The host was very helpful. The microwave was not working so she got our food warmed from another room.

My hubby and kids often come to play here, not a big timezone but good enough. My youngest kid has a birthday party with friends today & They all had fun. The party deal is not including the food, so its a bit hassle to organise food ourself. Thanks to Fatima the party host for today, who is helpful to make it went well.

Leane was our party host today for my son’s 9th birthday. She was great with the kids, assisting with laser tag and with a couple of the arcade games that weren’t working. The party was very smooth and easy with her help!

We held a party at rouse hill Timezone with 50 kids in attendance. Our hosts were Victoria and Nic.. they were absolutely awesome and extremely helpful. They continually asked if everything was going well and they interacted with the kids ensuring everyone was having a great time. I would highly recommend having your kids birthday party at Rouse Hill Timezone, in particular asking for Victoria and Nic to be your hosts.

Had a birthday party for my daughter, we had Leane host it. From the moment we met her, she was great. She spoke to the kids coming to the party, had the party room organised. Staff took items to be stored away which allowed us to enjoy our time without carrying everything. Leane made the party great by being a great hostess and super friendly!

It's ok, good for small kids, many games needed upgrade or fix. Staff is very courteous and friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at the venue and Austin, our event guide was phenomenal in organising and explaining each and every steps involved in the process. He is an absolute pleasure work to work with and I would recommend him for anyone want an event to conducted at Rouse-hill Timezone.

Great Service by amazing Staff specially Party Host ,Shakaya for my son's birthday party. Food and cake has to be ordered from outside ,plenty of options in the mall. Party room was provided which is clean and has basic amenities like napkins, knife etc. Kids enjoyed and party host guided them well .

Shakaya was a great host, she answered all our questions, clear instructions and very helpful. Cleaned up the room for us as well. And we really enjoyed having Pita's party on a weekday. The kids got the whole place to themselves and it was so nice not to lose a child in a big crowd and all games worked and the place was clean

We celebrated my daughter’s 7th bday at Rousehill Timezone… Caitlin was our host, we couldn’t ask for more! She was well organized, kept us on track and helped setup the party room and cleanup too… the 45 mins allocated for the party room use felt a little rushed, given that 10 mins goes in setup and another 10 mins in cleanup… but otherwise it was a lot of fun and would definitely recommend booking here for your little one’s bday party

Victoria was an extremely graceful and kind host. She engaged with us right from when we arrived and helped us upto conclusion of our party. We made numerous asks about many things and we had late arriving kids to our party as well, but she supported and catered to all our requests promptly - with pleasant smile all through. Honestly, with such busy kids-play-centre and previous experiences with other play centres in the vicinity, we were skeptical when booking. But both, Timezone Rouse Hill and Victoria, exceeded much beyond our expectations. We would definitely consider this centre again and also recommend to others. Cheers to them and keep it up..

We had a birthday party on 9th October. Victoria, our host, was amazing. Thanks for the smooth experience, Victoria. Wish we had an on-site bathroom and earlier excess to our rooms as parents of the invited kids with younger siblings were struggling to find the space to sit with younger kids (eventually they left after dropping their older kids), and we had a lot of food and decorations with us. Though Victoria was kind enough to keep our stuff safe and bought it to our room when it was needed.

Few games were new that were not there at Macquarie park and Ryde time zone. Always fun, I wish I had bought some future options in time zone 1 hr pass; price has almost doubled in past 2 years. 🤯

Hosted a birthday party there yesterday . Kids had a blast but there were no seating provided to adults before the room was provided. Also the host did not really help in the room. We had to rush the whole cake cutting and eating for kids and adults. Also we were told that room would be decorated . There was one old ballon there and wrong name sign Happy Birthday.

Half the machines eat your money and don't work . Otherwise it was okay . Expensive though .

He was patient and helpful, even providing spare cards for kids who lost theirs with no issues. His assistance with accessibility during laser tag was much appreciated. Thank you, Nicholas, for making the day special! My only suggestion would be to have a toilet on-site.

We organised a birthday @TimeZone and the kids had a blast. Big shoutout to Victoria our party manager, she was by our side throught the event assisting us through a sea of excited kids. Thanks Victoria for making the event a breeze.
