Bing Lee Campbelltown

I purchased a smart door lock that didn't do what I needed it too. Yes my mistake. Product untouched, I returned for a refund and the process for this to happen is ridiculous. I'm still waiting weeks after returning

Went there on 12th of Jan wanting to price match a fridge. They said they couldn't match the price. False advertising. Should have bought it online instead of wasting my time with them. Got it delivered for free the very next day at a cheaper price that theirs. False advertising

Excellent customer service.

They will say something and do something else!! Bing Lee Third party service provider Megapower quoted 3200 AUD instead of Bing Lee quoted price of 2500 AUD for two split AC installation only, cost of AC units was already paid. Fleecing Customers as no choice left on the day of installation after the purchase! Why can’t Bing Lee let customers interact with Megapower directly so that installation cost is understood before the purchase rather regret later. Be very careful!

Good price, simple service, have stock... alot better than other stores nearby....

Very bad customer service, I wanted to buy a refrigerator that very day as my fridge stopped working yesterday night and I tried to get the attention of the staff there twice and that man kept ignoring me but when he saw a white couple he immediately raced to them but they told him they were just looking and didn't need help so I tried two more times (it was around 12:30 today) but he was turning away very narrow minded mentality so I went to the man near the desk and told him how that man behaved and walked out of the shop will never shop where we are disrespected. Your staff should be educated about diversity such a shameful behavior. Than I went into good guys such a respectful staff very helpful and I bought a good fridge and also got the black Friday special.

I very recently purchased a new computer here at Bing Lee, Campbelltown. I would like to give a massive shout out in show of appreciation to the salesman 'Cristian' who went above and beyond to help me from start to finish with my new computer. This was customer service at it's best and demonstrated just as such from Cristian. Cristian certainly exceeded my expectations with the level of customer service in which I received. This is by far my favourite Appliance store in Sydney.I have purchased many items at this store in Campbelltown and even the store at Bankstown where I purchased everything I needed for my new kitchen.The staff are so attentive they genuinely look after their customers.A Special mention to Caleb at the Campbelltown Store he is so knowledgeable on every item I have looked at purchasing.Thank you Bing Lee for continuing to Supply us with all our needs.Bing Lee will always Price Match as well.

Good store for what I need

I went to Bing Lee Campbelltown today hoping to get a fridge and a dehumidifier. I walked in a no one even batted an eye to me. Meanwhile my partner was in SuperCheap Auto next-door getting things for our car with our daughter. When he came into Bing Lee to grab the car keys off me and as soon as he walked in all eyes were on him. MULTIPLE Staff members followed him around and even to our car WHICH WAS TWO STORES AWAY and back in! I never complain but he felt so judged and harassed for literally doing nothing. STOP JUDGING BOOKS BY THEIR COVERS!!!!

Once again we are very happy return Bing Lee customers we have nothing but praise for the staff that we have encountered on all of the times we have bought items from the Campbelltown store. This time Calvin took care of our purchase and he gave us some great advice on the freezer we were looking to buy, gave us a good price and was a very nice gentleman. Then on delivery day we had 2 very nice , helpful, delivery drivers who were both pleasant young men and a real credit to their employer . Our old freezer was taken away, the new one installed and all rubbish was removed 😁 My Mother purchases from the Liverpool store and she is also very happy with all of her purchases and with the staff she has had the pleasure of dealing with. Well done to the Bing Lee team we will definitely be back for our next purchase and are happy to spread the word on the great service and prices in store.

Excellent store with good specials

Couldn't believe the great service from Bing Lea Campbelltown. I made an online order for a laptop and used Bing Lea's click n collect. I made the order and payment, only less than 10 minutes later I received a txt saying my laptop was ready for pickup. I made my way down and the instore service for pickup was easy and quick. The staff are friendly and efficient. I even received and $85 bonus card to use instore next time. Highly recommend Bing Lea Campbelltown.

Great to deal with and priced match

This is my favourite place to go to for all the electronics, everyone is very helpful but Manpreet is the greatest. She always help me choosing the right product and is always happy to assist.

Fantastic to deal with, they always are. Helpful, efficient, make the delivery easy. I had problems with an online order because of the bank, not Bing Lee, and had to pop into the shop. The girl on the ph line and the people inn the shop couldn't have been more helpful. I'd rather deal with the than e.g. The Good Guys who's customer service is abysmal. They always do their best with a bargain as well. My go to shop.

