We came in looking for an office computer and a gaming computer and walked out satisfied with the treatment and service we received from Brice, and we will happily return again.
Thank you for the team at Good Guys Campbelltown for their assistance with my faulty Jabra Earbuds. It was touch and go for awhile as to whether my issue would be resolved during my store visit - i'd purchased the earbuds through TGG online, there has been alot of back and forward, testing repetition and frustration with Jabra customer service over a 3 week period and then the warranty period expired before I could get to a store. The Manager was focused on supporting me, she asked the right questions and was able to push the warranty replacement through based on the evidence supplied. The sales representative assisting with the replacement was second to none, I wish I had his name.
Jay & Joel helped us a lot , great customer service . Bought few items they spent an hour with us , got what want with satisfaction .

This place is easy enough to get to the staff are friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. There is a great range of products and always easy to get a decent discount

Bought Motorola 5G phone on 5th February 2025 and I struggled to used it as it was complicated for old person like me to use it. Took to Campbelltown shop on 8th February 2025 and they refused to refund it because box was open and according to them, it's change of mind. Lady in shop asking me to sell online. That's not a good suggestion. Wasted money for buying at The Good Guys, Cambelltown
Walked in the store today, looked at a new vacuum cleaner, something to wash the floor. After 20 minutes looking around and no one offering assitance I left. I can appreciate that you are busy but appreciate how I felt seemingly ignored :(
“The Good Guys” or should i say “The it’s not my problem guys” absolute rubbish service, rude,arrogant and disrespectful to customers. This is so embarrassing and unacceptable on how you treated, should’ve stayed with Bing lee or Harvey Norman, i will never shop there again as along as i can. 😊 horrible people
Boyd is amazing. Builds incredible rapport with his customers, truly listens and gives quality advice and feedback on products. We will always come back to this store despite having closer stores just because of Boyd’s award worthy service

After spending a lot of money on various large and small items I’d expect a better delivery service than a dump & go, In May 2024 I purchased 3 large items and 2 smaller items paid $59 delivery and got a great service, 3 items unboxed and rubbish taken way this time with another large item & paid the same delivery fee I got a dump & go, called the store spoke to 3 different people to ask why and I was told well you should have asked for the premium delivery, customer service was crap when dealing with them on the phone but they are very happy to take your cash, if you want a top service go to Harvey Norman for a cheaper option with crap service stick with The good guys, I do not recommend
I very rarely do reviews, but the service and knowledge that come from Bryce was so amazing that I could not possibly go without writing one! He was the most friendly and easy to deal with person I have come across in any industry and knew pretty much everything about every product Thankyou Bryce you’re a legend

Got some great help from Kahn who showed my girlfriend and I a washer and dryer duo for a great price, including the delivery, installation and removal of the old ones, as well as introducing us to their program to receive credits throughout the year! Good job Good Guys!

Has items you need. But staff don’t care or take one look at you unless you ask for help. Definitely wouldn’t shop here again.

Very very poor service.
Although i got stuck in their system and disregarded after requesting a refund, someone at this store made it their personal mission to get me that refund which was pretty nice of them and they certainly didnt have to so I do appreciate that in the face of other modern, impersonal business practices.
Great products
Thank you Elizeh and the GG team. We ordered an oven online that was unfortunately unavailable from the stores in NSW, and were called by Elizeh who works there who was very kind and understanding over the phone. She and the store manager offered us other options and organized for us to buy another oven at a discounted price instead (with the price difference being minimal), which we were happy with.

