While they were not taking new clients until 2 weeks later, Garrett (I hope I got your name right!) very kindly offered me a free consultation over the phone. In the brief 10 mins we chatted, I could tell he was very knowledgeable and gave me some great troubleshooting tips pulling from his past experiences. As a result, with some trial and error, I managed to fix the issues essentially for free without even paying them a visit. Thank you again for coming in clutch in my time of need. Absolutely average services. They were just after money without doing anything. I gave my HDD for data recovery, without having a look they charged me 82 dollars for taking and giving back the hard drive. If you are looking for data recovery options better reach out to professionals and not these folks. Disappointed !!.
