Just popped in to the Mcgraths Hill store, served by a lovely young man, Daniel. We needed passport photos and the most difficult part was wrangling our 19mth old. Daniel supported our experience with patience, calm and a friendly disposition. Thank you Daniel.

Very good customer service from the staff.

Zero customer service here. More staff than customers and no help. Standing at checkout where 4 staff are behind desks and one customer is getting served every 5-10 minutes.

A stand-alone store that is well stocked, especially heading back into the school term. Efficient and friendly staff. A car park is available, wheelchair/pram accessible. The go-to place to get my photos printed - quick and great pricing.

Absolutely disgrace of a store. Had to wait 1 hr 5 mins in line just to hear they can’t take passport photos. Team members and team leader roaming around and gossiping but not clearing the queue that’s building

Why bother with the “I’m on my way” button when not once (in five click and collects) is the item ever ready. You end up standing around for ten minutes; may aswell buy it in store. Zero convenience.

It's christmas and you say its delivered tomorrow so i thought i would save the 40min drive. Now after 5pm and its changed delivery date to 2-3 days. Everyone is waiting for our products.....im trying to run a business. Not good enough. Now I have to cancel and drive at 6pm. Thanks !!

Customer service at this store is extremely poor. With some rude staff who know nothing about their products and then get attitude with the customer when you ask questions about said products. Filed a complaint which asks if you would like to be contacted about what happened to have no one contact me at all !! If the management don't care about the way the customers are treated, why would the staff ?? Management there seem to forget without customers no one there has a job, disgusting attitude and behaviour. Highly advise going elsewhere if you would like good customer service and people who actually know about the products they sell. Sad to see the way customers are treated there.

Very hit and miss customer service, some great staff and some entirely unhelpful. My main issue is there was no sense of urgency to fix when they messed up a click and collect order. This is something which can be corrected with proper training for floor staff. Very mediocre store with potential to be better, C-

Was waiting in line and was asked if I was paying cash or card to which I responded cash. The young lady said I’ve closed my registers off early for cash in which another team member said you can still do cash but she said ya I just don’t want to. After the people in front of me finished at the other register I walked to the counter and that girl said I’m only accepting cash and I said perfect that’s what I’m paying with to which she said sorry I mean card only as I’ve closed my register off. She went on to say they closed them off early as they close at six which I responded it’s a before 6 then she said well actually we close at ten to six. To be honest it just felt like this store character profiles and if you’re not the norm then you are beneath them. If you ever want to feel worthless this is the place to go.

Exceptional customer service by one of the representatives Alisa. She was very helpful and professional.

We received some exceptional service by Alyssa (sorry, if that's not how you spell her name) in your Print & Copy area last evening. We were having some trouble printing a document and she was very helpful, patient and professional which is what you need when your daughter's assessment needs printing and is due the following morning! Thanks again Alyssa aka life saver!

The young boy with brown hair who works there was lovely and when serving us noticed my sons chin bandaid was coming off and went out of his way to get him a new one

The staff should learn how to address customers rather than just by the term [mate]. It reflects on the duty / store manager somewhat.

I wanted to highlight the exceptional service my daughter and I received from one of the staff members, Declan. About 2 weeks ago we approached Declan for some advice around fixing her Legal Studies workbook which needed to be taken apart and re assembled. Instead Declan with his patience, perseverance and kindness took the time to fix her legal studies book himself. Declan thank you so much! You demonstrated how easily and calmly you can solve problems, despite it being such a tedious task, you did it whilst displaying both professionalism and kindness. This has such positive impact on our experience and we both really appreciate what you did for us. Thank you again and I hope all those around you realise what an asset you are and the difference you make.

On the 15/3/24 I went into my local store at Mulgrave and was served by a lovely lady by the name of Alisa. I needed help scanning photos of my mum for her funeral next week. I wasn't aware that this normally takes a few days to do and not something that is done on the spot. When I explained what the photos were for, Alisa stated she was going to make sure they'd be done asap and hopefully ready by Monday (3 days) at the latest. I was already extremely grateful Alisa was making my order a priority after it was my fault for not coming in sooner. Not even 3 hours after dropping my photos off and I've received an SMS stating they have already been done!!! I cannot express the level of gratitude and appreciation I feel towards Alisa for going above and beyond for my family and having my order completed same day let alone rushed for Monday!!! Alisa has beautiful customer service skills and is a credit to your store. She treated me with respect and dignity and has obviously worked hard immediately to have this done so fast. Alisa turned a very stressful situation into something easy and quick. I cannot thank her enough!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Officeworks in Mulgrave. Luke, one of the staff members, really stood out for his exceptional service. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me choose the right products. Not only did he provide expert advice, but he also took the extra step to track the receipt of the product for me, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, Pascale at the checkout desk was a delight to interact with. She was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful while maintaining a kind and friendly demeanor. Her excellent customer service skills made the checkout process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, my visit to Officeworks in Mulgrave was made memorable by the outstanding service provided by Luke and Pascale. I highly recommend this store for their exceptional customer service and wide range of products.

