Hi Alex, this is hossein. I just purchased a washing machine from you. You gave great customer service, thank you for your patience and all your help. If only more people had the amazing customer experience I had today. I would definitely come back and purchase from the good guys again just to see Alex.
The sales person the floor was wonderful when I purchased my Tv. When it experienced a fault not even 3 weeks later I was fobbed off to the Manufacturer, who after several back and forwards sent me back to Good Guys Mornington. I requested a replacement or full refund but was declined. I have since sent 2 emails to request the reason in writing for the refusal but have received nothing thus far. It appears customer service stops the minute you walk out of the door. Nearly 2 months later and the matter has still not been settled. After being a customer for 30 plus years and always going to GG over other stores Will I be shopping at Good Guys again -No At store service great-After sales service non existent

Had an amazing experience dealing with the sales manager Hannah! Great knowledge, service and really cares about what's best for her customers! Would recommend 100% for anyone looking for the 'old style' type of service!
Really need to work on your click and collect procedure. Happy to show my drivers licence for id, but why then ask for your own transaction number. Ok so I comply only to be asked to provide a PayPal transaction number. Other retailers do not make you jump through these unnecessary hoops.

Bought a air fryer that was on special as it turns out it was faulty with the design and wheb I took it back tgey refused to take it back 4 days later. Even tho I proved to them that it's a faulty design the lady was adiment that I didn't know what I am doing. Little did she know for that $149.00 they ripped me off on i cost them a major contract with a large builder for dishonest behaviour towards the public. Disrespect selling heap faulty goods . The boys at JB - Hifi got the work just around the corner and yes I am aware they are owned by the same company but hopefully management at this store get the message . P.s it was 12 months ago I just made sure that my work was finished and they last the bigger picture before I wrote this memo . It not what you know it's who you know these days .

From the moment I stepped in, it was a seamless experience. I had to buy a new sound-bar, and I was greeted at the door buy a friendly bloke (I wish I knew his name to give him a shout out), I showed him a pic from their website of a couple I was interested in and within 10 minutes I was walking out the door with my new sound-bar. As someone with pretty intense social anxiety, that was by far one of the best shopping experiences I've had recently. I highly recommend The GG Mornington🙏🏼

Husband went to store with intention of purchasing a new wall oven. Entered store, looked around for assistance, approached three staff members who were standing, talking and laughing. On requesting assistance he was pointed to stock, and that was the end of any assistance. Went to Harvey Normal, where staff were outstanding. Lyn Reeves ,

Went to store Thursday to pick up a toaster for my Mum. Through the doors a bit further back were 3 team members talking. We went straight to the small appliances and self served for a time, however the item we were looking for was not on display. Meanwhile, team members were still talking/laughing together. I went over and interupted them only to be told 'I dont think we have that..? ' No offer to look it up or check. I requested they check Frankston. All 3 team members were non engaging and disinterested in creating a meaningful connection. I have over 30years in retail management and I would be bitterly disappointed if my customers were greeted and assited this way. I shop at GG Frankston all the time but I wont return to Mornington.
I just wanted to appreciate the support and knowledge that ‘Riley’ (a staff member) shared who works at Mornington Branch while we were purchasing a washing machine for our house. He was super friendly and knowledgable about the products and was able to assist us with recommending a good product for a reasonable price. Thank you and hats off for your service.

