids toys and educational resources.
