Great customer service

very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Made an order for a large chest freezer 300 litre paid and done $760, I put in my address for delivery and was charged $149. I then called them to check on timeframe so I could do a huge order. I was told they would process my order and let me know when it would be delivered. Then I got an email saying delivery would be 10 days for delivery. Perfect. Then to be emailed not even a phone call saying that stuffed up and can't find anyone to deliver my freezer. And they my order will need to be collected from the store. Not sure what the point of having delivery on website if I wait days then be denied. Waste of time now I need to order from a website that can actually do the job.! 👍

Electric World Betta Rosny Park were very responsive and friendly to my urgent request for a fridge and organised the delivery on the day I requested and the delivery men were very careful with the fridge, especially having to navigate 4 flights of stairs and a large wooden carving. Definitely recommend Electric World Betta Rosny Park and I will be using them again in the future

Great ease of purchase over the phone. Delivery was within two days and the blokes were very careful and took away the old fridge and all the cardboard etc. from unpacking and installing the new one.

I rang Betta Electrical to replace a burnt out motor in a range hood. They had our records from our previous purchase over 6 years ago and it was made extemely easy as they had the dimensions and type of rangehood we required. All done on the phone within minutes and they assisted with an electrician to install, very happy with my experience. Thankyou Betta Electrical

I was in need of a replacement induction cook top and had tried the big stores without luck. On a recommendation from a friend I tried Beta and spoke to Sonny who was great with me, they didn't have the model I was after but he came up with a great alternative which they had in stock, so all in all I was a happy customer at the end of the day. Well done Sonny that was old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend.

Compared price online against a couple of other major retailers, they were clearly the best and offered free delivery. The fridge was delivered less than 24 hours later.

I ordered a microwave on line for my Mum. I paid a delivery fee for a courier. I then called the store (I’m in Sydney) to ask if the courier could possibly help my Mum if needed, to place it / unpack it. Dion was very helpful, he called the courier personally, then called me back to let me know what he was able to arrange for her. this is excellent customer service. It arrives within 24 hours !! Peace of mind is priceless for me when it comes to taking care of Mum. Thanks, I’ll definitely look for your store if I ever need something urgently again.

Purchase at the Kingston Store for a new Fujitsu Heat Pump. Bronwyn was very helpful and arranged the purchase on the spot and would arrange a recommended installer to pick up the unit from the warehouse. The recommended installer Mike Soden was brilliant and very easy to deal with as was Bronwyn. So very highly recommended for a worry free purchase and installation experience.

The customer service at Betta Rosny Park TAS has always been exceptional. They always respond when they say they will and always try to match other bigger suppliers. And I don't mind if I ever have to pay a little more, their service is more valuable. Have bought a fridge previously with no issues and now ordered a freezer.
