No stars for their delivery. Couldn't post unless I gave them a star. Received a text message giving me a time and date for delivery. All good. Fridge emptied. Food everywhere. Even received another text from delivery company fridge would be delivered. No one showed up so after calling them I was advised that they rang me at 7 and because I didn't answer - I was asleep, they cancelled the delivery. At no time was I advised that I would be called. Foolishly assumed that the text was sufficient. I don't believed they called as there was no missed call on my phone. Only bought from this company as it was next day delivery and our fridge had died. Now have to wait 2 more days as I will be unavailable tomorrow morning and they could not give me an afternoon time.

I was served by Cathy at the counter, she gave me an amazing service and helped me yo save some cash by signing me up to their new royalty program. She will be the reason for me to go back to shop at the Good Guys again. Management should recognise her excellent customer service.

I had an amazing experience shopping at The Good Guys Marsden Park. The staff were incredibly polite, respectful, and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their excellent customer service and after-sales support have truly given me peace of mind, not just about the prices but also about the quality of care they provide. A big thank you to the management and their fantastic team like Lisa for creating such a reliable and pleasant shopping environment. Highly recommend this store!

Great customer service today, fixed my vacuum cleaner without making me feel silly for emptying the part into the dustbin along with the dust.very professional.

Went in to buy a Breville Coffee Grinder and asked if they priced matched a grinder I found online. He couldn't match the bargain I found, but price matched another bargain that was cheaper. The service was so much better than the JB HiFi I went into before.

On Saturday 11/1/25 my wife and I visited the store to either exchange or send the iron away for warranty One of the staff members ask for prove of purchase which I did produce The staff member agreed to to replace which I wasn’t expecting I replied to the staff member that I was prepared to pay the the difference and purchase a different type make and model of the iron On final payment for the appliance payment The manager of the store was rude and was disrespectful towards the customers next to me It wasn’t my concern I just want to pay for my goods As there was no directiion for next in line I got spoken in a rude and disrespectful manner the customer service was I got asked to move in line like I was some sore of sheep The manner of his voice was disgraceful The manager question the replacement of the iron which he argued that I didn’t purchase from the store which I did I explain the situation that I did and had prove of purchase which he declined the the replacement of the unit and exchange for a different type type I just want to deeply express that customer service is the most important factor in any business For me I don’t really care about the replacement of unit just the way I got spoken to and another customer I don’t want the manger to be punished in any way I won’t be shopping there again at that store

Im regular customer We bought LG CordZero R5T-AUTO Robot Vacuum on 2/01//25 at 9pm we asked the employee Theresa and the manager if the vacuum doesn’t have mop we will do refund they said yes you can when we bring the vacuum on3/01/25 at 3 pm asking about refund the manager said no you open the box I can’t do refund and I asked him about swap with another vacuum he said no the manager was very bad

I was escalated with a different staff over the phone regarding my case of having line on the tv, then this indian accent lady told me their manufacturer's system is down and they can't do anything but to try again on few days or i will call the manufacturer instead. Looks like she dont like to do her job, she can pick up a call to do it instead a customer doing it. I told her i will rather to return the product instead because of the return policy, and she said you cant return the product and we cant do the refunds because the manufacturer system is down. But as a customer i am eligible for the return policy, and whatever problem they have with the manufacturers system should not be a problem of a customer. What a shame service and poor options.

very rude staff, we have bought so much things from this store, our vacuum, washing machine, fridge, laptops, and oven. We were exploring for a juicer and robotic vacuum and 5 staff members were following us around and gave us dirty looks. They even told us to stop touching the items? Absolutely disgusted by their customer service.

