It was great with fantastic service and wonderful atmosphere and I would recommend everyone to go and try it.

At the 3 hour mark of waiting for our delivery, we decided to cancel when we received YET ANOTHER message advising of another delay. Don't order if you actually want to receive your food.

Went in for a quick take away order today. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I waited a little today as they hadn't started orders yet and they brought me a cold glass of water even though I wasn't sitting in to eat. Great service 😊 Have ordered before and when they got something wrong they helped us out quickly and offered a voucher for our next meal which was so nice. Food tastes great and always fresh.

The staff Game gave us the best service in this area, I assumed he was the manager as he was amazing and food was good as always, we have Thai in our area but we prefer to travel to emerald hills because it is the best Thai place :)

This place is one the best Thai restaurant around south West. Pad see eew done pretty nice. Sauce can be a bit too sweet but it wouldn't bother me much. As all the elements nicely done. Sauce good, flame work great, meat and vegetable also cooked well. Most of the Thai restaurants blanching the meat so it tasted quite boring. Feels like have no purpose on the plate other than protein need to be there. Thai fried rice also having nice wok fragrancy. Seasoned well. Crispy fried fish with mango salad nicely done. But they should've giving an option as some people might like it a bit more spicy kick. Thai beef noodle soup not the best but still average in taste. The room acoustic not great. So it a bit noisy.

Good came out pretty quickly and was usual in its good quality. Waiters we friendly and service oriented. Was busy already and wasn't even 6 pm.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! With short notice due to an unfortunate evening at another venue, this restaurant truly came to the rescue! They were so quick to accomodate for us and were very warm and welcoming and beyond friendly! They quickly put some tables together to accomodate our large group which was amazing. To top it all off the food was sensational and so flavoursome! Thank you so much for an amazing experience and delicious food! We will certainly be back :)

They have the best and most authentic Thai food in the area. The dishes are full of flavours, meat cooked properly, authentic Thai flavour, and good serving size. Great place to have a good brunch if you are a Thai food lover.

The first few times I went it was really good but then the most recent times I ordered, it did not meet my standard. The food was overpriced and had no flavour. Really dissapointed

Came by for dinner and ordered pad see ew, kana moo krob and red curry with chicken. All in all, I would say all the dishes tasted nice. The pad see ew was slightly sweeter than I had expected, however the noodles were perfect along with the spice level. The red curry was delicious m and perfectly balanced. The crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli definitely has potential, the meat itself was nice and juicy and the pork pieces were generous. I just wished the pork skin itself was crispy. Taste however was spot on. There were many menu items and everything was very affordable. Portion size was generous considering the quality! IMO Thai Emerald is a thousand times better than Willow Thai in the next suburb. Customer service was very friendly and food came out in a decent time. We will go again in a couple of weeks and if the kana moo krob is crunchy, I’ll update my score to 5 :)

I stuck to the same Thai restaurant for years and wouldn’t try any other. I gave this one a chance and it was an amazing experience and will return many times again. Food was just how I expected and staff are friendly.

Be sure not to critique a dish! Hubby was confident to say this is not how it is done and was met with a rude waitress who was aggressively asking him if he’d like to go to the kitchen and do it himself- unbeknownst to her that he is actually a chef. It didn’t stop there- she openly was talking about us to the table down from us whom, like children proceeded to look over and giggle. Very unprofessional and zero hospitality. We dine out often and love supporting small businesses as we are in the same field and understand that it can’t and won’t always be 100% but it’s how you react to that feedback that really sets you apart from the rest. Wow- we will for sure not recommend this place at all. Just to let you know genius, fried ice cream is actually meant to be fried, wrapping it with filo pastry and then serving it cold doesn’t make it fried. Change it in your menu to read ice- cream. The dishonesty in the reply is disgusting- I actually laughed out loud- get a grip- thanks for the laugh!

We had food here many times....this is one of our top 3 choices of outside food.....we never disappointed.....I don't know who the chefs really are inside the kitchen....but they do really have magic in their hands....omg the food was delicious 🤤😋.....the ambience and service is good. Staff are very welcoming.

It's the third time I've been here with guests. Despite the busy customer turnover rate the tables are kept clean and tidy. The medium rare pork is so soft and they really have done well. The staff now do bring notepads along with them. Staff politely clear away empty plates efficiently to keep guest's tables uncluttered. Still a wonderful place to eat.

I ordered a crab meat fried rice. But I didn't see or taste any crab meat. I asked the waitress. I was not satisfied with the answer she gave me. Because I saw the recent reviews praised and pictures. It looked totally different from what I got. I was cheated.