Went to print out 30 pages of a4. Young gent served us then walk away whiles it printed. We stood waiting ten minutes looking at the pages printed on the printer. Had to ask another gent to grab the pages so we could pay and leave. Pages given to us loose with no plastic slip on a rainy day. Staff lack personality. Next to no service.

Printed here a few times - simple prints to more complex projects. Lovely folks at the print desk are always so patient and helpful despite clearly juggling multiple print jobs at the same time. Thank you!

😡😡😡😡Tried to buy ink, couldn’t find anything on shelves. When asked employee, they told me to line up and ask at the desk over one simple lookup to see if there is any other matching inks. Understandable if this was a customer service line but this was the checkout line. I don’t have time two woman talking to each other surely one could have helped out instead of going through a line which was long just to find out one simple question. Office works needs to improve customer service 😡😡😡😡

Lots of helpful staff. Also some very lazy staff. 9/1/24 I bought a HP laptop after been told by tech salesperson it would be ok for Google Chrome turns out it couldn't handle it well so it was virtually useless for Chrome. So needless to say I had to return it. I still appreciate the help a staff member who helped set it up. But the guy on the phone shouldn't have sold it to me in the first place. So I recommend being careful purchasing laptops

The best officeworks I've EVA been in 👍🏼 . The staff there are extra nice and very understanding of the less than tech savvy such as myself and the young guy there is not only smart funny and good looking he saved my day . Thankyou Daniel , you my friend are going places 🙏🏻👊🏻👍🏼

Worst officeworks store to exist.

Customer service is shocking. Staff are laughing behind counter or constantly acting busy but never there to help, especially with photos. Everything seems a burden

Tried to print photos online to pick up I'm store but the website wouldn't let me check out numerous times, phoned the store first thing in the morning to see when the best time to get prints as I would be coming in with 3 young children I was told after 8pm is really quiet and I wouldn't have to wait long made it to the sop at 8:30pm and was told we are no longer printing and I would have to come back tomorrow , such a huge waste of my time and the staff weren't accommodating at all! Considering there staff gave the incorrect information.

Need better technology and service...at self service need time limits, have to wait for people on self service that know nothing and need help...

I had a very good experience of customer service at Mulgrave officework. Ajay shah was very friendly and co-operative and I got prompt service and response from him. My problems were very well addressed and he provided me with good suggestion which was very helpful. I recommend Ajay if you are looking for a reliable and quick response with the good suggestions. Brought in my USB, stuck it into their machine. Pre- Paid $3 using phone. Selected USB, print, black and white (cheaper), then hit print double sided (cheaper), then got all my prints! Quick, efficient, easy. You don’t even need an Office Works card anymore. You can choose to have a receipt printed at the end free of charge if you’re a business and want to claim. Super clean place!

Pay rise for Bailey, got my desk from bottom of stock pile then took it to my car and helped lift it in. Don't forget PAYRISE!

The lady at the counter mentioned that she can't do a printout at the counter, but that I can use the self-serve if I want it immediately. So, I went to the self-serve, took the receipt from there to pay at the counter. Asked the person, how I would get the printout before paying. He mentioned that, I just have to scan the barcode & it would be printed. So, I paid, took the receipt with barcode & scanned. It said, it's in process & would take a few minutes or ask at the counter. I waited, then went to the counter to ask for help. The lady now says, that the printout will come at the counter. But, she can't put the paper in as it's now considered to be 'counter service', that I would have to wait until tomorrow morning. It's ridiculous for self-serve to be considered counter service. Why would the options be at self-serve otherwise. When questioned, she said that policy changed in the last 2 weeks. She couldn't show me a written policy nor, I could find in the website. I wonder how customers are to know & plan our work, if it's not written anywhere. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This Officeworks is an extension to my office. I live nearby and visit the store often. Friendly staff but could do with more staff.

I went on Saturday 25/3/2023 The counter service was shocking if they don’t want to work leave give someone a chance who want to be there, no reason for bad service, This is the first time I have experienced this at Office Works,

I have had many tech. problems but the staff there, have always gone out of their way to help me. I'm grateful to their staff & always choose officeworks as my first point for any tech devices I need to purchase.

I wanted to enquire whether a laptop was in stock. After waiting for some time amount of time, it was clear no one was available. I approached an older male employee and said “excuse me”. He snapped back “I’m with a customer. What do you want?” I said some customer service. He yelled to someone to help but no one came… ever. So we left. It didn’t appear particularly busy.