I had a few very bad experiences at Marsden Park outlet I had a $20 voucher, I bought an item ( on sale) at good guys Marsden park and was told that I cannot use the voucher on already reduced items. I didn’t buy and went to Castle Hill good guys same day and they accepted my voucher without any fuss At another time I had 2 vouchers but I was told at Marsden park that I can’t use more than 1 but other good guys outlets again accepted I also found the staff to be not very welcoming and some time behave very rudely, I had to return a portable blender which stopped working, the staff was not very helpful and kept arguing that it is not charged though I was telling them that I had it charged. Because I forgot to bring back usbc cable they asked me to come back the next day with the cable, though they could have checked with any usbc cable. Upon asking one of the staff tested with the usbc cable but refused to send it to repair without the original cable, the argument was “technician can’t repair without the same usbc cable” …. Seriously??? I never had these many bad experiences at any other good guys outlets. Something is terribly wrong with Good Guys Marsden Park

They should change their name to “The Worst Guys” ! Ordered a Bosch Washing machine on Black Friday at the Marsden park outlet. Firstly it took. 30 mins to get hold of a sales person though it wasn’t too crowded given we went after 5 PM. We had finalised a Bosch washing machine and ordered that without looking at any other brand. We requested for delivery the following Thursday. Will it be delivered as promised ? We were told we’ll get a message the previous evening with delivery time. No message came. We called them couple of times from 9-12 but no response. Finally post 12 one of the team members answered the call. She checked the system and informed us that there has been some mistake on their end the delivery is not coming on Thursday. She apologised and said the delivery will happen without fail on Saturday. We cancelled all our plans and waited. We got the message on Friday evening with a delivery time of 9-11 am on Saturday. When there was no delivery by 11:30 Am I called the store again only to be given the shocking news that they over sold that model and I’ll have to wait 4 weeks to get the same model ! I was offered an “upgraded” LG machine at the same price. I checked the reviews and found that model had issues. Finally I took a refund and all I got was formality sake apologies. No care for the customer. Less likely I’m ever going back to this store. Bad guys

Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Took them 30 minutes to tell me they can’t price match jaycar which is a physical store 5 metres away from them. Disappointing.

It’s sad I purchased from this low quality store. I don’t recommend anyone buying from this unless the product is only available in this.

Had a $20 voucher. Unfortunately, I asked about price match after redeeming the voucher but before payment. They then said should have told it before scanning and nothing can be done afterwards. Charged $15 more on a $89 product. Price match should happen in the system on its own. Just like internet purchase. Felt like being cheated.

Went to The Good Guys Marsden Park looking for new appliances for my new house. I was straight away helped by Lisa who was delightful, friendly and a major asset to their company. Lisa helped us with personal advice for 2 new home owners as well as making sure we got the best price and deals. Anyone looking for new appliances or even needing advice on products. I would highly recommend going here!

BEWARE! Price discounts are scam! During EOFY Sale, which is anticipated as one of the largest sales of the year, they discounted LG TV to $2395 to urge people to buy and then do another sale in 10 days down to $1995 plus $300 e-gift voucher. That's $700. You can't return the TV and repurchase it. You are just an unfortunate customer! Or you can purchase their insurance policy from them against themselves called 'Golden Service' to protect yourself from price drops 30 days after the purchase for $400!

The people here are lovely. The two stars is directed at the person in charge of stocktaking. 30 minutes of a customer's time wasted for a product you don't have when your system and your website say you do. Would come here again for something I know they have, but would recommend calling first otherwise.

I purchased a LG's 10kg Front Wash loader from The Good Guys only a month ago. Upon contacting TheGoodguys regarding repair I was provided the contact number of a company called Jacksons who said she will have to send to another company so that they can come on a day that I would be home. Since I didn't hear back from anyone till Thursday, I contacted TheGoodguys who asked me to contact Jackson's again. I contacted Jackson's to follow up and on my god the person named Sandra was extremely rude to me and blamed me for not following up with the other service company. Firstly I did not know who she sent to, so how am I supposed to follow up. She continued to be extremely rude and nassistic towards me. She had no manners as she never used the word 'please' not did she apologise for the inconvenience. I would like TheGoodguys to take this as a customer complaint and take action.