3 times I have been in there and each time left and gone to job hifi because no one will serve you there are lots of staff but to busy talking to each other or just walking around doing nothing go to the good guys Frankston get served straight away
My partner and I went for a perusal last week for new massage gun. Let’s just say my experience couldn’t have been better. Alex was very quick to greet me and his product knowledge is amazing, ended up selling me a coffee machine. Thankyou Alex. You are worth every star.
Disappointing service. We have purchased many appliances from this store, mostly with no problems, but recently we bought a bbq and the process was a horrendous experience. When we went to collect it the item had been sold to someone else despite us being told it was waiting for collection. We had already paid. It was re-ordered for delivery which was confirmed for 11/12/23. I stayed home from work all day to receive and it never turned up. It was rebooked for delivery on 13/12 and this time I got text messages to say the location of the driver. One text was “he is 34 minutes away”. The next text 45 minutes later, “your delivery could not be made today”. We phoned the store to cancel the order and request a refund. Miraculously the delivery was made later that day. All in all 3 days off work to take delivery.
Bought a new fridge from here and paid for delivery, delivery guys arrive and leave fridge in front of the house because they say it will not fit through front door which it did, I know because I took it through the door myself. My last purchase from this company, which is a shame becuase the in-store staff are very nice

This store is bright, clean and has a great atmosphere. Happy friendly staff. Great range of products and clear pricing. Had to return a product which was faulty and the young man who helped me was terrific in dealing with my issue... product was replaced. Well done and thank you!

I got a machine 2 years again And it's not working already. It was 1,000. Told me the warrant had ran out . You would hope that a washing machine would last longer than 2 years. have spent a lot of money on lots of things at the goodguys .will not be going back . Not happy at all

When fridge was delivered from toll not the good guys. Toll staff said old fridge to big and doors had to be taken off. So delivered new one left in lounge room and left. Rang good guys told me l had to remove doors myself at extra expense, not there problem. Won’t be shopping good guys again.
takes forever to answer phone. then transfer and takes forever again. then pick up phone and now start ringing again and taking forever to answer... guessing it went back to reception. Living in nana land listening to the ring.
I went in there this week and I kid you not was ignored because they decided that talking about what girls that worked there they wanted to sleep with. I was standing at the camera section hearing all this, they completely ignored me and continued talking, last time I've checked I'm not invisible, and they were talking this disgusting talk so loudly in front of a customer is bizarre. Went to Harvey Norman instead, what a disgrace
Such poor customer service. I call over 9 times in one day to be put through to white goods department and was always told I would get a call back. I never got a call back. This pushed my product to outside the warranty period and I was left with a product that should have been replaced under warranty but they refused to take any responsibility.If you are calling about a warranty issue they will give you the run around. This business has no integrity or care for it's customers. I will not be purchasing from you guys any more thats for sure. You should rename your store the S#!t Guys.
Great sales person
We came in Anzac day to buy a vacuum. Wasnt too busy but no staff. I presume good guys don't want to pay on pub holidays. Regardless we waited 20 mins, asked for help twice and was rudely turned away so we left. Bought what we needed from Godfrey's up the road at a better price

I received excellent service in an extremely prompt time from Hayley when I asked for a copy of my tax invoice. I am very pleased with the products I purchased too.
Friendly staff and very helpful also very good bargains to be had, will go back every time. Only changes are new products and new bargains also maybe one or two new staff, I'll still like to go back any time. Yes The Good Guys has changed, the entire store has been refurbished, I think it's better now than before thumbs up to The Good Guys.
Been there 3 times lately and walked out not able to find the product or to find a sales person and again today
Ok a TCL TV broke down in August. Sent in for repairs. Sam the original Salesman was great. Two and a half months later, Jill 2IC was arrogant and tried to steal from me $200 less than purchase price. The Good Guys are The Rippoffs.
I purchased an iron from this store. When I got home, I discovered it was faulty. I returned it to the store, and told I couldn't to get a refund due to it now being 'used '. The Manager and staff (except Leah) made me feel humiliated. I was offered a refund, but I would have to pay 20% fee! I was also offered a replacement iron, but refused on principle. I'll now be looking elsewhere for my electrical items.
Bought 3 items totalling over $5500 one being an LG dryer which doesn’t work Contacted the store many times and despite paying an extra $215 for insurance have received no action to repair or replace machine No reporting to Consumer Affairs They are nothing but rip off merchants
No response from store when appliance stopped working. I Bought an LG tv less than 2yrs ago from Mornington GoodGuys. It stopped working. I can't get a response from Good Guys to phone calls or an email.
This store doesn't know how to provide the basic customer service skills...please ask customers if they would like help... no-one to be found.... waiting and waiting for some one to help me.. it wasn't even busy in the shop!!!

