I celebrated my birthday with 22 of my closest friends, food was great and I was able to set up a Tab at the bar. Half of my guests had never been to Humphrey's before and they were still talking about how wonderful the night was the day after. On another note...Mariia is amazing and a true asset to your team, always going above and beyond. Your bar staff are also wonderful. Thanks to everyone for a memorable night!

Respectfully the steak on Mondays when it is special for $20 is NOT the same quality at all than when it is on full price normally. There is definitely something wrong. Maybe it is rushed and not cooked properly. I will not come back here on Mondays. I guess you get what you pay for and can’t expect the same quality. Otherwise the steak normally is 9/10.

The steak was amazing!

Overpriced and flavours are just not for everyone. My friend and i had issues with stomach 2 hours after. $450 for 1 lunch for 4 people that is way too much AC was not on.

Good atmosphere but the food isnt great

Beautiful venue in Hurstville with the most incredible decor and vibe. Loved the sesame & honey focaccia and steak frites which was cooked perfectly and came with a generous side of fries. Lounge area is lovely on a summery day and the roof can be closed so you can still enjoy regardless of the weather. They don’t offer table service in the Humphrey’s lounge or quad area but you can order at the table through Mr Yum or order at the bar.

Great venue to book out the outdoor area and host. Had a 1st birthday here and it was super easy in getting access - thank you so much to the managers on shift that day, super helpful and friendly. We were able to easily set up and packdown. Great space for an intimate family and friends get together and celebrate.

No service, meals came out separately the first meal was almost finished before the second meal arrived no apologies no interactions from staff. Mind you the venue was not busy. Asked for salt when the second meal came an empty salt grinder was given. Staff looked lost finding owners of other meals. The cocktail menu makes note that there would be 15 minutes for cocktails, hence wine was ordered! Was eager to try Humphrey’s and heard wonderful things about Hatch but this experience completely deters me from returning period.

Great food and amazing service

Had dinner with the family for the first time there last night after seeing good instagram reactions. The atmosphere at the venue was very nice, the service is hard to comment on as ordering was done via QR code, so the interaction with staff was minimal, the food we ordered Steaks and Gnocchi) was nice and cooked perfectly. The only negative thing is that the menu seems very limited on the mains selections and wine selection was also lacking a few more options. Overall a positive experience.

Whole family waited for an hour, couldn’t wait anymore. Ended up leaving with having snack only, very disappointed.

Relaxed atmosphere, enjoyed a cheeky cocktail and steak for lunch on a Sunday. Definitely worth a visit. Hatch restaurant, within the same venue looks divine and look forward to visiting next time.

The food is absolutely delicious. The highlight was the Tomahawk Steak which they carve up at the table after cooking. Perfectly cooked and so tasty

Honestly great pub. Haven't eaten here yet, but I sometimes stop by for a post work drink, plenty of seating and great environment. Drinks are a little on the expensive side, but what can you do in this day and age.

Always enjoy my experience here :) My go to is the steak frites- they cook my steak to my liking each time and I love that the price includes the delicious cafe de Paris butter as well as the Jus. Most places will charge you for the stingiest amount of a lacklustre sauce. I enjoy moping up all of the buttery juiciness with my chippies. Nice for large groups and families, would suggest booking ahead of time as it gets pretty busy on weekends and steak night!

Food is average for the price you pay.

Great choice of tasty dishes, good place to catch up with mates and watch sports on one of their many screens.

We had a great spread of shared mains. The Angus Sirloin Was done perfectly rare with a nice salad and crunchy potatoes. The whole John dory fish wasn't available but they made a triple serve of the Murray Cod with Mussels done just right, soft not chewy. The duck crown was great and the selection of entrees we ordered was awesome as well.

We booked dinner reservation on Saturday night. I had the rump steak and it was cooked to perfection. I also enjoyed the grilled scallop - entree. Cod fish was fresh. Next time we will try the tomahawk. Staff were attentive and great service. I suggest do not get the set menu, order a la carte instead better value for money. $120 incl one drink average each person. Set menu is $105 pp not including drinks.

A beautifully designed hotel, exceptionally friendly and awesome staff. Cocktails are brillant and so reasonable during happy hour. Fabulous Wed night steak frite. Honey, sesame focaccia is divine as is the white chocolate popcorn mousse. Absolutely best pub I've ever been to. Thanks so much

Everything at Humphrey's was spot on, from the divine food to the outstanding customer service, would not expect food like that to be in the suburbs. Would highly recommend 👌

We dined at Humphrey’s Hotel for the first time and were pleasantly impressed. Service was friendly, the dining room fit out is beautiful, wine list great and food amazing. We chose the set menu so we could sample as much food as we could and enjoyed every course. The only advice would be ask the wait staff to bring each course out separately. We were served pasta, steak and fish at once, a challenge for two people to enjoy it without going cold. Beautiful restaurant, food and service.

Parked in the cinema parking section of Westfields and was quick to walk to. Beautiful rooftop dining that is covered. We enjoyed our bread for starter, schnitzel and burger. Drinks were nice also. Was a bit pricey for portion size compared to other pubs. But I would definitely go back.

Extremely disappointed, there was little to NO service. Two stars for the food, it was nice but nothing special. I gave one star for the service as you had to either go up and order or by QR Code and when they bought the food they mixed all the sauces up and by the time we realised it was too late to swap. Three stars for atmosphere as the venue looked pretty but it stopped there. Overall I give it two stars as $55 for a steak with no service doesn’t cut it - sorry won’t be back!

