This place is small but has a good collection of arcade games

I had lost my card, the fantastic lady working tonight was able to provide me with a new card with my balance of tickets and money on the new card without extra cost. Good variety of games and clean place. Although not all the machines work, those that do are well worth the price compared to other arcades I’ve been to.

I got scammed and the tickets are lying

Clean and tidy arcade. Wednesday night and not a lot of people in the arcades however it appears the workers are non-existent! It appears some of the games don’t work either which is a let down. A young blonde lady eventually came out to serve.

Me and my girlfriend went there at 8:20 pm on Thursday night and it was shut! However there were no signs up and it said open on the website...Na but you guys are doing really well for yourselves

Amazing truely immaculate

I recently visited iPlay with my son, expecting a fun-filled day. Unfortunately, our experience was a letdown. Most of the machines were not working, and the few that did were constantly malfunctioning. What's worse is the attitude of the workers. They seemed lazy and completely unbothered by the issues. When I brought it to their attention, they shrugged it off without making any effort to resolve the problems. As a result, my son left disappointed and bored. The trip was a waste of money and time. I would not recommend iPlay to anyone until they improve their maintenance and customer service.

Attended iplay for a party. About ten machines were not working and some machines where a ball was needed to play either had no balls or only one ball. The staff member was too busy doing his hair than fixing the machines. The centre is filthy, dust everywhere and broken machines taking up the party area. Go somewhere else for a party, this place is a joke. I would be embarrassed to work at or own this centre.

Came to take the kids to play, google says open until 10. However the shop is open but no one there to take payments so you can play games . Multiple people were waiting over 40 minutes to an hour with still no staff in sight, no one answering phones. What is the go?

Absolute garbage. Total lack of maintenance. The selection is already small then half them aren't even working! Don't waste your time and money here, better off heading elsewhere.

I recently hosting my child’s birthday party at Iplay Castle Hill ,and I must say, the experience was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the customer service team specially Hayden was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Hayden went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, allowing us to fully enjoy the festivities. The play area was vibrant, safe, and bursting with fun activities that kept the children engaged and entertained. The team’s patience and enthusiasm were remarkable. The service was seamless and made the event stress-free for us parents. staff made the Birthday party memorable experience for everyone. Special thanks to Hayden for an unforgettable customer service ! We will definitely be recommending Iplay at Castle Hill to all our friends and family.

Had the misfortune of having to deal with”Jesse” who was the most obtuse man I’ve ever met. Totally useless!

prices for taiko are INSANELY GREAT FOR VALUE please change sensitivity to 1/2/1/2 (makes drum better) and try and obtain the usb updates for more songs to play :D looking forward to more plays here

I love the workers 🫶 so nice, and so helpful pleas give them a raise. They were really nice especially that one guy with the curtain hair :)

Small selection, too many things not working. The pricing seems a bit more competitive now compared to Timezone. However, the quality and maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Location was not that easy to access. You need to take a lift up next to the cinema area. Overall would not recommend if you’re spending money. We only went because we had a free 30 min pass. For anyone else claiming vouchers, this venue does NOT have a bowling option.

Kids had a good time, but half the machines were not working. What a shame. Also, payout rate seemed worse than other game arcades that I have gone to. Would not come back. Update 24/4 - Emailed as per the reply below and did not hear back. Obvious reflection of this company.

I love going here it’s so fun and I like how it’s smaller than timezone so I can play every game and it’s a peaceful environment when I want a relaxing gaming experience without all the crowds and commotion, coffee and slushies are a great idea and the prizes are so much better and easier to win than Timezone too! Only wish it was closer to me :-) I like to play Doodle Jump here and it’s hard to find in Sydney

This place is good but very small compared to time zone or other indoor games parlour. Kids kind of get bored to play there age range stuffs on repeat. People do a lot of birthday parties here u need to cater ur party urself though!

Giving 5 stars because of the lovely staff member Hayden they helped us with anything we wanted and made us feel welcomed however many games were out of order and this impacted our experience. Many games broken but didn’t show it so would just take your money. Some games like bean toss only had 1 bean bag! And the down the clown game had 3 balls total!. Hayden deserves a raise they go above and beyond for customers.

