Don't rate this place , overpriced and small portions of the protein in the meal. Cakes were not tasty. Not a child friendly place

Good facilities, carparking limited, brilliant bistro great food, reasonably priced drinks, music in the pokies can be overwhelmingly loud due to low ceilings. Staff pleasant, family friendly, plenty of room to move around.

I loved the club that much I'm thinking of taking up bowls!

Pre ordered our meal a week in advance as we were a group of 31. We arrived at 6:30, paid for the meal and then waited for a long time. Meals dribbled out. The last meal arrived at 7:48. Poor management

Attended a private function at this venue, great staff within the function, food was great also. However, moving from the function room to the bowling club itself we were met with rude and arrogant staff that treated those from the function in an appalling way. Not impressed with this venue although it’s been a venue I have attended multiple times throughout my life. Service 0 stars, staff attitude 0 stars.

Our orders took very long to be ready and the only meal anyone enjoyed was the chicken schnitzel. The nachos were burnt and the burgers were cold.

Good atmosphere and food good value.

Food has Improved since Mike's bar and grill has taken over. Staff are generally pleasant. Worth returning if it's convenient for you

Staff were great. Meals were ok. Large serves, but quantity over quality.

Food tasted great, but we waited 50 minutes before asking what took so long. We were told they lost our order, they then very quickly provided us with food that did not fit our dietary requirements. They then cooked fresh meals for us, which tasted lovely. As consolation, Adele offered a $5 voucher, for a 50 minute wait on 3 meals. This felt quite insulting. The lovely lady running the till, did make it a $10 voucher, but I was not impressed. To summarise, food and kitchen staff make lovely food, Adele's customer service leaves something to be desired.

So glad to see Cheryl on the till at the bistro. She is so lovely and friendly. Always hope she is on. Awesome value the chicken schnitzel is fantastic.the chefs are awesome too. Other staff could do with taking a lesson from Cheryl.

I've been a member at this Club for many years. The best part about the Club is its very friendly and helpful staff. Great place for a drink, feed and raffles. Keep up the great work. 👍

Very lively, good spot for a meal with or without children, sometime a wait for drinks.

Love the ambience, great food, not crowded out

Only one sign in register working, causing a large line. Then, the least friendly customer service lady served me and my family at the restaurant. She needs to be taught how to smile. No advice that the advertised prices were for members only, no information to state that the kiddos' meal include ice cream, no advertised information that there is a surcharge to use a card. And the food was cold when we got it.

I’ve been a member for over 40 years the meal my wife and I had tonight was disgusting overcooked and of poor quality.

If you're after a pub feed in Engadine forget the tavern, and RSL the Bowlo is where it's at. Great food and value with generous portion sizes.

Food was nice, and there were plenty of vegies and heaps of prawns with the garlic prawns dish.

I have been a member for about 40 years. It is by far the best club. I now live on the Gold Coast, no other club comes anywhere near the good old Engadine Bowls Club.

I was present at a wake here recently. Between the poor bar service for what was expected and the children of the grieving being yelled at by staff for having fun after coming from a funeral, I'd have to say I'd never book a function here. Paint is also pealing off the walls in the function area. Perhaps if children are meant to be seated at all times with their parents it could be advertised prior to taking a booking.

My Favourite Club. Great Friends and the Staff are Fabulous. Food is Excellent and the Friendly Atmosphere makes you and Your Family and Friends very Welcome.

Within the bowling Club is Engadine Grill and the food is seriously OUTSTANDING! They are consistency awesome with the food. The menu has a great variety of delicious food. Our fav is the steak with diane sauce but the whole menu is fantastic. The daycor inside is fairly nice & fresh. This club is popular for weekend bowls they have Sunday night meat raffles and lots on during the week. If you are going for a club meal in Engadine this trumps all. A MUST in my opinion 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Has a good menu. Meals are very large. Not too expensive, especially with membership. They do nice cocktails too and have cakes and desserts. No kids play area anymore though unfortunately.
