Stopped by St George Leagues Club for lunch recently. The food is awesome. Definitely worth a visit!

We went to both the Brassirie and also the Crown Dragon and enjoyed both. The Brasserie has a standard Bistro menu - however the quality of the food was surprisingly good. The $ 20 offer for half lobster was on and we took advantage of it. The Roast and Schnitty were great too. We went to the Crown Dragon for dessert - we had the mango pancake which is part of the Yum Cha. It was delicious. Service was quick and attentive. Over all a very good afternoon out - and we will surely be back

The club looks like it was last decorated inthe 1980s. The Roast of the day (beef apparently) was the worst meal I've had in decades. Utterly flavourless, school dinner quality.

Visited on Saturday night for the first time in a while and was surprised at the changes made to the bistro layout. You now have to order at the Cafe instead of near the kitchen where you could actually see the food on offer. The cutlery was all lumped in a basket instead of being individually packed. This raises a serious hygiene issue as many hands fumble through the forks, knives and spoons. It just felt like cost cutting measures were evident since the last time we dined here a couple of years ago. The sports bar section has also made way for the poker machines, so sitting areas for the non gambling patrons has been seriously squeezed. Bring back the ice cream machine!

Four of us had an enjoyable lunch at Jubilee Brassiere yesterday.It was as expected. First class.Thankyou .We will be back again soon.

Great night, excellent choice of food, drinks and the DJ's dancing music was perfect. We really enjoyed celebrating the New Year at the club.

Lovely lunch with cousins. Layout and service improved on last year. A cheese platter would have been good. Otherwise all food I found to be excellent.

It's ok nothing to brag about

We often go here for Yum Cha (Dim Sum) , we enjoy the food but it is getting quite expensive now I guess like everything !

I would like to thank everyone who made our Christmas Day a little more special at the Christmas buffet in the Mahogany room (Table 26) We were greeted with a smile and when I mentioned it was our first Christmas lunch out with Mum the response was, thank you for choosing us! The service and smiles were wonderful and the selection of food was amazing. Thank you and Merry Christmas. Fast forward a year,2024 and just when I thought last year at the Christmas buffet couldn't get any better, the staff again were amazing with their flawless customer service and delicious food. The decorations were especially lovely and Christmas music played in the background. Thank you again for another lovely Christmas day lunch spent in the Mahogany room (Table 14)

Had a lovely dining experience on Christmas Day. The food and service was excellent. The room had a beautiful Christmas theme and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The yum cha is great and the parking is easy!

Let's see. It's not bad. It's just very average. The food, well it's average. I had the schnitzel, yes, it was OK, and you guessed it...average. I wish there was some other way to say it, but I can't. Everything is average. The service is OK. The staff all look as if they would rather be somewhere else, but not in any malicious way. Lots of renovations going on here all the time. Cant enjoy a meal im dining room with drilling and hamering during the day., coffee shop is very good and staff are wonderful. Food in that area fit for meals are always just warm or quality of the food is nor very good. Upstairs Chinese restaurant is wonderful. booking required for most occasions but always best to check. Membership fees are good and well worth joining. Not much entertainment here unless you want to gamble your savings away.

I was with a small group of women and we went to the leagues club for Yum Cha; it is known for it. Brisk, efficient service. Food was nice; classic variety on the trolleys - but we needed to ask for some of the dishes we wanted. It is one of our must-visits when all the girls are together in Sydney. It cost about $30 per head (only Chinese Tea, no other drinks). Great parking. Clean toilets. Friendly and helpful concierge. Accessible for people with limited mobility / wheelchairs and the like.

I recently revisited St George Leagues Club after years away, and it completely exceeded my expectations. As a proud St George League supporter, I was thrilled to see how much the club had enhanced its facilities. Parking on a Saturday night initially seemed challenging, but to my surprise, the club offers complimentary valet parking, which was efficient and professional. Inside, the pokie area was impressive – each machine had its own side table with phone charging, making it convenient and comfortable. The chairs were plush, and the whole area was thoughtfully set up. The bathrooms were beautifully maintained, and complimentary drinks, including hot options, added an extra touch of hospitality. Another standout was the service. Every staff member was attentive and friendly, making sure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. St George Leagues Club has truly elevated the game, and I look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended!

So you spend around $300 bucks and win absolutely nothing and then they make you feel like an absolute convict because you had 2 drinks and then force you to get a cab which you have to pay for. This club is an absolute disgrace. Talk about getting shafted. Don’t waste your money or your time getting ripped off go somewhere else decent.

We recently threw a surprise Halloween party for my mum’s 50th. We’ve been planning it for months and the St George team was extremely lovely and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and even provided us access early on the day so we could decorate the venue. The staff that was with us during the party was so lovely and helpful! Specially Natasha, she made sure everything went ahead smoothly! Cannot recommend enough!

Myself and my partner have developed a love and hate relationship for this establishment. It’s become embedded into our routine now to pop in and try our luck or even treat ourselves to a feed. The service is amazing and the workers make u feel comfortable and at ease! Pokies? No comment lol

Delicious Cantonese food with warm and friendly staff

Absolutely disgusting service waited almost 20 minutes for a simple coffee while playing the machines finally approached by a gaming attendant Indian or Pakistani background (joyti) tried to order some snacks and was told I couldn’t order more than two packets.What an absolute joke I’m pretty sure the money I put in is worth more than two packets of snacks coffee was like cold mud

Excellent place for gathering!!!

I just loved this place. Was a regular back in the early 2000's when I lived in Sydney, before relocating, but visited every time I was in the area. Just returned for a few nights and they have ruined it. Pokies everywhere, no atmosphere, no.outside area, no.lounge areas to just sit and talk. Its now a soulless club, like every other run of the mill place. Trying to gouge money from gaming, packing as many machines in as they can at the expense of the overall feel of the place. If you think this is progress, you are sadly mistaken, you have decimated a great local venue. Shame on the 'new owners'.

Very poor customer service in my experience there.

Staff were very friendly and lovely but the food at the brasserie was below average. The quality wasn’t great and what you get is not as described in the menu. I wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

The staff were lovely and friendly unfortunately this is where the positives ends. Very disappointing fathers day my meal came and was stone cold and had to take it back. My partners and child's food were just warm.Very outdated environment and menu that needs some modernising. Such a shame as dragon supporters we were looking forward ro visiting