Not open on Sunday as stated. Very disappointed.

Was about to win 500 tickets in one of the games and the worker decides to turn off the machines at 1030pm (30 minutes before closing time) before any warning. Donkey didn't even give me a warning they were closing half an hour early.

Asian lady working there on the 5th Jan is an absolute gen. Such awesome customer service and nice to see someone smiling in their job.

It was 10:30pm 4th Jan when Adam and the guy with him told us they close in 15min and aren’t taking anymore sales. I obviously looked up google which reads closes at 11pm. Whoever the owner of this place is, if this is correct please have a sign at the counter which reads no sales after a certain time. I asked Adam for his colleagues name but said he doesn’t know his name? And for me to ask him but he was nowhere to be found at the time I had confronted them about their closure time til we were walking away. At this point I was already bothered to walk back in.

The staff here are super friendly and kind! The only issue I had was, my little cousin would run up to a game that caught her attention only to find out it was not working. The amount of games that were out of order was crazy! You already have limited time to play and you end up wasting so much for it looking for games that work or are the colour you can use. I would really suggest having regular maintenance on the machines and have a different way of displaying the colour of the game so kids don't get excited and then find out it's a rainbow one but they can only pick from yellow or red.

When we bought cards, they didn’t explain clearly although we asked. They said all unlimited but actually not. We paid more but got worse cards.

I was just blown away by the awesome customer service. I had some issues with my card balance. The store manager, Louis, was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. As a customer of this, I am so delighted with this experience and definitely coming back.

Nice Place, kind members

The staff (an asian and indian looking) are quite friendly and are good to have a chat with if you're ever a bit lonely. The games are a LITTLE bit expensive but some are quite cheap. Majority of the games do give you a decent amount of tickets, and the claw machines may pay out a prize occasionally. Had a very great experience here!

Just had my son’s birthday party here and it was amazing. Such friendly, generous and helpful staff. Cool party bags included and great space where you can bring your own food for guests. Highly recommend!

The service was atrocious we waited 20 mins just to get a card. We put the money on and it didn’t work we lost 35 dollars. I am very disappointed with this place and do not recommend coming here

I come to iPlay at Castle Towers time and time again for the amazing service, great range of prizes and fun with my partner and friends at this arcade. Very local for me, very clean, great location, range of games, single and multiplayer, endless fun to be had! They even host kids birthday parties and they are open late at night. HUGE shout out to ANDY! He shows respect, kindness, and great customer service. He is the reason I look forward to coming back week after week. Andy has been lovely and helped me with my iPlay card topping up and always has a smile on his face, even when he is closing up for the evening. 5/5 stars from me. I will be back! Complete waste of time and money. More than half the games don't work. They tell you that you are able to play certain games, however, then inform you that in actual fact it's a different colour to what's shown. Talk about false advertising. Would not waste my money here

One of 2 places on the top floor of the Piazza for kids to have fun while the parents shop/dine down stairs, so it's really convenient... it has the usual loyalty cards, spend more get a higher bonus spend... and some interesting video games I have not seen in other similar venues... on the negative, it is not that big and can attract a crowd of the young & unruly... so don't leave your young there for long with a credit card!!

40% of games don’t work, or even worse they take credits and don’t work. Avoid

They do not open on Tuesday but didnt have any notices on their website.

Staff can't put a smile on their face when helping customers as if they hate their job. One of them was passive aggressive because he hates his life. Their machines don't work and games cost more compared to better arcades like timezone. You guys are a joke and can easily be replaced with more professional, happier employees that treat their customers right. Don't waste your money here.

We are regulars at this place but the best service we had was from Andy, he was so patient on a busy night. He was so attentive and made sure our experience was enjoyable.

Love a good old arcade, its the simplicity that is always enjoyable.

The Kids love it. Got all the common arcade games. It's the customer service that was lacking. Not friendly. Possibly been a hard day but it's expected.
