That’s a horrible shop. I was informed the sale person I need a freezer urgently, and about a week the sales ordered for me. And then the funny story is I paid the order in the morning, and I tell the sales. He told me because I just did the payment it won’t be delivered today, and I also informed he, I got the message said today afternoon, he said there is system error, even he can’t check the payment system. But I still hoping I will get the day. But I wasn’t. And it’s Friday afternoon. So the sales told me will be delivered on Monday. The delivery just msg 10mins before he arrives, and it is school zone time, how can I get home so early, and why don’t the delivery just call if nobody is at home. The horrible service I ever received, so I cancelled the order, I dint get the freezer and the delivery service was paid to install the freezer, which they did any. They charged me $80. It doesn’t make any sense to me. So you getting nothing but you need to paid for it.

I came in for assistance with a faulty item and had the pleasure of speaking with Lucas. He was kind, communicated clearly, and kept us updated while coordinating with other departments to confirm details. Thanks to him, we got the resolution we needed. Very happy with the experience — I'll definitely return in the near future.

Cant recommend this store enough, always going the extra mile with price and information. Had a great experience purchasing a TV and sound bar from Bing Lee with assistance from Lawrence who was very helpful. Lawrence was able to assist us to price beat JB HiFi who were having a sale and he was also able to assist us in finding a suitable, good quality sound bar which was still within our budget. Our TV was needing to be brought in from another branch out rural and I called the store a few days later speaking with Jasmine who was very helpful over the phone, communicating with the colleagues in the pickup area regarding where the order was in transit and calling me back to provide confirmation. Both Lawrence and Jasmine were very accommodating and friendly. Thankyou Lawrence and Jasmine for the great customer experience!

I received excellent service from Jeremy. He greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and immediately offered his assistance. He helped me with the air purifier and answered all my questions thoroughly. The entire transaction was very pleasant, and Jeremy went above and beyond. Additionally, I was very happy with the price. We purchased a Bosch Rangehood from this store via Ebay and the selection of click and collect. We were pleased that the click and collect was servcied by the first of the checkouts that you see on entering the store (which is totally unlike say Myer or David Jones where you need a map and compass to find the click and collect counter). The item was ready promptly after the online purchase and we collected the item promptly after confirmation of availability.

Customer service goes above and beyond when looking into product issues.

Went to return a 3 weeks old Kitchenaid blender as it had burnt electric smell coming from it when used. They tested the unit and they could not smell it. I suggested the smell comes more intense when accually there is something in the blender under load. They wanted to send it back to Kitchen Aid to test it for an unknown period of time. Unacceptable leaving us without a blender. JB or Harvey would have relapsed is straight away. Not dealing with Bing Lee anymore due to this ridiculous customer service… ah they also forgot to give my invoice back.. luckily I checked in the car and went back. What a waste of time!!!

I'm quite impressed with technical knowledge of Jim at Bing Lee, Macquarie Centre. If someone is confused with diff models, brands of TV. Which one to choose then Jim is the guy 😊

Extremely terrible shopping experience! We wish to buy smart watch for my daughter as Christmas gift, the staff and manager were very rude and less helpful. They told us there is no demo for us to try and compare, only the picture on the box to look and decide if we can buy. There is no return policy for any purchase, if we buy we need to take full responsibility. My daughter cannot decide if the watch is suitable for her wrist, the manager said, I can open it for you but you have to promise you buy it after I open it. It’s ridiculous! Never have such unfair shopping experience in Australia!

Sal and William were immensely helpful in dealing with a very complicated installation job for our 2.5kw A/C unit. They were kind and generous with there time, likewise in helping us navigate the world of installation of A/C units in our daughters room. An amazing installer by the name of Duc from DH air conditioning and electrical helped us . Just look at the quality of the job! If you need A/C, Sal and William are the guys to help you get the right product (look at how well the Mitsubishi fits!), and make sure you get the master craftsman Duc to help with the install!

They don't Have all u need

Was served by a lovely man name Jeffrey who we had a great experience with, we got to the counter a male staff member (Asian male with a pony tail) was incredibly rude both to Geoffrey and another staff member while we were being served. Didn’t have a clue about customer service, put a bad taste in my mouth after what was a great experience.

Very surprised wen I walked in here, there was about 4 staff members in eye shot of me but to my surprise they left me alone until I was ready. When I did need someone they were there & full if information, had an answer for all my stupid questions. The store is big with good size isles & full shelves. They got a repeat customer in me that day....

We have our DeLonghi coffee machine repair, there is no contact from the store, as they promised to call us in the afternoon or the next day… 2 weeks now, where is my coffee machine? The customer service is not good, I called the store today, seems no one known where it is, nothing in the computer system… what the heck?

Went in today for a new microwave and came out with a Dyson Airwrap Multi-styler!! lol At $250 off due to EOFY sales, how could I not?!? Huge thanks to Suyesh, my sales person at Bing Lee Macquarie Park (Macquarie Centre), for being so wonderful and helpful :-) I hope they realise just what an asset you are. I honestly believe that you could sell ice to Eskimos! So many sales people are either super pushy or can come across as being quite rude or dismissive. Not Suyesh. We will definitely be back and I would 100% recommend purchasing from this store :-)

Adam and the team were great, we thought we had a faulty laptop and he took the time to investigate and repair it on the spot, saved us loosing our laptop for 4-6 weeks. Super friendly and helpful.

