Absolute disaster dealing with Bing Lee! Bought a humidifier that hasn't worked since day one, and when I asked for a refund, they flat out refused. Avoid this store like the plague! Head to Costco instead, where they actually care about their customers and accept returns without any hassle. Bing Lee sells nothing but junk, and their customer service is a joke. Stay far away from their Marsden Park store if you value your time and money!

I had an absolutely terrible customer service experience with both Breville and Bing Lee! After purchasing a Breville kettle and toaster from Bing Lee, the kettle's skin started peeling off within a year. Despite being under warranty, when I approached Bing Lee for repair or replacement, they were incredibly stubborn and refused to acknowledge the poor manufacturing quality, instead giving excuses. It's shocking that such expensive equipment couldn't even sustain the moisture it produces. Never ever going to waste my money on Bing Lee again!

I was just doing a delivery job for the store with wrong address given. When I just reached the location got to know the change of address instead of being apologetic and paying the difference one of the staff lady was rude and treated me as like her personal slave. Poor manners no way to deal with someone like that

Appalling customer service when it comes to refunds. My wife and I Bought an Epson printer from them. After setting it up, we discovered that the document feeder didn’t work and kept on getting paper jams. Print quality was also subpar due to a misaligned/blocked ink jet. We attempted to return the printer for a refund only to be informed that we, the customer, had to contact the manufacturer to have the printer sent to their repair team to diagnose! We complied with their bizarre request, only to have the repair technician confirm our findings. We insisted on a refund under Consumer Guarantees Law as product was faulty and did not work as intended. They refused as the printer was repaired to be returned to us, which we didn’t originally agree to, and we took too long to report the issue. I explained that delay was due to my wife going through cancer treatment, which they were unsympathetic to. We are now in the process of making a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading. We expected better service and standards reputable company such as Bing Lee.

How fortunate were we when we were served by Ali. Came in looking for a hard drive to store my pics etc from my Samsung phone. Ali was so knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful and also recommending products for future needs. 5 stars Ali, you're an asset to Bing Lee.

Wonderful staff at this store! We went in to purchase a new fridge, staff were incredibly friendly and price matched for us to get us the best price possible. They even gave our toddler a balloon to play with and she had the best time ever and didn't want to leave the shop once we were done.

Purchased a Dyson vacuum today. Staff were really helpful in demo as well as knowledgeable across different models. Patiently answered our questions. To top it all price was lowest for the selected model at Bing lee. Overall great experience!

Went into the store to buy all our appliances for a kitchen renovation. The sales assistant Jason was extremely helpful with everything we needed. Has kept us up to date with our delivery. Highly recommend

Went there last weekend to ask for a price match. Showed a lifeless employee there (old, short haired woman) a competitors price with a store with a physical location and they said we don't price match online stores... we said this store has a location, and they said let me check. They checked and said sorry they only price match with goodguys, Harvey norman etc. Since it is similar price to us. Anyways we don't have it in stock so you can go buy it at the store you want. Feeling miguided and offended, we went to goodguys and showed them the price we wanted match. They had one quick look and said yeah, that's fine and in 10 minutes we walked out a happy customer. They even offered services and everyone was so friendly. Bing Lee here needs to up their game, it was honestly sad here.

Dipesh provided me with excellent service. He guided me thru the appliance i need and didn't try to sell me pricier version. Honest, genuine and outstanding service. Higly recommended.

Something is going on with the staff. Either they are underpaid or management is too bad that they are least interested in explaining anything. Go to Good Guys , very near to this store. If you have no choice but to buy from this place, do clarify the return policy very-2 clearly and understand all the terms and conditions. Keep you fingers crossed and hope to god and it doesn't come to that. If it does, you are in for the worst customer service experience

Not very friendly staff. I feel the staff needs to be smiling and acknowledging customer walking in. They didn't help me price match and found the same product elsewhere with early delivery. Bing lee need to work their way up when it comes to customer satisfaction

Dipesh kumar Shrestha Of Bing Lee Marsden Park is a customer service expert. We called before visiting the store and he gave us a lot of information. We went into the store the next day to just have a look and ended up with several items of considerable value. Dipesh is polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. It was worth the drive from Castle Hill. We’ll be back and will recommend to friends and family.

If I could I will give them -5 Star ratings. I got a built in electrolux microwave($900) from them. It's showing an error in less than 2 months. When I called store manager about the problem she told me to contact electrolux because they don't take any warranties. I contacted electrolux they said earliest they can send a technician is in 10 days. I called back bing lee store manager that I can't wait 10 days for it to be fixed. How do I heat food for my toddlers? Her response was buy take away food for them. I mean who in their right mind tells this to a customer. Moreover they point blank told me they can't do anything about this situation. I gave my money to bing lee and they are telling me that I'm on my own. Never ever gonna buy anything from them.

The best customer service and after sale in all electronic shops I have been to. Strongly recommend. There is some room for price negotiation

Bing lee doesn’t deserve even one star for what they did with us . They sent us a oven which had shoe stamp on top of the product ? We opened the box and got a shock , felt so disrespectful as a consumer , we all trust a company and give them money for a product , wait for months and spend all our savings to hope for best but see the worst . we had trouble with the product so banged our head but first time in my life a product with shoe marks in top along with a big dent like someone jumped on the actual product , not even the box . We tried talking to them for 3 hours to hear , wait for a month for replacement or call fisher and Paykel directly for Submitting bills to show you paid installer so we can compensate else wait because we are big company and ur just a customer . No value for money , time , patience … disrespectful people trying to sell alternate product for 900 dollars more saying you can take this one . Please never visit bing lee since it’s just a museum selling old user and dented products …for a worst product we were asked to wait for months as if they are working on made to order with my name embossed on top to make it unique … worst no one checks product quality .. they just send the order online and rest we deal .. it’s a rented warehouse with lights with people listening to product company then consumers

Had a TERRIBLE customer service from Mr Crewcut (aussie guy, don't know his name) in Bing Lee Marsden Park this afternoon. We were looking at getting a new washing machine to replace our old one. We asked Mr Crewcut if he could give us a price on a Samsung and he made sure we understood that unless we're buying it today he couldn't be bothered checking the price for us. Didn't realize that asking for a price on an item at Bing Lee is considered to be such a nuisance. He begrudgingly gave us the price at the end - after lecturing us about wasting his precious time. If you want a good old condescending, downright awful customer service experience, please look for Mr Crewcut at Bing Lee Marsden Park. You won’t be disappointed. There's nothing quite like it!! P.S. We went to Bing Lee in Blacktown the same day and were treated with much kindness & respect. We purchased a new washing machine on the spot.

waited 10 minutes with no qeue at checkout with a team memver playing with staples only to find out that they honour price match with Myer but only honours it by 'a little'.
