Great ambience, staff is friendly. We love to go for chicken wings and chips. Always delicious and cooked well. Somehow, we found the portion is getting smaller, the size of nibbles, sauce is less too. But we are still happy with the flavours and service. Will keep on visiting.

Yummm, the burgers and parmas here are pretty delicious and filling! A wonderful, hearty meal indeed! The drinks here are also great - love the ginger beer and mango margaritas 😋👍🏼

Quite expensive for a burger meal. $120 for 2A and 2k for small meals and 1 kids just having a side. Over energetic waiter twice wanted to clear our plates when still eating...

Raw chicken in a burger meal that we did not order, we asked for the wings, because three burger meals but brought everyone burger meals, onion rings in burger were cold af! Yup na 0.5 never again, tried posting the pic too

Thankyou so much for an amazing night for my daughters 21st in October. Brandon was brilliant. He organised the back area for us, served the food, only too happy help in any way. Everyone loved his smiling personality. The food was hot and delicious. All the staff The Sporting Globe were fabulous. Well done!

Busy Monday night before cup day. We had Luke serve us and he was pretty slay. Food was good and filling. The Peach Ice Tea cocktail jug was honestly so freaking good! Demolished it.

Cold beer, sports, and pretty good burgers. It's all a recipe for success. I've been to this sports bar a couple of times now. The service has always been outstanding and friendly. I'd like to give a special mention to a staff member called Brendan. Brendan was kind, funny, and beyond accommodating (give that man a raise). The atmosphere could use some work but there's a few barriers when you're connected to a shopping centre. As for the food, burgers are the go. Each burger is loaded with flavour with good sides to match. I'd suggest looking into different buns as the ones at this venue can be on the dry side. Overall, this venue is a nice alternative to some of the more grab and go offerings at Fountain Gate.

Our server was Brandon, and he was amazing! He was so good with the children and they loved him! Definitely a night to remember for the kids.

More of a pub vibe than a sports bar. If you’re looking for a meal and maybe see a screen to watch sport then this is suitable. Wouldn’t recommend for big events or hoping for an atmosphere. App has some great offers, but this is probably the worst Sporting Globe venue I’ve been to, but the others are very good.

We were served by the lovely Emily tonight and for her first ever shift she was amazing, very friendly and super helpful.

Our Server Brandon was amazing!!! We had a party of 11, ages ranged from 7yrs to adults. He made sure our orders came out correct, that we had everything we needed but he was so nice, he was funny and great with the kids - one of which was disabled and has special needs. It was so nice to have someone treat us so lovely and we had an awesome meal and a wonderful time!

Went here for a trivia night and the trivia was great. However, the food is not fantastic, poor selection and EVERYTHING is deep fried or spicy chilli hot. Further the wine selection was very average and the venue was just not prepared for the number of covers and they were very short staffed. The staff were very friendly and most apologetic. I would not go out of my way to this venue and rather instead go to a TGI Fridays.

Came to Fountain Gate Sporting Globe for a date night with my partner was very happy with the service we received from Ethan, especially being his first time order taking and only his 3rd shift. Ethan double check our drinks and food order to make sure everything was correct and the check in's during dinner were perfect our dinner wasn't interrupted. And the food was also amazing 🙂

Fantastic night out with 6 close friends on table 19.. 8/10/24.. All 6 steaks chips and salad were excellent.. Service was fantastic with Luke who looked after us all night with meals and drinks and he happily took a photo of us together.. Such a good night we all stayed for coffee.. Omgoodness I couldn't recommend this place enough, we were served by Brandon, who had the absolute best customer service skills ever, he was so welcoming, hilarious, kind and very helpful with our meals, and the food was amazing.

not a first time visit this place is usually fantastic. it was crazy busy on a tuesday which isnt the issue. usually this place is great my issue was being told that food would take 30 mins which i could wait knowing food is good however it then took over 1 hour for chicken nuggets and chips for a toddler and poor kid screamed the place down so i had to leave with cold take away scraps for dinner. waiter at bar was great. I cannot understand how do kids chicken nuggets take 1 hour+ reguardless of busy. ill never know. probably wont come back for the reasoning that it was bad experience with a toddler as its not the first in that block of restraunts to let me down. switch is worse .. please try being as honest as possible with local living customers is my kind advice for future. if something will take longer that 30 mins tell your customers. westfield fountain gate is sadly running low in good dinner options for families with kids.