I am very happy with good guys I bought a tv and a kettle and a vaccume cleaner too I am very happy with the service I reccommend it to anyone to go there and thank you very much for my brand new fridge I love it
Staff are pretty low toned.
Went in to purchase a stove and a few other items. Heaps on display but when I asked the staff if I can buy it, they said they don't stock it and it'll be a few months wait. DO NOT ADVERTISE ITEMS OR HAVE THEM ON THE FLOOR IF THEY ARE UNAVAILABLE. THIS IS PROMISING THE CONSUMER A PRODUCT THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE. Maybe place a sign Indicating that you do not stock the product so consumers know what is going on!
Walked in to THE BAD GUYS. Served by a blonde bimbo with Pink Freddy Cruger nails. Fobbed me off from first encounter until the end because she couldn’t be bothered dealing with a warranty claim. The GOLD SERVICE is a SCAM SERVICE and ADD-ON STITCH UP - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT. You will get palmed off to god knows where. The thing mentioned above should be working at Vinnies or maybe at Bar. Definitely does not have any people or customer service skills. Ruff as guts. Her attitude is absolutely appalling!!!
A good store means nothing without great people working there. Too often are you bombarded by sales people looking for the commission and only looking to help you when they know there is a sale. But then Boyd popped up. Truly an asset to the team here, his approach was focussed on making sure we had all our questions answered and got what we needed. Very refreshing to have someone genuinely wanting to help you in the store.
Worst customer experience ever today by rude Bryce. I was looking for a LPG gas stove but the staff didn’t helped and they tried to give task to other team member. I reached out to the manager as well but manager tried also to talk to the rude member(brassh) but she end up dealing with us instead of her so called staff (her egoistic staff was sounds like brasshhh or similar name). The worst part was, she told me that the egoistic staff is the only good at the kitchen and there was no any other team good at this to suggest the best stove options. We left with nothing but with a smile and went to the Harvey Norman and got the best customer experience as always. Conclusion: The team has to give proper training to their staff about the customer expectations and experience. If they can’t take any actions, they will probably end up of getting less sales and customers.
If I could give no stars I would. Refused to let me exchange something a few days later even know they have a 30 day change of mind policy and I hadn't used it. The sales person straight up lied to be about the specs of a product. They are awful do not bother with this store.
Recently went to Good Guys Campbelltown and Khanh was very helpful, with our freezer purchase. He was friendly. Need more staff like Khanh. Great job Khanh.
Just a shout out for a staff member called Bryce. I called trying to order a white good & it must have been a super busy day it was hard to get someone to help me with a sale of a dishwasher. Bryce apparently was from the TV computer section but was so helpful and this is hard to find these days!! So thankyou Bryce I hope management read this one! I also bought the product I needed & extended warranty off him.
They don't price match anymore I wasted my morning going to the good guys.
Went to the good guys last night and was served by Harry G I think - that's what it said on the receipt. Was looking for a new computer monitor. Harry was very knowledgeable and recommended a monitor to suit our PC after enquiring what specs and graphic cards we were running. I was really impressed as he knew what he was talking about. Was a satisfying and smooth transaction. Thank you.
Went to the good guys yesterday and purchased a tv, ended up spending way more than my budget but it was fine. I informed the sales rep that we no longer have a tv and the purchase would depend on the delivery status, he promised that it would be delivered the next day. I received a message from them telling me they are delivering it today. Waited all day and nothing, called them only for them to tell me it won’t be delivered and they will need to call us back to let us know when it will be delivered. Horrible service, the sales rep will basically promise anything to get a sale. Also stop blaming your delivery people, obviously a lot of people are having the same issue, so change them.

Ordered and paid in full for a TV 2 weeks ago . Still not there . And then Madam Debbie in the front desk was not happy to help with further information on when the stock is expected or what are our options. Absolutely appalling. Customer service is not to be expected at this store. Staff standing around chit chatting no one keen on coming and helping customers either.
I bought a washing machine in store on Monday. The price was good and the guy who served me was helpful. However I paid extra for delivery. I was suppose to get the washing machine on Wednesday but it did not get delivered. I spoke to a woman from the good guys on the phone the following day and she was rude and unhelpful. She said the washing machine would only be delivered by Saturday. If I knew this would happen I would have organised pickup myself.
Ordered the Samsung Q70C tv online. Was delivered quickly and without fuss. However tv had a fault. Called C'town HQ and was spoken to like trash by the first woman I spoke to. She clearly didn't want to be there. Second lady in admin was much more polite and helpful. Fault was escalated to Samsung who have been giving me the runaround for months. Repair was attempted but failed. Now the store has ghosted me and Samsung refuses to offer more than repeated repairs" despite their own repairman stating it needed a replacement. NSW Fair Trading now involved. Never again."

