recently hosted my birthday here & the staff could not of made it anymore perfect! Koby, my event manager, was nothing short of amazing! he did absolutely everything for us on the night & organised everything so well & smoothly, aswell as Dylan also! all of them made my night so amazing by doing everything they could to make sure it all went so well!

This is a revised review. Was fantastic 5 stars and now going downhill. Poor servings for the price and Ultimately ordered a porterhouse steak and got a cheap cut of meat instead, thinking we won't notice. Poor salad design and overly salty chips. Staff are ok and atmosphere noisy at times but to be expected for a sports bar. Overall the menu could do with an improvement.

Went for an event, food was ok, everything was covered in chicken salt. The service was great.

We went recently for family birthday dinner. It was kids eat free, and steak half price, which made it cost effective for families. We had a lovely young man serve us -Ryan, he was professional, polite and made sure we were all happy.

Overall not a terrible experience but certainly not the best, fantastic display of sports but no attention by any staff after being seated by the host, food was mediocre as parma enjoyed was fantastic but the Portuguese wrap lacked seasoning and drink sizes very small for what was paid. With understanding this was a busy night majority of the experience was satisfactory

The food here is good, and the atmosphere is decent, it’s a solid and reliable bet for watching sports and PPV events. It does let itself down in two areas IMO: I don’t know why you need my full name, phone number, and email address to order a burger. It’s also $15 for a jug of soda water, literally water and bubbles, c’mon lads.

Work Christmas Party. Wonderful evening! Great venue upstairs, large enough for a large gathering. The feedback about the meal was,” the steak is cooked to perfection”! The chicken schnitzel was tasty and moist. The flavours were well balanced. Sweets - large portions and well presented. Thank you to the bar staff, the chef and kitchen staff. Special mention to Dylan who looked after our every requirement with professionalism and excellent customer service. Perfect choice in music, thanks Dylan! Background noise is elevated and diminishes what is otherwise a good fallback option. Food quality is generally good however abandoning the Charcoal Brioche bun on the Buffalo Chicken burger and replacing with a dry sesame seed bun lowers the meal from a 9 to a 6. Chips 10. Engaging service from Mariah a counterpoint to Dave. Worth a look if options are few.

I recently visited Sporting Globe Chirnside and had the most fantastic steak experience! The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor because of the steak maker he did a fantastic job. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the natural taste of the meat without overpowering it. The portion size was generous, and the accompanying sides complemented the meal perfectly. The presentation was impeccable, and the attentive service made the experience even better. It’s clear that great care is taken in both preparation and quality. Had a great meal of Hickory BBQ Parmas and Chocolate Brownie and Stickydate pudding. Holly’s service went above and beyond ensuring we were looked after, making sure that what we were not able to do on the app was sorted out manually (Sporting Globe developers you seriously need to sort out giving customers more options like no ice in the drinks!!!!!). Definitely our favourite place in Chirnside to eat!

I had a fantastic dining experience at The Sporting Globe with my family for dinner and trivia. The atmosphere was vibrant, and our server, Eloise, made our visit unforgettable. She was lovely, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience with great menu recommendations. The food and drinks were delicious. Had a really fun night at the Taylor Swift trivia, such a great free event. There were some issues with the limited menu (no vegan or vegetarian options written) and the $45 jug was apparently a single cocktail, although, I'm glad the staff explained this as I didn't purchase! Shoutout to Dave who was very helpful and considerate to my friends food allergies :)

Drinks are a good price and the sports shown are great, especially in footy season. Food is average though and very expensive for what you get. $39 for half a rack of ribs?! I ordered the pulled pork nachos which were ok but only had a small amount of pulled pork on the top rather than being layered with ingredients so in the end I was left with a bowl of only corn chips. Not worth the price unfortunately. My partner had the boneless chicken bites, very small portion for the $18 price tag. We'll come back for the footy but probably only for a drink and get food somewhere else.

You should be reported to the epa for breaching noise restrictions with your loud music that carries kilometres. 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends is legally the latest you're allowed to pollute the suburbs with your music but you lot constantly breach it.

We recently celebrated a friends 50th birthday (7/10) at Sporting Globe Chirnside Park and wanted to pass on some positive feedback for the outstanding service provided by our waiter, Kane. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations. What really stood out was his exceptional customer service, attention to detail and the way he interacted with us. Kane made sure we were looked after without being intrusive. He went above and beyond. It’s rare to come across such professional and warm service, and we will definitely be returning, thanks to Kane. Kane is an asset to your team and we hope this feedback reaches him.

Legit.. the best place to go in the area. We go there every second day. Every single staff member there is fantastic and always go the extra mile for excellence in service. (Miss you Riley but congrats on the promotion!! Cheers from the Pinot Noir catalog lady) Excellent always!! We will not go anywhere else..full stop.

Great place to watch sport and have a good feed. Watched the rugby preliminary final and atmosphere was great.

6 of us went here for dinner tonight. It was a lovely atmosphere and I was so impressed with the friendly service from the security person at the door to our waiter and also other waitresses that helped us. We had an elderly frail family member with us and the service was very helpful. Will definitely attend again. Food was yummy too. Thank you all!!

Had an amazing night at the sporting globe for my mother in laws birthday. My server Holli was very friendly and attentive. She promptly introduced herself to us and took our food and drinks order. Later in the night she cleaned pot table to get ready for the birthday cake we brought. To conclude the night she took our payment and was actively interested in how our night went. Great service from Holli all night and the food was amazing as well as the cocktail tower we had.

Favorite spot with mates, amazing food, good service, shows footies and more. They have great deals on.

The service from Kane tonight was great, he engaged in conversation and was very good to talk to, food came out quick and we all enjoyed our meals

The food is great but security might want to something about the fights in the carpark. A grey car got trashed in a fight last Saturday.

The sporting globe is an average restaurant overall, certainly expensive, certainly mediocre, there are better options in the local area for food, but for drinks and sport like culture, kids running around, this could be a great location. Staff are great though, always very nice.

I’m a regular here, I love this place so much!! I 100% recommend, best place to spend time with family and friends. I’d recommend their Parmas and Steaks absolutely delicious.

We had the best meal. The Calamari v Avocado salad was so yummy and the Cheeseburger parma was delicious 😋 Our waiter was Dave. Such great service and very friendly. Will definitely be back.

A nice place that's simple and easy. They offer table service and QR code system however once offering table service they don't return to table. So it took 25minutes to get a Soda water using making the order on their QR code. Alot of young waiters who unfortunately don't service or approach tables once you're seated. Foods always fairly good so 4 stars from me.

Went there last night for a meal and had the salt and vinegar calamari it was dry it was greasy and a lump of salad on the side very disgusting wouldn't eat there again

I had my 40th Birthday in the function room upstairs. The process of organizing was pretty easy, ordering food and drinks, deposits etc Only one downside was having to provide a guest list, seemed unnecessary when you've hired the whole upstairs function room, just meant a few people had to wait to come in as they were left off the list (hard to try and remember everyone you've invited). As for the function itself Great space, plenty of room for everyone, easy to plug in for music and photos and microphone for speeches. Plenty of screens for people to watch the footy, enough staff at the bar so people weren't waiting. Food was amazing The host for the night Dylan was very accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly All up a great place if you're wanting to host a party, would definitely recommend.