One of my favourite places to spend free time with the boys, nearly there every Sunday for the UFC and makes it such an enjoyable place from the big screens to the service and can’t forget about the amazing atmosphere. Brandon the manager is also a top bloke and will always put down whatever it is to accommodate anyone there, also loves a chat.

Had dinner and few drinks on Saturday night and the couldn’t be more happy with the service that’s was given from all the staff 100/10 star rating.

Wow, could not be more impressed with the service here. We arrived without a booking to a full restaurant. Staff were fabulous in accommodating us. During our visit, several staff checked in on our comfort. It reminded me of the service I received in the US. The Manager/Owner needs to be commended on ensuring a wonderful customer experience.

We have been here quite a number of times and the staff have been so lovely and welcoming and the service has been great. In particular Harrison ( i think) has been working each time we have visited recently. This staff member is always smiling, checking in on the service and is super friendly.

Food was great, ordered the parma and the chips were well done and crispy. Chicken was well cooked and not dry.

It was Tuesday half price porterhouse steak. I always order it medium rare and change the wedges to shoestring chips with creamy garlic sauce (only in TSG because it really tastes better and not burnt). The first photo came out to be very rare in the middle and well done on the sides. So, I kindly requested the waiter if it’s ok to change it and he did. The 2nd photo is how I wanted it to be. So, I really appreciate them and being understanding on how I wanted my meat to be cooked. Thank you.

Waited 45 mins for medium rare steaks, they came out medium-well done. So disappointing.

10/10 service My partner and I can not fault the positive consistency of service here. Everyone is super friendly, smiling and welcoming. We had to send back one meal and it was handled very professionally, as it was a shock to the front of house staff. We all have rough days and out of all the meals we have had here it was the only one that we had a problem with. As a sign of good faith and service, service staff and manager came back to our table to ensure eveything was suitable. Well handled. Thank you again. Can't wait to come back.

I rated this low because my partner and I were turned away even though there was two seats available and didn't bother to check the other side of the restaurant for a table for two. I will be deleting my account and not returning to this restaurant

Enjoyed the food apart from the fact that the wrong sauce was put on the ribs and wings which ruined it a bit. Even after confirming with the guy twice! The cocktail was full of ice and barely any juice which was disappointing for the price too. On a positive note, the squid was really good.

We have had a lovely night at Sporting Globe bar from Fountain Gate! Friendly team and service was spot on all along :) A big star to Brandon and Heath for their smile and their amazing customer service. We will definitely renew the experience soon with friends! Will recommend to our friends and family! 🤗👍

Came for trivia and staff were amazing as they adjusted orders from one table to the trivia table. Brandon was amazing and ran the trivia area well. Definitely will be back.

I had dinner here on Sunday night, and it was an absolute disaster. Despite ordering at the same time as my group, my meal came out ridiculously late. To make matters worse we were interrupted many times by the owner and venue manager, the owner promised to refund my meal and send a voucher and never followed through. This level of incompetence and dishonesty is unacceptable talking about looking after the locals. I am furious and extremely disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and money. I will never be coming back! You have the email make it right

Awesome venue! This is a great Sporting Globe! Fantastic food and friendly, attentive staff.

Had a great experience today. Firstly: they staff were awesome. They accidentally poured.our drink order twice and gave us a free pint and pot. Came for lunch, our 2.5yr old accidentally broke a glass mid way through lunch into our lunch. The venue manager and kitchen manager (taller mid 40s fella and a quiet mid 40s indian man) quickly secured the scene and replaced the meals at no cost and no worries. Great staff and very good experience

The old guy who took my order completely didn’t hear me and gave me the wrong flavour of wings. We got our order back again to find it had been simple deep fried and smothered in the correct sauce. It was disgusting. I will never go to this sporting globe again.

Food was terrible kids nuggets burnt chips cold and the wedges had burnt harden melted cheese on top you couldn’t even cut through

By far the best food and service we have had in a long time!! Staff here are so attentive. The food was absolutely amazing. Could not fault one meal that came out. We were lucky enough to have Kenz on service. So polite and helpful. Always close by and ready for anything we needed. Brendan was just the sweetest human. Brought so much positivity with every plate. I wish i could remember the other gentlemans name that took away our plates. So friendly and happy to chat. Honestly, we were blown away by our experience here and will definitely be back for more!

Was unfortunately really dissapointed with the quality of food, we ordered three chicken meals and when we got home two of us were very ill, these meals being the only thing we had eaten the same of all day. Customer service was really good on the day very friendly and accomadating for children. However when i sent an email with feedback during the week i did not even get a response. We spent over $100 for meals and had a terrible experience being sick afterwards, we wont be returning.