Went into The Good Guys Marsden Park this morning looking for a new microwave, was greeted by the lovely friendly staff that work there. The staff member who helped us on the floor was very polite and also gave us an extra little discount which is always good. Went to pay at the counter where Tania served us very friendly and polite she asked if we were AGL customers as they have a promotion instore atm explained everything to us regarding the promotion and also gave us extra little info to take home to read if we chose to go ahead with the promo! Our experience was a great one today just like all the other times we have come to shop at Marsden park. This is why we keep coming back Thankyou Good Guys

I visited the store to purchase a fridge. I was in store for 30 minutes and no staff came to assist. Went looking for staff. Found all staff behind register having a personal conversations. Left store and brought my fridge at Binglee.

No one answered the phone when I rang to make a product availability question. When I did go to the store with plans to spend $250 on a kettle and over $1000 on a vacuum cleaner the first salesperson was too busy watching youtube clips on his phone to serve me. When I finally found a second salesperson she had absolutely no idea on the products that were on display and showed very little interest in assisting or selling to me. There were no attachments on display to show what are included with their vacuum cleaners and several models had no prices indicated. Finally, the store is dirty, disorganised and cluttered. Thankfully another company was able to assist me and I was more than happy to spend my money elsewhere. I won't be returning to this store again and I would have preferred to give zero stars.

Paid $85 for premium delivery, firstly they didnt had any tools, no extensions for washer hose and left as it is for us to fix. You guys are big rip off for charging extra for something you can’t serve.

The Sales team/manager is the ruddiest person I have ever encountered when you want to repair/replace a faulty product and you paid extra for gold service too.

I would say I received the best level of customer service from Tony and Cat after visiting the Marsden Park store yesterday. The team, are polite and are always willing to help.

The sales guy in the television section at 15:30 today (don't remember the name, sorry) was the rudest sales person I have come across. His colleague (on call) earlier asked me to come over to store to place an order. When I came in this gentleman said he can't do it as the system doesn't allow it, which I can understand. But he was so rude and not taking any responsibility. He asked me to find whom I had a chat this morning and resolve the issue. That's ridiculous. I wasn't even expecting an resolution but just take some responsibility. FYI.. I just got my item from JB next door.

I purchased a dryer . But they told me you should go to warehouse in back of shop and take it . I went to the warehouse they told me , and the person who worked in that warehouse was alone and after 10 minutes talked to me . He told me you should go to another warehouse about 1 km far from here with aloud voice and very rude attitude. I told him the persons in shop gave me this address and showed him the printed map by staff in shop .And he told me it is not here. finally I should tell you I do not have time to go to all storage . So I canceled my order and I do not buy from the good guys anymore . I do not recommend this shop to people.

Don't buy extended warranty. It's a rip off. They explain to you one thing but when you're actually making the claim deny whatever they said.

My mother, who is a cancer patient, ordered a new Front Loading washing machine and specifically requested it be delivered and installed as she wanted it level. Gets delivered, delivery guy says they don’t do installs even though it was confirmed over the phone. Call them again and they then say because it’s already been delivered they can’t arrange that now. Will be refunding the machine and going somewhere else as soon as I return from overseas. Never shopping with you again.

Previously the store was good. The old employees are gone . The new ones are not in a mood to provide any service. Had to page for help 3 times and no body turned up

TERRIBLE! Not very good experience. Considering going to Department of Fair Trade. My Dad bought an Air Conditioner and also paid for delivery and installer. Delivery person didn't come, no one informed us nor followed-up, we had to call the Marsden Park stall several times. They promised to call back, but nothing. We had to call back and FINALLY air cond was delivered. Phase 1 complete. Phase 2, not complete. Installer didn't come at the appointed date and time. Again no calls as to inform us. We called up both installer and Marsden Park store. Again, no updates. Understand, this is a busy Xmas/NY period. We are reasonable people, but the unreasonable practice of not turning up, no follow-up calls is terrible, considering all items are paid for, my parents are elderly and had to go through the hot weather with a faulty air cond and no promise when the new air cond will be installed. TERRIBLE!