Went to purchase a dryer today. Was greeted straight away by Calvin. It was a quick and easy process. Calvin even helped take the dryer to my car. Was super helpful and had a smile from the moment we walked in. Thank you for great customer service

SHOCKING. DONT GO THERE. RAY THE MANAGER DIDNT GIVE A DAM ABOUT MY CONCERNS. PRODUCT WAS RUBBISH.. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. SARCASTIC GRIN ON HIS FACE AND OBNOXIOUS. My Delonghi coffee machine had an issue (pump issue) and was within the warranty period. Rang Binglee Campbelltown and they said the manager was not there, please ring later. Later that week I visited the store: Manager not here, please come back tomorrow. 2nd visit: Manager in a meeting, please leave the machine or come back tomorrow. I left the machine. After a week, they rang me and said the machine didn’t have any issue. I brought the machine home and found the machine still had the same issue. 3rd visit: manager was not there. I left the machine. They said they can’t refund, but they will send back to Delonghi company to fix it. After few weeks, i got a call and they said they couldn’t fix the issue and will refund. But the process was very complicated. I had to call Bravo repairs (probably Delonghi’s repair partner) and explain the issue again. And then they asked me to call Delonghi customer service again. Delonghi then sent me an email explaining the process of refund and asked me to print the email and take it to binglee. I took the print to binglee. Binglee then took another week to make a refund. After about 2 months of struggle, I finally got the refund.

Helpful staff

Spent $900 on a coffee machine.The lady I dealt with was wonderfully knowledgeable, but the machine itself was faulty. The pressure gauge did not move at all after making 8 coffees, all of which tasted like watered down dishwater. I was really upset over spending so much money on something faulty so back I took it back the following day. I was able to get a replacement machine and once I got it home and set it up, it made the most amazing coffee I've had in a very long time. I didn't have to change any settings at all. It was perfect! I really can't thank Bing Lee Campbelltown enough for the customer service I received. All the staff to the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Special thanks to Preet who helped me immensely and no question was too much for her to answer.

They need to up the customer service delivery. I stand around for a while, being ignored fkn not right.

We spoke to Craig Griffin today to buy a new dishwasher. He went thoroughly through every model showing the good and bad points of every model which was a pleasant surprise to have a honest sales person that wasn't interested in what was his most profitable item. He was only concerned about what was the best fit for our budget and making sure it was the best quality for the money. Would highly recommend this store and the great honest advise from craig.

To Management of this store, based on multiple visits to this store, made purchases previously , won’t be going back there as the customer service compared to other stores nearby is unbelievable. Abrupt, loud and short upon enquiring about an appliance.It’s basically we don’t want your business attitude. This has happened before with another team member there.No worries, there 2 other stores excellent customer service, don’t mind if I have to pay extra at least don’t feel being unwelcome like this store. No customers mean no business!

Advised on the phone they had stock so drive to store as per advice by receptionist. Get to store for them to tell me there isn’t any !! Waste of time, even though they say available online, rude staff.

they say they price match but in my case they wouldn't, not interested in negotiating, waste of time, won't ever be patronising that store ever again, the item i wanted wasn't on display, only the older model laptop which they obviously wanted to sell first, my item was in storage, and the store was empty of customers, doesn't surprise me, store looked great, pity the staff wern't interested in providing service

Chose click and collect rather than go in and purchase in store, but I was very disappointed with the click and collect. The confirmation and ready to collect email specified to stay in my car and call the store for them to bring it out. I chose to click and collect because I had my sleeping baby and sick child in the car, which I didn't want to bring into the store. When I called, they told me to come in because they were too busy. When I dragged my sleeping baby and sick child out of the car into the store to collect my order, the staff were standing around, leaning on counters chatting, and no customers were in store. It was very quiet. I was really annoyed that no one offered to help me take the stuff to the car when they saw i was struggling with holding my baby, holding my sick 2 year olds hand, and carrying my order. It's pretty unprofessional, in my opinion.

Bing Lee Campbelltown is a top store. Great customer service and a wide range of goods. Had my online order ready very quickly and were pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended 🙂

I just bought an acer laptop and monitor from Bing Lee. The service was great and so were the prices! I was helped by Dylan who was a fantastic resource! He was very knowledgeable and gave advice that applied to my exact situation. I went to four stores and he was the only one who seemed to actually know what he was doing! Absolutely rude service. The lady had Craig on her service name but clearly not her name. Telling me an email wasnt sent but it was. Was so standoffish and refusing to talk to someone on loud speaker. If anyone reading this go to the good guys Campbelltown you won't be treated like a dog and appreciated.

The staff at Bing Lee Campbelltown were fantastic. I actually called in to the store before I received a notification it was ready due to driving past and they were more than happy to look my name up and process it then so I could take my item with me at that moment. Thanks again guys.
