Placed a Click & Collect order at rosny store, only to receive a call from the store saying they couldn’t find the item and that it was sold out in all JB Hi-Fi stores. Went straight to the JB website and found it in stock and available for express delivery—meaning staff didn’t even bother to check properly. This is complete laziness and incompetence. Instead of actually looking for the item or offering a proper solution, they took the easy way out and told me it wasn’t available. If it was truly sold out, why was it still available for delivery online?

I went to JB Hi Fi, Eastlands to look at phones, the young guy I was able to talk to was not helpful at all, the phone I asked about he called rubbish and kept walking away on me, great way to sell products. He was rude and arrogant, not someone I would want working for me. Wont go back there again, bad experience.

I look at JB because I could always see what they had in store before I headed in there to buy, but now they have jumped on the internet roller coaster with everything being sold online now. I wanted to go in store today to look at and buy security cameras, but all the ones I was interested in (50) were of course all online only. If I wanted to buy online I could have done that anywhere else. What's the point in selling something online when you have the physical stores all over Australia? I don't want to buy something I haven't seen in person when I'm about to spend that type of money. Used to love the fact that I could count on JB for me to be able to head in store, look at and buy on the spot what I wanted. Anyway, my opinion and experience, it's happened a few times now, so I won't be bothered checking JB out again for what I need to buy then and there on the day. Another store just after sales and not here for customers needs and convenience. Cheers for nothing.

It has a good range of electronic equipment, tvs, computers etc. There's certainly no hard sell, in fact it can be difficult to find a person to assist particularly for a person with limited knowledge of electronics such as myself. I can understand how the younger generation know the tech terms and may well arrive knowing exactly what they want. However I need explanations of options usually before purchasing. This is certainly available but I find I have to chase up help in the store rather than the assistants" approaching me."

Really sad to see them decreasing the size and selection of their 4K Ultra HD Bluray section in store, especially when so many good new releases are on the website.

I purchased extra care for my iphone, airpod and ultra watch a year ago and they were never registered. I discovered that by chance when I went to jbhifi branch in northland in Melbourne today as my iphone battery needs to be changed and they confirmed the incident and they told me my phone, watch and airpods were not registered after checking the website and their manager advised me to contact you. Also, Rosnypark jbhifi seller (which I believe was the manager) told me that this care will cover everything and deceived me but I discovered that he was lying today too from northland Melbourne branch. I payed around 400 dollars for these extra care. I need somone to contact me other wise I am filing a complaint in the consumer affair immediately.

Had a tech issue with my phone today and popped into JB HiFi at Rosny for some assistance. The two staff members who attended to me were nothing short of fantastic! Went to spend my gift card there had my keys in my hand not thinking anything. Well finish my order and go to walk in coles when the police pulled me and my 14yr old son aside saying someone in jbhifi seen me with a pocket knife in store but still served me next ya know me and my son were being searched by about 6 police (infront of everyone) for a knife that never was there cops found nothing on me or myv14yr old son this rosny shop treat me like a thief as soon as I walk in the shop I've done nothing but purchase every item from there. You'll never see me shopping there again

Really difficult to get help around the store

I have been so impressed with the staff I have dealt with in the Rosny Park store. It actually starts at the door with the friendly introduction to the store. After quite a few visits to the store and with the assistance of Sib and his suggestions I decided to purchase an iPhone 15 but not before I transported my number to JB HiFi. I came back into the store the Thursday before Easter and was served by Joy who transported the number painlessly and I left the store with my phone working . Namely Sib and Joy provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I felt that the staff that I interacted with really wanted to be there and assist. The purchase was completed on the following Saturday. I had reason to visit the store again today as I was experiencing difficulties synching my Apple Watch to my iPhone. I was served by Brynn. Another example of someone TKING OWNERSHIP and wanting to make sure I left the store happy. He really went out of his way to ensure that he was able to help me. Another great example Of A PERFECT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Thank you to everyone in the store . I might add Jacob to this list as well. In his capacity on the sales counter. Well done JB HiFi Rosny Park for creating such a friendly workplace and happy staff.

I bought a lenova laptop from there a couple of days ago, and the little girl that helped me was lovely respectful polite, and ready to help any way she could, can't remember her name, it sounded like viz ir tiz, but sher name was biz, excellent service.

Said they had a cable in stock... drove from other store in city to here to collect only to find out they didn't have it (inventory said so when checked) but tired and seemingly jaded staff member said it'd probably been stolen! Waste of time and effort... need to lift their game and security

Couple of days ago, while visiting JB WI FI Store in Rosny, I met Sam and the pretty Ethiopian young girl (Biz!?) Very nice and friendly people, really The Good Guys! God sent Biz to help me finding what need, while Sam to greet us while leaving their store! Great services, greatly appreciated!
