Always stay here ,great staff clean rooms

Recently stayed here for a few nights as it was one of the only places in Sydney that didn't price gouge during the major concerts. Rooms were clean and beds remarkably comfortable. Only issue was the tv remote didn't work but that was a very minor thing. Being right next to KFC and a bus stop were two very welcome bonuses.

Toilet water was disconnected, and they were unable to repair it. Offered another room temporally. Communication among staff is so poor. No housekeeping had been done or changing towels. Key cards were deactivated twice and was a very annoying experience when we were back to room in wee hours. There is a bell to ring at the reception, but it does not work. There no one at the reception when we need to talk to them. There is a problem in their system as staff do not know that we did extend our stay by one more day and requested us to checkout without providing the keys for the extended stay. All because of poor communication. Utterly disappointed of staying in this place and I am not going to recommend to Saty for anyone I know.

Always a pleasant stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They work in all areas of the accommodation and hotel section so they have good knowledge of everything there. Food is good. Partner enjoys the hotel facilities. The rooms are looking a little outdated but they are clean and the staff do a great job. There is some road noise because it is on a busy street and KFC is next door but that is no fault of the hotel and a small price to pay for a location close to major roads

Didn't stay in the rooms. They food was tasty and well cooked to the standard l asked for (med-rear steak). The beer was also cold and working well in the glass. Atmosphere was friendly and enjoyable.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating, they made you feel valued as a customer and were all so helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Extremely poor customer service. We couldn’t check in on time as none of the rooms were ready. Rude behaviour of staff. Instead of being polite they were talking rudely when asked that why would we have to suffer if rooms are not ready as we had to went somewhere at 4PM. Normal schedule time of check in was 2 PM but we checked in at 3:30 PM. Also the staff promise to compensate with a discount in our prices for the harassment we had to face at check in. But while checking out the staff said she doesn’t know anything about discounts as the previous lady never told her about that. All the staff were rude and need to learn how to give better customer service.

Has been a little while since I was last there the venue and the motel have been through so makeovers, excellent service and great staff friendly. The dining room is open and friendly environment for all, pricing is on par with most hotel dining rooms. We are interstate truck driver's so it's nice to be able to get into a normal bed and relax properly.

I stayed at the hotel in room number 22 from the 21/06/23 to the 26/06/23 (5 nights). Upon arrival the toilet was very close to completely clogged. When I realised I rang the service number and when I came back from an outing the toilet had been fixed. I saw cockroaches in my room on multiple occasions. I informed someone at the service desk upon checking out. In hindsight I should have brought it up when I first saw them, I just felt very awkward doing so. On a more positive note, the 'Chicken Parmigiana' at the pub down stairs was very nice. I also really appreciated the location of the hotel and easy parking.

Awesome staff, awesome price and easy parking

We stayed in a studio queen room, which was neat and clean. However i would only recommend for an overnight stay in this style room, not to stay for a few days as we did as it only has the bed and one chair to sit on, no real window or fresh air and no toaster. Pub downstairs was great, all three dinners were great as were the staff. Coles express next door for coffee and other quick essentials.

The room was nice. Very clean and tidy. Beds were so comfortable. Very noisy though. Not sure if it was where my room was, but I could hear music all night. On a Tuesday and Wednesday night.Not good when I have a big drive tomorrow.

Not recommended!! - Rooms are not maintained and has mould. - Stayed as it was a Nightcap hotel and regretted it. - Beds are too old and saggy and cannot sleep properly. - When next room bathroom is in use by others, you can't sleep in your room as it was so noisy.

Extremely caring, nice, genuine people. The whole team who run the pub do an excellent job to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are bigger then normal , always smells nice from entry to your room and even in your room food is really yummy. Front office go above and beyond like looking for my key in the rubbish which we found int the rubbish. Room service ladies were so lovely to talk to and helpful.Would recommend to stay there anytime.

The family room was amazing for our large family. All beds were very comfy and was a great price.... we know where to stay our next visit down to the west

This is our 3rd stay here. Previously we have had a Queen room. These are small and dungeon like. This time was a queen and single. Much better size and feel although the window did not open. Rooms are well maintained. Room and bathroom both clean and no issues. There is little outside noise that you hear. No issues with parking and vehicle security. WiFi works very well. The bed was very comfortable, to the point where we slept longer than we do at home. Our TV seemed to have an issue when using the program guide. It locked up and needed to be turned off to reset it. You can get a breakfast pack (in place of the restaurant breakfast). It was barely OK. The cereal is at the end of its use by and is better avoided. The rooms are on the 1st level. There are stairs but no lift so beware. It rained quite heavily while here. The patio area, which is where we accesses our room, flooded. As it was night there was no issue, however you would be very wet if you needed to exit. This needs to be fixed. We would, and will, happily stay here again.

After reading reviews on the comfy beds we decided to put our faith in those posts. Wow, one of the most comfortable plush beds ever! We have stayed in countless motels over the years and some 4-5 star motel beds were nowhere near as good, (like sleeping on planks). Thank you to those who posted! A lounge or a couple of arm chairs in the room plus table and chairs on the balconies would be nice. The Bistro…..YUM! Highly recommend the food. Up there with the best pub meals around.

Stayed for almost a week so we have a decent understanding the place. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms and overall good value for money. The bar downstairs is pretty ordinary, and slightly on the rough side even... The smell of air freshener in the foyer stairs and Hall is completely overpowering. It comes across as if they’re trying to mask cigarette smoke. I have spoken to management about this and hopefully they will address that before you come and stay. Also the smell is not in the rooms so you only have to deal with it for a little bit and it makes it completely fine. There is an issue with the ibises. Someone really needs to move them on if you get what I mean...

It's a great basic Aussie hotel, accommodation motel style rooms attached...special mention to the lady who greeted us..at midnight due to flight delays, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, pokies if you need them, clean rooms, lovely breakfast included in the dining room...thoroughly recommend ......(5 stars for friendly staff)

We have stayed here before and liked the place.. until our last visit. I have never experienced a ruder manager in my life. We had issues with our bathroom as our toilet was playing up on the final night after we arrived home but there was no staff around to notify at that time of night so we waited until the morning where our toilet had then become completely blocked and filled with waste. Finally when staff arrived just before checkout time we notified them of the issue to which they said they would sort it out and it wouldn't be a problem. Upon check out we again spoke to the staff to make sure they knew about the issue and they again confirmed that it was all good and we wouldn't have to worry. so we didn't. Fast forward to Monday where a $300 charge had appeared on my card with no attempt of an e-mail, phone call or anything. We called the hotel to which the manager answered and rudely spoke to us, notifying us that they tried to charge us $500 and not even a single effort to talk to us about it. I'm glad dodgy plumbing at the hotel means we have to cough up the money. We will never be back and neither will our friends. If you do stay here, make sure its not in room 1!

My wife checked in on her own. Had intruder come in at midnight and she scared him off. Intruder says he had room booked but how can you double book these days. Shower did not work. Hot and cold went from freezing to boiling every 10 seconds. No phone in room so I could not verify intruder at midnight. No chain on door. In morning staff would not help or investigate any of the issues. Don't stay here. Seems obvious it is a dangerous hotel
