Great place to loose money

This place is no longer the place to be or go. The scent and lighting give out a damp feeling that makes you want to get out as soon as humanly possible. The food options are terrible. I'll pass on this one

Decent casino, large floor, poker area. Lots of slots, lots of roulette, blackjack, and baccarat tables. 1 craps table. Decently low stakes compared to Las Vegas.

Sovereign Dining The star Sydney This is an environment that took a lot of money to create It also provides platinum card members and their partners and friends with a great dining environment when they go to the casino. The dining environment here in Sydney is much larger than that on the Gold coast. And food behaves the same way Pretty perfect 😍 Looking at the seafood dishes on the menu And steak 🥩 Your mouth will keep flowing🤤 And it was quite a surprise after the food was served. Delicious😋It’s really very high-end and delicious And there is also a 30% discount for platinum members! I highly recommend everyone to order the tempura oysters Sweet and soft oysters wrapped in crispy bread, served with wasabi sauce When you take a bite, you feel like you have ascended to heaven...it is so fresh, fragrant and full of flavor During the three days of this business trip, We eat here almost every day🍽️ You must try their seafood dishes and steaks Pair it with a glass of wine 🍷 The whole person has been sublimated a lot 👍👍👍

The restaurant in the Sovereign Room is spectacular. Wide western and eastern menu. Delicious cuisine. We will be back

This review is for the Oasis Room at the star. The Oasis Room in the star casino is one of the worse private gaming room ever! The food at the Oasis restaurant is horrible! The steak is 50 dollars and it's not even cooked properly! I ordered Medium and they gave me a BLUE steak. Even a junior chef can cook better than these bunch of useless chefs at the Oasis restaurant! The Oasis main manager Jenny is a Dumbo who knows nothing about customer service. No wonder the Star casino is going downhill

Not the same place I used to visit before. Not enough staff to look after the people. They encourage people to take a break from playing the slots but not the ones that bet a lot, only the minority. There are clubs that cater more for everyone. Even their swipe and win a prize in 5 is a joke. There were 25 people who swiped, but all we received was try again next time.

Always to pleasure to visit the special room. Staff are friendly and can find entertainments whilst visits. Only condition is that you need to be gold or higher member at the star.

A great venue, beautiful interior and made for positive vibes but sadly ruined by the pathetic unhappy and fatigued staff members. Not even one staff was smiley or willing to go any extra mile to show that they like what they're doing. Had to deal with 4-5 different staff member on Saturday night while ordering food and drinks, most if not all were not hospitable, no customer service, and some are quite rude. One waitress literally took my plate away while it was half full, without asking... another one was almost begged to take a drinks order, staff looked absolutely unhappy. Something did not add up, their sadness definitely projected on everyone last night.
