You want to have a great night out this is the place to visit from Fairfield to Cabramatta, ive been to others trust me you will not be disappointed the staff are great nice friendly people this place now is my drinking hole , you will be treated like a human , this place dont discriminate,, its run as a hotel ,,, not a courthouse

Staff is USELESS AND I think they cheat on gaming machines I spend $1500 pay nothing and. Staff arguing with me over pack off chips staff

They literally serve drunk people ? I thought an RSA prevents that. But I’ve literally seen them serve tradies like last night that are off their heads check the cameras ? . Crazy.

I wish I could give zero stars..the RUDEST staff I have ever come across in my entire life!! They are actually abusive, aggressive to staff and patrons. Horrible, would never go back! And absolutely disgusting food and it's filthy and dirty.

I’ve never witness a toxic and abusive working environment until I stepped foot into Stardust Hotel. I was a new customer of Stardust hotel, been here for around for a month now and yesterday I’ve just witness one of the female manager shouting and getting aggressive at CUSTOMERS for “not playing big enough”. Safe to say I won’t be attending here ever again. The owner needs to do a better job at hiring managers and need to stop giving them too much power.

Security abusive, discriminate and rude. Threaten and harassed by security and security staff as I am blind and unable to see without glasses. Security manager told me if I am blind why am I out and not at home. I cried and even then told to take off glasses. I walked into walls and bumped into things and still not allowed to wear glasses or get any assistance.

Not happy. All the machines do is provoke, keep giving free spins for nothing, keeps taking my money. Never give anything and not much variety of machines. All the same.

Absoulutly Atrocious ,Gutless Female management staff,a couple in particular.The owner of the venue needs to address this.Very,very rude to patrons and other staff members.Should not be placed in positions of power in venues,they should remain where they belong,In the kitchen.

Out of every hotel in the area, this is the friendliest, the customers are true locals, and the staff are extremely helpful and on point. Other venues in the are the staff are cold, but here the gaming staff meet and greet at the door always welcoming.