This place always makes our family feel so welcome, whether it’s a date night for 2 or a family dinner for 16, it’s perfect. I celebrated my birthday here in January and everything was great, even with the 6 kids on the table! I came here for dinner with my parents and daughter tonight, they remembered my name and they were able to make sure our order of caviar cornetto’s was delivered :) thank you for the great service and making us feel special. Birdie, Kieran and the lovely lady at the front (her name starts with M?), as well as the security lady downstairs (Ren?) were absolutely fantastic and made my family and my daughter feel so welcome. The service at an establishment really makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Will definitely see you soon.

Beautiful place with good food. Very relaxing

What a great restaurant in the heart of Hurstville. It’s located in the newest building right beside the station so you can come via train or park in Westfields and walk across. The restaurant is beautifully laid out. The menu has everything and is laid out for every dietary requirement. We had the banquet option which comes in at $150 pp and although the almighty tomahawk is on the menu we also had a vegan guest which the restaurant adhered to so they could also enjoy the Banquet Feast. The food is next level fresh and plentiful and really is worth the money it commands. Definately start the evening with a cocktail the house cocktails are superb. We had several. The wine list is also plentiful. If we had to pick at something the music was slightly too loud which affected the beautiful ambiance the restaurant is creating. But then, we were also pretty loud after a few of the yummy cocktails. Theo and his staff are very attentive and the chefs attention to detail with the food definately garnishes the attention it deserves. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to coming back to try the other menu options.

Well this establishment was very highly recommend by very good friends who said you must try the beef at this hotel and it's so close to home. The hotel is so well decked out with a well presented bar/s, spacious dining areas. There are two areas, one as a casual setting and the other being white table setting but with the same kitchen. The food is simply outstanding. The beef so well cooked and presented, perfectly done. The salad and halloumi was delicious and I must confess the halloumi was done very differently to what I expected nevertheless, mouth watering. Great atmosphere with people of all likes, well knowledged staff and very keen to assist and serve. Will definitely come again. Oh I almost forgot, they were recently given their first white chefs hat. All in Hurstville.

Upmarket gastro pub with outdoor seating available. The food is mostly good. We tried quite a lot of dishes. We didn't like the pig head dish much and the snitzel was also quite dry. But the other dishes were good. Service is order via QR code. Pleasant.

Loved the new Humphry’s Hotel. I had a long lunch with 6 friends and it was a beautiful day on the terrace. The staff were very friendly and offered to pull the auto shade as it was quite sunny. The steak frittes was delicious, I also tasted the bread and the gnocchi which were both incredible. My caprioska hit the spot, and the whole space gave off a classy vibe. A great getaway from the chaos of Forrest Road and Westfield.

Our first visit to Humphrey's as a group was an absolute delight. From the moment we booked a table and were seated on the balcony, the experience exuded luxury. The ambiance was that of a high-end bar, with every detail meticulously attended to. The bites we ordered were not only tasty but also varied, perfectly complemented by our choice of drinks. Even dessert surpassed our expectations. The staff, impeccably attired and embodying the essence of a luxurious establishment, added to the experience. Their service was impeccable, attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring our evening flowed seamlessly. To cap off the night, we ventured into the luxurious play space, where we indulged in pokies and conveniently charged our phones on charge plates near our toys. It was a perfect ending to an already wonderful evening. Overall, Humphrey's surpassed our expectations, providing an unforgettable experience that seamlessly blended luxury, hospitality, and entertainment. First time visiting for dinner. We happened to see Theo as we reached the top of the stairs and he was very welcoming and he let us know the options available. He was very pleasant and polite and Theo also served me at the bar and again provided great service and I let him know this. We had steak frittes and the Chicken Jalapeño Salad which were both delicious. On the pub side you can order with the QR code on the table or grab a menu. The menus were behind the lectern on the bar and in trying to reach one the greeter stepped back and bumped into me. As I saw him stepping back I said sorry I’m behind you and too late bumps into me. No mention of sorry or are you okay. I then came back to the bar to order and was standing on the kitchen side of the bar near a woman who was being served and close to beer taps. The same greeter said you need to move over there gesturing towards the other end of the bar. I’m not sure why I couldn’t stand where I was since there was already a lady being served? Whilst waiting I suggested to him that perhaps they could put a sign there letting people know to move up. His response - thank you and turned away. Felt dismissed. Once I ordered I walked by him and said this is my first time here and I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke and he said whatever you like!! I mentioned to him that I was providing feedback and I didn’t think he cared to hear and then he says sorry I didn’t want them (the bar staff) not to see you, (maybe he could have explained this initially) yet there was another lady being served where I was standing. He was quite abrupt and dismissive and put a dampener on my evening.

We had a delightful first visit to Hatch, the Humphrey's restaurant. We opted for their special Truffle degustation with a wine pairing & we weren't disappointed. The Wagyu was a particular standout, although the buttery cod was equally special. The wine choices were also interesting & varied, although we both usually prefer Pinots. Will definitely be back & will recommend it to friends. Lovely local option for a night out.

We had the deluxe set which was fabulous! We also asked for wine to pair for the meat and was great service by the waiter. Will come again for more! We were given special treatment for our anniversary!

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time with a manager the girls working there were amazing but that man last Friday night was horrible.

Felt like I was in Paris again! The food,ambience and service was amazing. Extreme detail on everything. Real quality ingredients that created art on a plate.

Amazing service! Loved the staff and chefs took my Allergies very seriously & catered for our group’s needs . We’re locals so it was a nice atmosphere that we didn’t have to travel far. Food was generous & highly recommended the set menu as you get to sample a bit of everything!