Email them to reach out about a price match(which is advertised on their website) for one of their airfryers to buy for Christmas and its been a week and no reply or automated response whatsoever.

Very Very uncooperative reception / customer service staff (2 staff, both white Person) I ordered electronic assessor online and paid in full. I as a health worker (working night shifts) cannot able to pick up the same. My wife went for pick up while my newborn (only 3 weeks old) sleeping but staff were very uncooperative and not providing my items which was already paid. My wife showed her and my driver license. Also provided confirmation email for pick up but reception staff not cooperating with pick up. Finally my wife escalated to manager and manager resolved the situation and provided our item. So guys please think before you order at this store particularly in Marsden park good guys. In the same above situation, nil issues faced in Blacktown good guys.

Very helpful and friendly staff

I've shopped many times from this store and every time I checkout, I have to deal with these 2 oversmart chicks on the counter (one's a Ukrainian refugee and the other one is a Filipino) never cared to ask their name cause of their ego and immature behaviour, but I swear to god if they give me a mean look ever again , I wouldn't just talk to the manager but the senior members personally. If you're so professional and smart then stay in your country, this is Australia and over here you need to show some respect especially towards the people who're paying for your living.

Terrible!!!! The Sales people will tell you to buy Gold Services Extras but never go for it. It is a different team who handle Gold Services and they dont treat you well. I bought 5year Gold Service by paying $250 additional for my $1700 TV. Can provide proof of receipt if anyone needs to verify. When my TV was faulty it was not replaced or repaired saying lame excuses plus they even denied the quarterly store credit for Gold Services which was promised on sign up initially. Calling and requesting to them is real pain even after paying for these services. This store is off no support to the customers. Will go to fair trading with my case soon.

I have nothing but good words to say about the team here. I needed a home Air Purifier due to some health issues. The lady that helped me was amazing she could see that I was not well helped me make the right choice and gave me a great deal to go along with it. I know this space is highly competitive sometimes the difference comes down ti the way you are treated when in store thanks so much.

Called to find out when I could pick up an order and was rudely asked if I was picking up from the store or the warehouse. How am I supposed to know that? She could not even be bothered looking up the order to find out. Going back to Castle Hill store where they know the meaning of service.

When i ask them to match the price of same product which is on sale at Chemist warehouse and Coles they refuse me. So i went to The Good guys castle hill and they did price match. I'd definitely give a zero but unfortunately 1star is the minimum.....brought my fridge,microwave and washing machine from here,not long after getting them, already issue's......they don't refund either even though it's still under warranty, they refer u to the company and technician has been out twice, and goodguys text u to say yes or no if issues have been resolved, otherwise they'll call u back within 3days and weeks go by and u don't hear from them. Even the Electrolux technician told me the goodguys are extremely poor with their services and don't look after their customers in general, cause many customers have similar issues and they don't care. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THE GOOD GUYS AGAIN, NO MATTER U BUY UR PRODUCTS FROM,AND I'D SUGGEST FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS SAME THING they don't have good policy, u will REGRET IT! I got mine from Marsden Park. I think the products r all second hand,no wonder they start having problems in just less than 3months..... UNBELIEVABLE

Store with not so great after sales service is what you can expect from here. When it comes to purchases, you get excellent varieties and ranges and sales people are there at every step helping you with unbiased opinions and patiently explaining about all the doubts you have. We have bought hand vaccuum and dryer here and had good experiences with the buying. Things get murkier once you have a problem and you come to the store for repair. After sales experience feels as if you have done a terrible mistake and you are asked to get the product in pristine condition for them to even take it and look into it. Once given to repair, you would need wait for at least 3-4 weeks for some response to come. This you would need to do with a repeated follow-ups. Managers have very bad attitude and they can definitely improve on that.