Customer service is fine but when it comes to delivering your order to your place, 0 flexibility, lack of clear communication, not approachable and ignore customer choices. Very rude lady staff who deals with order delivery!!👎👎👎

I don't even go anywhere else any more. Bing Lee are too pushy and Harvey Normans pick up dock take far longer than they should. Always good pricing and great service. Keep it up and I won't need to go anywhere else.

I’m so appalled an very disappointed with the good guys I will never buy from them ever again I had only brought a washing machine from them 9 months ago it then all of a sudden stopped spinning an wouldn’t dry my clothes as it is a combo washing an dryer . They had sent a technician to my house after two days of telling them it is broken. They guy had told me it only needed a factory reset an that he had did it an it was fixed an said you have to wait thirty minutes to turn it on as it was hot so I waited 30 minutes after he left then I turned it on an it dosnt spin an also is beeping showing weird numbers on my machine I called them straight away they then said they would fix it within two days today is the day they were meant to come an now I’ve called them an they have said they will come 2 of august so now I’ve been without a washing machine for one week an now if I have to wait till the 2 of augest so I will be without my machine for 2-3 weeks so hopeless the good guys is awful not helpful an I have a great feeling they will not resolve my issue ZERO STARS HORRIBLE I WILL GO ANY WHERE ELSE
I bought Samsung Microwave machine one year ago from this store and it is under warranty. I left the product two weeks ago didn't get any update. Also called them today they could n't give any answer or update. Very worst customer service.
I always shopping in the Campbelltown the good guys store, but this time I am very disappointed for the customer service. I made a order a week ago, and call them this morning to check my order status, the lady told me they don’t know when the product will arrive and don’t check for me said it’s Sunday today. Very rude and not professional. Very disappointed and upset. I went to the the good guys website to online chat, they are very nice to help me find out my order.

Their sales team is really good. But when it comes to reception/cashier, they do not want to help the customer at all. Yesterday I ve been to collect my Samsung S23 ultra online order. When I requested an invoice since I did not receive online/mail, they were so reluctant to provide a one. I had to show my mail inbox, to prove that I did not receive a one.
Good Guys at Campbelltown are great. Helpful, informative assistance from Chris in TV sales. Prompt, professional delivery and installation. Extremely happy with TV purchase and would recommend the service and products.

I forgot the consultants Name. She helped me picked a good tv and really knows her stuff! I'm glad she assisted me! However, after opening the box, I realised the TV screen was cracked. I called the store and Kimberly helped organised a new TV within the hour. If I have any more electrical items to buy, I will defs come back here. These guys really are good!

Worst customer service experience. Harry,sales rep give wrong information, wasted our whole day.when we called to know what happen, girl named kimble showing attitude. Rude and not even apologised for their mistake. Instead of solving the problems, manager was keep pushing us to cancel our order. Seems like they are trying to save each others back and blaming customer.
Rang this morning with a small issue about my Dyson. Kimberley answered the phone - amazing and positive energy, engaging, empathetic, great listener and gave me exactly what I needed PLUS a full and thorough explanation of the process moving forward to address my issue. Cannot recommend highly enough the positive and uplifting customer experience courtesy of Kimberley. I’ve worked in retail customer service and management - you have a stellar staff member in your ranks!

We bought a new dishwasher a few weeks ago and Anita couldn’t be more helpful so when we went in today to buy a carpet shampooer I went looking for her. She remembered us from the previous time. She is so friendly and helpful and knows her products, it was a pleasure dealing with her and if I need anything in future I’ll be hunting her down again. Lovely lady.

Went into Campbelltown good guys due to an issue with a purchase at another good guys store. Debbie at the registers was fantastic, went above and beyond and spent at least 30-40 mins contacting the other store and sorting out the problem for me. I was so appreciative for the help and effort she made. Would highly recommend paying Debbie a visit for your next purchase. Received Friendly Customer Service purchasing a new TV however was not informed of the requirements to be registered for Digital Wallet prior to purchase to receive Store Credit via promotion. Contacted Customer Support the following day to be informed there is nothing they can do to make this right and they are unable to provide the store credit.
I went into GG Campbelltown today and was impressed by the excellent assistance and the product knowledge of Bryce. I was very happy with the products I purchased. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