Just made a second purchase from the Macquarie Store as we were very impressed with the service provided. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand the opportunities that are available with up to date technology. It makes a change to have someone take time to explain complex issues in such a straight forward manner, without feeling pressured to buy.

Bing Lee at Macquarie Centre offers a wide range of electronic products, including TVs, laptops, cameras, and home appliances. The store has a spacious layout and helpful staff who are willing to assist with any queries. Prices are reasonable and there are frequent sales and promotions.

Store looks amazing, however the sales rep was extremely unprofessional and talked down on the product I wanted to buy, deliberately. I came from a heavy sales background and can tell they had an agenda to push (probably to hit their KPIs). They probably had an internal incentive to sell a particular brand. If I was a mystery shopper, that would've been an automatic fail. They made the atmosphere feel forced and uncomfortable. Selfish sales person IMO. Manipulation is no way to hit KPIs. Would not recommend to anyone, or hope that others have a better experience.

Disappointing Experience at Bingley Macquarie Centre This morning I visited the Bing Lee store at Macquarie Center in search of a Panasonic NN-ST665B microwave in black color. Having found out that it was available at this location, I was hopeful that I could make a quick and easy purchase. Unfortunately, my experience at this store was anything but pleasant. The sales representative at the store displayed a complete lack of interest in helping me with my purchase. Not only was he rude, but he also refused to entertain any discussions about price matching or offering a competitive deal. When I mentioned the price offered at Harvey Norman, he dismissively showed me the MSP value and insisted that it was the lowest he could go. His tone was far from friendly, and it felt as though he had no interest in making a sale or providing a positive customer experience. Ultimately, I decided to leave the store and continue my search for the microwave elsewhere. I eventually found the model I wanted at the Harvey Norman in Belrose, where I was not only treated with respect but also great assistant with a kettle. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Bing Lee store in Macquarie Center, and I would like to caution other potential customers about the unprofessional attitude displayed by the sales representative there. It is important for businesses to understand that customer service is a crucial part of any shopping experience, and the lack of it at this particular store has cost them not only a sale but also a high spending customer.

brought dyson air purifer a month ago, when it start having strange loud noises, I bring it to binglee mq today, store manager told me I d better directly contact dyson, I drive 30min to the store, they just dont wanna handle the issue, keep push me to dyson service. this is really bad shopping experience. next time, I ll just directly purchase product from dyson, binglee dont look after u when product has issues. very disappointed.

Brand New Store with great staff and service. Very well layed out design and easy to find what you're looking for. Best part about it is that it's in Maquarie Centre which means easy parking, not crazy crowded, which equates to a stress free shopping experience. Very light and airy, which some of the other stores on this level can feel crowded and a little stifling to be in for more than a few minutes before you feel like you have to escape. Great job Bing Lee!

We purchased a TV here and had the pleasure of speaking with Geoffrey. He was fantastic in helping us buy the right TV. There was an issue with the Bing Lee delivery system which caused our delivery to be delayed but Geoffrey promptly contacted us to update us. I will continue to purchase appliances and electronics from Bing Lee specifically because I like his customer service, friendliness and professionalism.

I wish I can give zero star. I purchased a washing machine on 12th of January from Bing Lee Macquarie Shopping Centre. Order number SO1167508. During the delivery date on 13th of January, I was in my office to sign a contract with my customer when the driver called me. On the phone, the driver said that he cannot deliver, I therefore decided to involve my wife to this phone call because I cannot handle it. After I merged my wife into this phone conversation, I would like to explain to my wife about the reason that I cannot help her anymore, so I said “I am very busy, I cannot talk”, before I finish the full sentence, the driver interrupted me by saying “I am busy too”. After I dealt with my customer, I called the driver to understand the status, the driver was very aggressive and said “you are very rude by saying I am busy, you can not say it. I am busy.” The driver’s behavior is totally unacceptable because: 1. I was busy and I have my rights to tell my family about the reason I made this phone call, but it was interrupted by the driver rudely. 2. “I am busy” is a truth, the driver stopped me rudely and stated that he is busy. 3. The driver started that I am rude by saying “I am busy “.

First time shopping at Bing Lee, bought a Dyson Vacuum and a garment steamer. Calvin was really helpful and great with communication and went out of the way to arrange for the garment steamer to be delivered to the store so I can come in and pick it up. Really enjoyed my experience, 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great experience buying our TV from Bing Lee Macquarie Centre. We were served within minutes of entering the store, and were directed to where we wanted to go. The staff who served us (Govinder?) was very friendly and obliging, helping us with our purchase. He even offered a trolley for us to transport our TV back to our car. The other staff who interacted with us were also very warm and helpful. Overall, a very good experience, will be back for more electronic purchases in the future.

The most pathetic customer service you’ll ever see. How you meant to ensure the product is suitable if it is bought as gift. They do not understand the definition of “gift” you need to bring in the person into the ensure to make sure they like the product before you can purchase that for them as a gift. Useless! Even though the receipt was in my fathers name to ensure smooth exchange or warranty claims. But they did not bother to look at the receipt. This also shows I bought it as a gift. He just opened the “box” did not use it and that was quite clear, however the vaccum had a finger print mark as he touched it. Never buy from this store or BING LEE as a franchise. Better off going to next door to JB.
