Kian is great!! helped my parents today with picking out the perfect fridge. thank you for your great customer service :) 20/02/25 - really really rude blonde lady working at bing lee casula, when we asked for Kian, she immediately responded to my parents “why do you keep asking for Kian”, SORRY excuse me? disgusting behaviour and then she proceeds to say “i don’t care if you’re going to complain”. i’m complaining to head office. i wasn’t going to mention this in my prior review but i will, last time Kian helped us with buying the SMEG coffee machine, we went to that blonde lady first and she was really rude in her responses and told us “it’ll come within a week”, we then went to Kian and he said “it’ll come tommorow” his customer service is great and it looks like he actually cares for his customers.
I recently bought a TP Link home mesh router set up after searching online as they were in high demand. Araxy N from Bing Lee at Casula was excellent over the phone. She knew the product well, offered a very competitive price and arranged for the item to be invoiced and left for me at the service desk to pay and collect. It was so easy, quick and fuss free. Araxy’s is an example of what great customer service should look like. 10/10!! 👏🏼👏🏼
Walked into Bing Lee Casula to buy a new refrigerator. Danny approached me and said he’d be with me in a minute or two as he was in the middle of serving another customer. Once he was done, I showed him the refrigerator I wanted to buy and his service and patience was great. Completed the purchase and was very happy with the delivery details (delivery was 2 days after purchase). Thank you Danny and thank you Bing Lee Casula. I’ll keep going back for any appliance/electronic needs.

Kian is proactive and cares about customer’s needs and provides the best price for you. Such an amazing person with an excellent customer service disposition. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service that I received from Kian. Went in on Sunday arvo seen what i wanted ask price with delivery on Tuesday morning paid went home they called me Monday and said someone will call me early Tuesday morning with a time for delivery+around 1 hour after call) now that's service so looking forward to my new TV the fridge sorry not so much (it's a fridge) 😁

Does not price match. Went to JB HI Fi and they matched price and saved $40 on the product.
That make it sound that thay have good deals on the ads but when you check around they are one of the expensive ones when you tell them that they won't try and match the price yet alone to better it,I won't be shopping with Bing Lee,there are better deals out there

1hour click and collect is a scam. Bought product at 3pm and was showing in stock at casula but store closed at 5 pm and still no email or call like they said I'll get. Not happy as I could have gone into shop and got it straight away or jb and purchased one. So 1 hour click and collect is false advertising.
I recently bought a Dyson stick vacuum cleaner at this shop. Excellent customer service, pleasant behaviour. Joe, the salesperson who served us needs a special mention. My husband and I were enamoured by his helpful nature, he spent a lot of time reviewing the products that we were keen on getting.thank you so much Joe. I strongly recommend this place.
I bought fridge Hisense Brand on 21/6/21 and still under warranty for my sister who is a widow. Due to the heat the fridge stopped working. All the contents ofthe fridge went bad, rotten and smelly.Reported the matter to Bing Lee casula(Emily) on 18/12 advised Hisense are really good and someone will call and trouble shoot whilst coming over. Very poor service no one has either called or comeover
I would like to thank Jimmy, Ryan & Michael from the Casula store. Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff, very respectful & helpful. They are always eager to help me over the phone & recently instore. Down to earth guys who not only listen but go that extra mile to assist their customers. They make you feel welcomed instore but more importantly they make me feel like a valued customer, like a family member. My family have been loyal Bing Lee customers since their Marrickville store day's.
After walking and browsing through the floor, settled on the item I wanted to buy but getting service from staff was an issue. Waited for staff and even drawing their attention in requiring assistance was a waiting game. After waiting for about 10 minutes at the same location on the floor, I was finally served by a female staff member who was lovely and attentive.

Very very disappointed with the service I received from this store . Bought Lg fridge on 13th of November . Wasted all day waiting for delivery , when called store advised it’s customer’s fault that didn’t ring them to find out earlier . Bought Samsung fridge 3 years ago , went to store to find out if warranty covered advised not anymore even after explaining the issue that we had . Samsung sent the tech to fix the issue without any cost which I am grateful to. Samsung also said it is a common issue . Misinformation provided , worst customer support , inconvenient and didn’t accept at all that store made a mistake .
I have been dealing with Bing lee casula branch for a long time and today I had another great experience dealing with Mr. Khan from their customer service department very helpful and patient with a nice smile on his face. When I failed to find the item I was look for as it was out of stock he did his best to contact other branches over the phone to find it for me and he succeeded. Thank you Mr. Khan

Parking is very easy on a good day. The store is quite well set out. The staff are okay. The price is a fairly competitive depending on what you want to buy. They have everything from huge TV screens to small SD cards.
The worst customer service for faulty items! Will never recommend bing Lee or ever buy anything from them again!

Are you kidding? Ordered a click and collect online and drove from far away to get it and turns out it’s not even in stock? I wouldn’t haven’t even purchased it if it wasn’t in stock. Now I missed the opportunity to get it elsewhere for a lower price? When asked when it was going to come I had no idea. And no idea why I got a message saying I could click and collect it. When asked if I could get it delivered answer was no as well. Not to mention waiting 15 mins to get served at the desk because no one could help the poor woman at the front desk while everyone else was just loitering around. Bad experience from every angle. Better off going elsewhere honestly.