Bought a dyson v15 and unit wasn't charging. Tried to return the item (never been used) 2 days after and was told to go to dyson at castle hill even if the item was defective. Went to dyson replaced the defective item but was also advised that the shop could have changed it. Staff was friendly in selling but wasn't as helpful in changing defective products

Terrible customer service. Wasn't even glanced at, had to go looking and even then instead of being served or asked if I needed assistance workers were just having chats with other workers and not customers. Was wanting to buy a Dyson vacuum. Took my business elsewhere. Thank GOODNESS for the JB HI FI walking distance at the same hub. I was nicely greeted and approached within 2 minutes and walked out with my brand new dyson within 10.

Amazing customer service. Purchased oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Store manager and staff went above and beyond to help solve an issue. Will definitely be coming back here even if it’s out of my area

I always buy from the good guys but this one time april 16 i had a terrible experience from terry big aussie TV guy staff. I dont know if they gave me his name. We already buy a small TV and a bracket with another staff and it well also we ask if there is a deal with the display 65 tv and the first staff said yes there is he gave a discount on it we said we going to take a think first. We checked JB hifi and the same TV almost the same price as the good guys so we came back. Now we spoke to terry we told him the situation and ask if we can do a better price because the JB hifi is a new TV and the one they selling is the display.. this terry guy replied with an attitude and with a shouting voice saying "im not going to undercut my staff" then stated to argue with me qnd stated yelling. Im being polite with my questions. As any customer i can ask for deals. Train your staff please. The manager said that staff name is terry which i doubt"

Purchase the tv 2 weeks ago plus concierge service. Since they told me i will be getting cash back and I don’t have expiration date on the cash back so i can use it when ever i want. they sweet talk to you and misinform about it so they can cross sell what ever they want to sell. Called them asking about it and now they changing their words saying there is expiration date on the cash back and they don’t misinform people which its a lie. Shame on you good guys for misinforming people. BEWARE PEOPE THEY MISINFORM PEOPLE SO THEY CAN SELL MORE PRODUCT! DO NOT SHOP AT MARSDEN PARK GOOD GUYS AVOID!

The staff is so rude, mean and racist! I paid extra amount for the vacuum insurance and they said the issue is not covered, and it happened twice before. They scammed the costumer’s. I’ll never buy from The Good Guys anymore! Never and Ever!

I needed to return a bbq for an exchange. All of the staff could not have been more helpful. They made what could have been an annoying experience simple and stress free.

Cane in after discussing with hubby what we wanted for a cordless vac. spoke to a tram member who didnt look after the area. he said he would get someone for us. 29 minutes later no one cane to us. so we decided to leave, 6 staff members at the counter not serving oeople and talking, the staff member who went hot get someone was also there. not good customer service.

Store Manager Tony is very rude and racist guy. I went to return one product which i bought from other store using gift voucher. He asked me to go to that store only. The LG Microwave which was bought 6 months back become faulty and gave for servicing @ The Good Guys - Marsden Park. They gave a receipt to track the status but not updated even after 2 weeks. There was no reply even I called twice @ shop. Finally I contacted LG customer care, and they connected to the repair center and informed that the microwave was serviced and returned to the shop within 2 days. Marsden Park Good Guys has my contact number and email while collecting the faulty item, even though they haven't informed me when they received it back from service centre. After sales service is very poor and I don't recommend this shop for further purchase

Just had a great experience with Adam, one of the staff member at this store, he helped us alot in a professional way and a great customer service. I would highly recommend him to all the shoppers at this particular store.

We a had a positive experience from this branch. Margareth was welcoming and very knowledgeable of their products. We have purchased an LG dishwasher, a Fisher and Paykel dryer, Dyson vacuum, Samsung microwave and a Bissell spot cleaner machine. All of our questions about those products were answered, giving us demonstrations and giving clear explanation. She was very patient and accomodating. Their manager also gave us a nice discount. We shall be purchasing there again. Thank you.

Great customer service at this store. Jason assisted me on my TV purchase, he was proactive and knowledgeable and just had a great demeanour.