Still not providing customer service more worried about discussing a customer return. This time l have taken my business elsewhere as l noticed other customers are also crossing the carpark to better customer service. May be the owner does not want customers or he employs staff who do not want to work. Either way business will not pick up without good customer service
How can any customer turn down the great deals, always on offer? As a concierge member, I love the store credits I receive - and I love my vacuum. Still going strong after a year. Thanks again.

Not often these days do you receive great customer service. My experience at GG Mornington was very positive and a big shout out to Amanda in the kitchen appliances dept who helped me out with a coffee machine purchase. I was not satisfied with the quality of the coffee produced from my new machine and returned the unit to the store the next day. The original sales assistant wasn't available, however Amanda stepped in and without hesitation, assisted me with an exchange for a different automatic coffee machine. I was so relieved and the new unit works flawlessly. Thank you Good Guys Mornington - will be back for future purchases - great support & service.
Wonderful service
Disappointed with the concierge service of not covering warranty yet they UPSELL it! If it wasn't for the lovely salesman in the kitchen area I would have gone else where. Like why have 20+ microwaves on display but they only have stock of 4 and if you want a non stocked one they can't give an ETA due to good guys policy. The store and management used to be so good 3 years ago when I furnished my house now can't even get service after 30 minutes wait...

The staff here at Mornington are always great.
Absolute worst customer service! Waited 10min for service, went and found an employee. She told me she was on the phone and would be with me soon. I waited another 20min and not her or anyone else came to assist me. I walked out and went to Harvey Norman across the road, greeted at the door, served 2min later and made my purchase. It was also cheaper for the same product!

Very disappointed! There were no' 'Good Guys' when I came to this shop ready to purchase an air fryer and Weber. It was not busy, there were 3 people at the front reception, yet, I waited 20 minutes and still no one came to help, so I left. Such s waste of time. 1-star rating is a stretch.

Good Guys Mornington were always a great store to shop at. Products are well priced. Last 3 times going there, standing around because they now don't have enough staff to talk to. Terrible service. 2 out of the last 3 visits I just walked out tired of waiting around and bought elsewhere. A shame because their service was once A1.

Most unhelpful - was looking for a free standing gas cooker - the lady could not give us the time of day - couldn't be bothered - this happened late last year with the same lady, sad that she has the same attitude
I will give 5 stars to Riley (tech dept). He was brilliant in assisting me in the return and replacement of a faulty android phone I had purchased from the store a few weeks earlier. As well as to the nice young lady at the front desk. She was polite and friendly. Though I give NO stars to the rude woman (wearing glasses) also behind the front desk, whom I found abrasive and aggressive. Obviously, not wanting staff to spend time for a return of faulty goods purchased. Very unpleasant. What is the saying...a little bit of power goes to your head...ok I just made that up. But to be so rude to a customer on the peninsula spreads quickly!
If your looking for good service. Stay away from the good guys Mornington, I approached a staff member asking for some help and got told “sorry I don’t know anything about that I will get someone for you” stood in tech department waiting and waiting for some assistance while the staff just walked around the store staring straight through you. Went and got my product elsewhere!
Compared to other good guys, this one is quite small and outdated and does need a makeover. It lacks what a lot of other good guy stores have and feels quite old. Given its in Mornington I would have thought it would have been renovated by now, nonetheless it has the basic needs for your house and would do the job but doesn't feel very welcoming once entered.

A bit hit or miss. The guys in the tech area are great. They know their stuff and aren't pushy with sales. If you need something from another department, good luck trying to find anyone. The sales area is also a hit or miss- the computers are always posing an issue for the staff