Your price matching T's and C's need better advertising. Don't tell customers over the phone one thing and another when they get to the checkout. I wasted my time coming there the other day.

I am disabled & I have Parkinson's Disease. I walked into Officeworks Mulgrave 19 November 2022 at approximately 13:00 to purchase some ink for my printer & a small USB flash drive. I'd had a big day my legs were failing me the staff noticed me struggling & helped me. Great staff I can't thank them enough for there help. I'll definitely shop here again.

Ample parking. Nice staff, absolutely horrid store. How a company became as big as Office Works with stock control that bad is beyond me. Intentionally confusing layout that not even the staff can navigate. Often understocked despite what the website says. Want something from out the back? Hope you brought a snack, it'll be about 20 minutes, if they have it.

Went there after driving 40km to buy a item which was showing in stock online but after reaching, the staff told me it is not in stock.

This store is AMAZING, from the products to the service to the accessibility. I always receive consistent and outstanding service from the lovely people here, in the printing section, in the service section.it’s always a delight. I would highly recommend Declan, luke , callum , Alyah , georga. They always go above and beyond for you. Even when they are really busy and under the pump ( which is mostly ) the team here serves you with a smile. I brought my daughters laptop in the other day and even thought it was out of warranty they still did the best they could to help me out. And I don’t mind waiting in long lines or waiting a few minutes, the service is worth it. They’re trying their best. I’ve read these reviews and some of them are just ridiculous, people need to grow up.

We generally use this Officeworks store. Good,easy parking facilities. We experienced excellent customer service from Callum during our visit yesterday. He guided us through our various purchases and offered good advice in a patient manner. Thank you :)

This is the worst Officeworks I have ever been to. I was not helped with the printer I was after then I was also sent home to order it online which is unavailable online after apparently they checked it online. just a terrible experience of customer service its like the staff have no idea on what they are doing. And they have not answered the phone once.

Had to go there three times in 3 days. Only one staff member took the time to really help me. Matt, had excellent customer service skills and was genuinely interested in helping me. Hi I visit the store regularly 2 or 3 times a week. I am an early childhood teacher and I buy all my craft,card,paper, pens and inks for my printer here. I am there 7.00am as soon as store opens on the way to work or after 7.00 at night on my way home. Always helpful, polite, cheery early in the morning. Were there all through Covid. I have ordered stuff which was not in stock and have always had good service The parking is great noone scratches my car. And now I can use my flybuys. First class. Merry Christmas to all staff I will be in at 9.09am this morning to collect my order. Have you noticed their great recycle bins at the front door. I am a fan

Its funny how i was told to look up an item online by myself as they have so many store and they couldn’t do it for their customers as it would take a long time. I dont understand how office work operates the way they are now, literally rubbish. If I could check online by myself I wouldn’t call them. The girl on the phone was rush to hang up the phone as if she they dont want customers at all

Open early or late, awesome friendly staff, just remember its Mulgrave not McGraths Hill. We now do alot of our inhouse marketing here the quality is amazing and choices.

Very bad experience not trained staff. Need some training to teach them about customer service Before they have advice me Due to COVID-19 we only allows click and collect which I can do it while I'm here for printing out some important documents. As soon as I order online they are able to print me out straight out so, my partner did online. So, then new story come on place that unfortunately order not been send out through head office so, they can't able to see the order. So, my Partner call the headoffice and follow up the order so, they have advice their is no such kind of process so, they customer service lady try to speak the store and told them they don't have to do any think about prints order. Normally it's straight come to the store and they have to print out. Finally they have to come to me and said they won't be able to process so, they are try to give my refund back which ok to me but that not the cash. For me I just simply need documents print out. Very Very disappointing the store staff not trained and they don't no what they are doing.

Would not recommend anyone to come to this place. Printing services are always down and when you ask or tell staff, it is like pulling teeth to get any help. Staff are borderline hostile. Hope they get an attitude adjustment.

Good service, very helpful staff

Horrible customer service by the person on print and copy register. Apparently she was too busy to scan passport and asked me to book a time with her to do it or use the self serve station (which took me 20mins to scan one passport). While I was scanning the passport at the self serve kiosk she served other 4 customers that were not even booked in and straight away did their job. Definitely would give a zero or -1 star to the customer service.

Ordered a Matrix adjustable desk it was not clear to the staff that it came in three cartons so I had to visit the store three times. What's worse is that the Indian supervisor did not acknowledge the inconvenience. I was looking for an apology but an acknowledgement at least would have been nice which the junior staff member who had served me on my second visit then did provide by apologising for the inconvenience. Won't be ordering online from Officeworks again. Your staff and systems can't handle it. The desk itself appears to be good value but assembly was challenging and the table top was dented. Not going to bother to return after the nightmare to pickup the order and effort to assemble.
