Not a very welcoming place. We came to enjoy a nice meal as visitors but as soon as we walked in we were asked ‘why are you here’, no greetings or welcomes or in fact decent customer service. Instead very blunt front of house staff members who didn’t say anything. Not a good first time experience.

Excellent and easy parking the evening I went. Lots of choice inside the venue. A friendly club and wonderful for Parramatta League supporters next to their home ground!

Great food with an amazing view of Commbank stadium nearby, love this club parramatta and love the league club itself.

I’d give no stars if I could. Issues with entry to club. Duty manager said it was because I had no ID and pointed to the signage about being 25?? I’m 60 years old??? Also, couldn’t gain entry as a guest because I only had an expired licence which under legislation is still acceptable for 2 years as ID and a photo of my passport?? Anyway, they won’t give crap.

I was a little disappointed at the lack of places to eating, but then I have been spoilt for choice by Wentworthville leagues the club is needing complete make over

We had lunch at Jacks Cucina . The food was amazing. The giant meatball was full of flavour and just melted in your mouth. The zucchini flowers, crumbed olives , calamari and pizza were outstanding. Best quality good value and exceptional service. Parramatta Leagues this is one of your best .

Went to the Bistro for the 1st time, my meal of fish & chips placed on the table when I was in the toilet, were smaller than what I'd seen others & lady behind me receive. Two were small broken battered pieces, even though 3rd wasn't broken, it was only a little bigger. No lemon wedges on plate. When I told the young lady clearing tables, the same one I placed my order with I didn't get lemon on my plate, she it was my fault for not coming up to get it. That was rude.

Not impressed with Jack's Cucina. Our meat pizza was spoonfuls of Buffalo mozarella with a few slices of ham on it. The Panacotta was different but really nice. Service and wait staff were excellent and very friendly.

Great place to hang out. Plenty of free parking. Lot of activities to do. However, if you are not resident of Parra you'd be trouble getting in.

A great night out with the boys however whilst playing poker machines there was this constant scent machine squirting disgusting almost like cheap perfume in our faces and it gave me a headache. Gross!!!

Came here 5 years ago and it hasn't changed. Poker machine areas and bars are not up to 2024 standard. No comparison to st george or Canterbury clubs who have kept pace with the times. Have not eaten so cannot judge. As a general club venue we will never come again. It's only saving grace is the staff who we found excellent.

When I descend from the walkway of the main entrance of Paramatta League entrance walking out to exit and I was yell and question by one of your staff Bridgett, she said Did you sign in, sign in before you can enter!! I told her I was taking the Christmas tree photo with my mother and she needs to walk slowly, I already shown the restaurant receipt which we had dinner. Not satisfy of her, she said show me your ID? It was a Chinese Winter Soltice about 630pm and that spoil my day, Frankly she never even apologize to me and rude attitude to me and my mom, even she mistakenly that I was just out from the club. Her colleague even apologize to us for the misunderstanding but her cocky face doesnt want to apologize to us. This is not the customer service that was meant to be. I feel that she is biased towards us as Chinese. Soon Jim actually meet with us, and Jim promise to give a disciplinary action to her. Could anyone judge why in customer service but her cocky attitude and non manners able to be in frontline? I hope the management would do something about it. One she had to be alert. Second apologize when mistake had been made. When we have receipt clearly shows that we already check in, but she insist of checking ID, please on Winter Soltice a kind of big day of Chinese and a bad egg actually spoilt my day further.

The food was some of the best I've eaten all year. Definitely recommend with comfy seating and a lovely family atmosphere. Totally satisfied and hope you get to experience this. Love love loved it

After being a member for 20 years and recently diagnosed gluten intolerance I can’t tell you how disappointed I was to walk into the bistro tonight and find out the menu has changed and now there is only one GF dish available when there was heaps in the past looks like I’ll be looking for new dinner venues.

Amazing club, filled with loads to do for the family and friends. Restaurants have great food and drinks are really affordable. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Gaming area is very rundown and old, the air conditioning units are a major downside of the area. Machines are also very old and it's very dark

A group of ten of us dined here tonight, and we were blown away by the experience. The menu offered an incredible variety to choose from and the prices were fantastic! I ordered a massive steak, perfectly cooked to my liking. The staff were friendly, attentive and genuinely made us feel welcome. I can't recommend Parramatta Leagues highly enough for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a drink and a delicious meal in a great atmosphere!

The service is not great . Drinks served are flat coke and drinks, not cold . Hardly you can find staff. I waited for 10 minutes to get my winnings as no one turned up to attend after pressing the service button . I have been a member for 20 years and I can say the service is really bad .. please upgrade your customer service to a higher level and ha e good fast food service . Kind regards Rob

In search of some Parramatta Eels merchandise I decided to try this place out. The shop located right hand side of the main Club entry is stocked with a variety of different merchandise. Jumpers Jersey's Hoods towels backpacks, plates the list goes on. The merchandise comes in a variety of sizes, Male Female Juniors & infants. The shop itself is attended by the staff at the main desk. The lady was knowledgeable helpful and attentive Overall I would recommend this location if you are in search of Parra Merchadise.
