Very nice Club, quite big has great entertainment good food, hit & Miss on the coffee though, great Salsa lessons with a lovely bunch of people all wanting to learn, have fun and socialize.

USE, TO B GOOD BUT THEM POKIES SUKKS IT'S LIKE YOU USE YOUR MEMBER CARD AND THE COMPUTER KNOWS I PUT $200 IN GOT ONE FREE SPIN AND THAT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT HAS HAPPENED I'VE WATCHED PEOPLE PLAY ONE CENT BUT BET $5 THE NUMBERS GO BIG AND SEEM TO PAY AFTER PAY IM ONLY A SMALL GAMBLER IM NOT THE ONLY ONE.😤😤😤

Cancelling my membership after many years and won’t be back to Blacktown Workers or Sportsclub, and neither will my family and friends. Ever since the Blue Gum cafe and Eucalyptus restaurant at Blacktown Workers have been taken over by new ones (Marlos and Lusso), old staff have left (eg. Jamie, Jesse) and overall service has gone downhill. The last straw is when new staff at Marlos start blaming customers because they can’t navigate their register system and apply account charges correctly so they just insist that customers have taken another member’s membership card to claim for a measly cup of coffee. It’s bad enough you can’t even use your reward points anymore except in the bar and gaming machines (encouraging gambling is inappropriate) but to be accused of being dishonest and club management/supervisors making excuses for ongoing system issues without even an apology for offending a long time member is where the line is drawn. As someone who worked in customer service for over 20 years, I am extremely disappointed to see the lack of basic service, accountability and manners. If you are in the wrong an apology is expected. Insisting you are right then blaming the system when you realize you are wrong and brushing your customer off is a perfect example of poor service. Furthermore I don’t feel it is appropriate to have to listen to club management/supervisors begging for their staff to work extra hours in front of everyone when they have already refused and a member is instead being ignored. Please train your staff and management with basic customer service and manners. If there are known issues with the system, then suggest this is fixed but considering what's left of the old staff are able to get it right then perhaps it's a training or competency issue of newer staff rather than a technical one. It’s no wonder Marlos menu options and staff are shrinking in numbers each time I visit, not to mention your kids size milkshakes (saw a woman complain then I saw the size and understood why). Will be going to other clubs not owned by Workers as my family and I have never experienced issues like this before elsewhere.

Good food, nice environment

When I play game here I understand machines not work by random , or chance or normal system. By cameras they check everything and depending to the money in your wallet they control the game , example if some one play roulette his chance at normal system is 1 between 36 numbers plus 0 or 00 .but even they can not accept this small chance and always the empty numbers come.don't waste your time and your money here🚨

The Cafe down stairs quality has slipped big time got a frozen and stale doughnut a cookie that was off and soggy and a sandwich that had mould omg once I told the staff they said nothing didn't replace anything been a member for 10yrs not renewing my membership 5 thumbs down

Beautiful buffet lunch! Love it! Very helpful staff especially Mervyn and Aiden! Recommended to friends and we are now booked for a comeback.

When I'm the club Australia eve day and there were no Australia items on there just Chinese new dragons stuff up that's racist to Australians disgraceful

Nice social club. Members receive discount on drinks and food. All ages. Clean venue. Friendly staff. Bingo, concerts, dancing. You never have to be bored.

Christmas party... good food, but unfortunately, no mocktails and just one variety of zero alcohol drink.

Had lunch & some fun. Unfortunately this club won't allow points to be used when purchasing food.

Great meals and show, the Frocks. Also thought it was great to get a glass of bubbles into the NYE show and that everyone had a seat. Drinks in one bar were outrageous though. Don't know if normal price or extra because of NYE.

The café at Blacktown Workers sports Club. I had to wait 40 minute for a meal. Patrons who come after me received there lunch before me. I chased up my meal and I was told that they were to busy to cook my lunch and it would be coming soon and they would bring it out to me When I received my meal it was cold and the salad looked a day old

Food is average at the buffet. Honey chicken was great though! Plenty of parking!

Good local club drink prices are reasonable. Club is under some renovations around the pokies area

Had a shocking experience with the gaming staff while playing the machine here. My husband calls one of the gaming staff to order a drink and comes a young asian lady (long dyed hair) i dont remember her name then she says to my husband hi babe what can i get for you?" Then she came back with the drink my husband ordered and she started chatting with my husband. I was like shocked! Im sitting 2 machines away from my husband and i could hear everything! My husband was super uncomfortable all he wanted was to play the machine but this girl just wont go away. I understand she just wants to be friendly but calling a male customer 'babe' and chatting with customer who clearly uncomfortable is very disturbing. We left straight away and i dont think we'll ever come back. Please train your gaming staff a little better."

Very disappointed in the food I had, I asked was there the roast of the day, I was told there was brisket, not what I wanted but I had it, there was dry brisket with mash potatoes (which was nice) & beans you couldn't eat, I asked for vegetables for my 92year old mum & got mashed potatoes & same horrible beans & 4 little tomatoes,when i asked for gravy for her I was told I didn't order it, so I shared mine & put the rest on my dry brisket. Very disappointing experience..

Got the Sunday 50% off dessert. Build your own ice cream. Half the toppings online are not in person. Very limited choice but still nice. $7 for a cup

WOW, JUST BEEN BACK TO THIS CAFE . NO FRESH FOOD SERVICED OR PERPARED FOR MORNING MENU. JUST PRE MADE FACTORY FOOD . I ORDERED A EGG AND BACON ROLL IT CAME OUT OF A DISPLAY CABINET WRAPPED IN PLASTIC, I WAS ASKED IF I WANTED HEATED UP!!! WHAT THE F### . THIS PLACE IS GETTING WORSE. $9.50 ARE YOU KIDDING. I CAN GET THE SAME AT 7/11 DO YOU WANT IT HEATED UP? CALLING HEATH INSPECTOR'S THE EGG LOOKS GREEN. I GOT A REFUND. AND THAT TOOK FOR EVER. BLACKTOWN WORKERS CAN YOU PLEASE OFFER YOUR MEMBERS SOME OTHER ALTERNATIVE. SOMETHING HEALTHY AND FRESH. WHY WOULD YOU COME HERE FOR BREAKFAST. I CAN GET THE SOME THING FROM THE LOCAL PETROL STATION. AND CHEAPER. Just been to newly opened MARLOS Cafe. Took too long to order . When coffee arrived, it was cold . I sat and watched my breakfast burger sit for 8 mins before served to me. When I went to eat, it was like trying to eat soup too much sauce and under cooked eggs . I returned both . The burger was bloody, not eatable. GIVE IT A BIG MISS

Great food at Lusso Bistro at Workers Club Blacktown. The beef cheek snd penne arabiata was superb. Would recommend this place. Will surely be back for another bite. Mervin’s service was excellent.

Service is a bit slow. They have two new restaurants, but the one on the ground floor, I was not very impressed. The one they had before the Blue Gum was a lot better in food and service. The lusso Bistro on level two was a lot better, and they have a few specials during the week. Also, the Lusso Tapas the food was very tasty and very economical

Well we have prodlems there /raffels on a saturday 35000 numders sold /80.000 numders handed out promation money draw why is this well many people are sitting down not bying tickets just after money no food /drinks costing clud money sum thing must be done l am serjusting past me your tickets raffel and u will get free promation ticket this will stop this freeies