Purchased a fitbit for mothers day which was damaged in the box. Sent away to fitbit who knocked back the claim, Jimmy the store manager, rang and offered to replace the unit free of charge. Absolute brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend.

A HUGE thank you to Khang and Kenny for personally delivery my washing machine to me !!!! I had an issue with an existing washing machine which had to be replaced under warranty. The minute I walked into the store, Khang the store manager was absolutely incredible !!!! He made sure I got the exact washing machine I wanted. There was an issue with delivery dates not aligning and Khang and Kenny personally delivered and installed my new washing machine. Absolute legends !!!!! Thank you, thank you !!!!

My husband bought a $550 vacuum from here with 'extended warranty' When the vacuum was faulty we returned it to the store who sent it to get repaired. That was 3 months ago. Since then we keep being told it is our responsibility to follow up repairs, refunds or replacements with the manufacturer. We have called the manufacturer who offers us 0 help and are telling us it is the retailers responsibility. Latest update given to us by manufacturer is that it appears the product might be 'lost' and we are now likely out of pocket with no product. My question is what's the point of 'extended warranty' (scam) when your answer is 'deal with the manufacturer'. I'll just buy direct next time. Very disappointed.

Great customer service, got cold feet and changed mind after a purchase and Thai was fantastic. Re-organized a full service delivery, made no fuss and was really understanding of our decision. Very happy with our new machine, Full service delivery is excellent they took old machine and delivered and installed new one, no need to worry about disposing of large boxes or old machine. Such a fantastic option to offer customers.

We have recently purchased appliances for our new home. Lina helped us with the selection of our appliances for our new home. Lina was helpful, knowledgeable and made the process of choosing appliances for our new home very easy and enjoyable. Lina went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied and was always available whenever we had questions, even after we had purchased all of our appliances. Excellent customer service and it was a pleasure dealing with Lina.

I am usually not bothered to write feedback, however I believe this recent face to face customer experience in particular is more than warranted: So my husband and I entered the store today at 4pm were reviewing our appliance selections in person and even had our model numbers written down for each of them totalling to 12 appliances for a new dual occ dwelling and we were finalising models since we were ready to get a proper quote. We had a particular salesperson approach us eager to help us and we advised him give us a few minutes we will be done soon as we wanted to do a final walkthrough to sight our finalised selection appliances as one does. Around 15 minutes before 5pm we approached the nearest salesperson with help quoting us given the original salesperson was serving another customer at the time. However, the original salesperson wrapped up with his customers and then kicked off the new salesperson we approached saying they were my customers and they sorted it out agreed and we thought ok fair enough as long as we can get served. So the original salesperson proceeds to type up the quotation in system and gets 3/4 of the way through and suddenly comes to a drastic halt stops typing turns to us and says sorry guys come back tomorrow store is closed. However I turn to my right and the last salesperson to serve us was still quoting other customers on the computer and I even saw him typing...we were beyond shocked he was adamant he couldn't print and therefore said come back tomorrow...and refused multiple times to continue our quote which we actually had planned to lock-in and secure if our experience was different even if that were true it would be more professional to offer to email us a quote but instead redirected us to the website instead, anyway we communicated to him politely that we felt like he was abruptly kicking us out of the store and refused to print a quote yes sorry about that company policy. It definitely looked like he didn't take us seriously maybe because we looked like a young couple or two he valued going home on time more than his professionalism. Given this is not my first time purchasing appliances and bought approximately$10K 5 months ago, I cannot describe how disgusted I felt with the customer service of this sales rep...you can definitely guarantee that I will be taking my business anywhere but this store so turned off it's a joke no other way to describe it.... reflecting on this actually makes me laugh and still leaves me feeling gobsmacked.

Staff member did not know how to use their own computer. I bought a IPhone and asked for a receipt to be emailed to me. No one could help me but the lady at the counter said she sent it. I checked in the store and at home but no receipt. I think some of the staff have no idea what there doing there.
Excellent customer service, I was served by Thai and he was so helpful with explaining the products that I was interested in. He was very easy going and very polite. I brought fridge and freezer, sound bar and washing machine plus other things. Very nice sales people as I was waiting for my products i had 2 people ask if I needed help. Both were polite and friendly. I recommend to have a look here 1st

Went here looking for a fridge while we were looking one of the staff changed the price on one of the fridges , knocking off another $200 and walked off . He came back and asked us if we needed help I asked him about the fridge that he changed the price on, is this a super special ? Why ? And he just didn’t feel like working I guess cause he replied why am I asking about why it’s discounted when it’s a good discounted price …ok, I’m not new to shopping and know that there could be many reasons why an item is discounted . I said I’m asking because the last discounted item we asked about was only for the display stock and had a dent , honestly thought it was a reasonable question . It was obvious he didn’t want to sell anything cause he wasn’t even trying to , we walked away and ended up buying at Good Guys , the lady was eager and nice we walked out with not just a fridge but a oven , iron board and iron . Also I will mention not alot of staff at Bing Lee who are willing to help you , you have to find them and no not everything is negotiable.

Bing Lee are unbeatable on pricing AND customer service. I had placed a large order with good guys and 4 months later, the goods were still not available, i was told another 3 months 😠..I went to Bing Lee, they beat the price and had 75% of stuff in stock. I always go back to Bing Lee. They are the best. Highly recommended!!