Thai Emerald is a true gem for Thai cuisine lovers! Every dish is an authentic masterpiece, but the highlights for me were the Crab Fried Rice and Pad Kee Mao. The Crab Fried Rice was bursting with flavor, with generous portions of succulent crab perfectly balanced with aromatic jasmine rice. The Pad Kee Mao was equally impressive, with its spicy kick and perfectly cooked noodles. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is top-notch. Our favourite Thai restaurant! The food is amazing, especially the Lamb Shank Massaman and Pork Belly in Oyster Sauce. We eat here regularly and have never had a bad experience. Staff was friendly, attentive and so prompt. Takeaway is also great. Definitely recommend

This is the 2nd time we went to have dinner since new owners changed last year. The lady taking my order did not hear me right when i wanted 2 portions of chicken wings as appetizer. She did repeat the order before confirming but due to the place being very noisy i probably also did not hear her right. So instead of chicken wings, i was served chicken satay and when i said i ordered chicken wings, she came charging me aggressively saying she repeated the order and i did say sorry that i probably didn’t hear her clearly. And After this, the service went downhill. All our food were served cold and with an extremely ignorant attitude. All main dishes were served except for the fried rice which came after 30 mins of the other mains which were already cold by then and every time i asked her for the fried rice, she ignored me a few times and later said its coming with an attitude. I also paid $143 for 2 adults and 1 child and 1 infant and they couldn't provide me an itemized bill of the items they charged me for. This is definitely the last time i am going there. There are many more Thai restaurants around and serves with much better attitude than this place.

Had a beautiful lunch here with my wife and enjoyed a couple of their lunch specials + an entree to share. We went for the duck dumplings which were amazing. Had pieces of duck in their and fresh vegetables. For our mains my wife had the chicken Pad Kee Mao whilst I went for the chicken Pad Thai. Both were great and could taste the freshness of all ingredients. We will definitely be coming back here to have more lunches... when the kids are in school : )

The food was amazing, the best spice mix I have ever experienced. We enjoyed all the dishes that we ordered and each one was the best. I enjoyed my visit with my family and will surely be coming back in future.

Nice clean and bright venue. Food and drinks have always been spot on. However, please check your bills as mine have been wrong a couple of times. Maybe their maths are bad but each time I’ve always been overcharged not undercharged? also they’ve been taking orders wrong, either missing the meat or giving the wrong drinks.

The two older women have the worst customer service. They'll try overcharge you so check your bill and will not smile if they were paid to. The only positive is the young Issan girl who is friendly and serves well. The food is pricey for what you get, overrated sadly.

It's the first time I came to Thai Emerald. Everything is fantastic. I ordered Tom Yum Fried rice chicken and Crispy pork chili basil. It' s very delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommended.

We absolutely love this place they are always consistent with the food and service. Food is always a 10/10 even when we decide to order take away sometimes it still is just as good. In my opinion the fried rice is the absolutely most delicious we have ever had at any Thai and we have tried many not to mention the salt and pepper prawns, pad se ew, pad Thai, sizzling plates there is not one dish I have be disappointed in. Highly recommend this place for great authentic Thai and absolute cleanliness

Tried tonight and was so disappointed. Service from a young girl waitress was good but then she disappeared to go have a cigarette with one of the cooks. The pad Thai almost chocked me from the chewy noodles. Massaman beef curry the meat was so chewy it was tender in some places but most was very chewy.Sauce flavour was nice. We paid the bill and the lady doing the payment wasn’t friendly at all. Considering it was very quiet I would think the food would have been better.

We had dinner at this place for the first time upon checking up on their highly review status online, however didn’t find the food to be at 4.6* level. Taste wise their food was on average level in my opinion as I am a big fan of Thai food where I had experienced eating this cuisine over and over at various and top rated places in Sydney over the years till present times.

Been dining at this family-run venue for more than 4 years now, almost every Saturday. Service and food taste are second to none at such reasonable prices too! 😊 My fave dish is the crispy barramundi salad 😋). Owners and work staff are friendly and sincerely look after your dining experience. Manpower has been increased during peak periods so service time is good! Keep up the great work!

Simplicity is key....their Pad Thai is best around the area including Campbelltown and Liverpool. Always my go to and will always be my go to.

Absolutely disgusted with their careless service, I ordered via Uber eats and ordered a medium green curry and jasmine rice, firstly they forget to pack the rice (I had to cook my own rice). But the worst part was the food, it was almost torturous to ingest the absurd amount of red chillies they threw in there, had upset stomach later on, never eat here unless you want terrible service and inedible food
