If you have a click and collect, you might as well just wait in line to be served. Takes forever when you just stand in that designated area looking like a fool..

After going to two other Officeworks stores and having no luck due to difficulties in store, I hurried to Casula Officeworks where I was helped by the wonderful Edina who was able to coil bind a book I needed for the next morning. She listened to my issues with the other stores and helped at 9pm at night, during a super busy back to school night. This is the latest of many amazing experiences that I have had at the Officeworks Casula store. I find myself traveling out there instead of shopping my local store as they always go above and beyond for their customers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Officeworks! I needed some printing done, but my file was saved in a different format. Yael went above and beyond to help me convert it and get everything printed smoothly. He was extremely helpful, well-organized, and welcoming. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen someone so young with such excellent customer service skills. Well done, Yael! Keep up the great work!

The customer service here is amazing, every time we enter the store we are always greeted by a friendly team member with a huge smile. Just recently I went to stock up on stationary and to purchase a new desk. A Special mention to Julian, he heard us struggling and rushed over offering to serve us as the back of the store, and then carry the desk to the back where we can pick it up and load it into our car. The whole interaction he remained professional and kind, generously helping us out. We went to front service to just confirm that we were good to go round and each team member confirmed with a smile, offering to assist us further. Definitely a highlight of the store other than its wide selection of products is the amazing staff!

I had very good service in here. Staffs are very friendly and patience to sort out my request. Thank you Officework team about your hardworking.

Extremely unpleasant customer service from a staff member whose name tag says Zane. Do not want to bad mouth anyone here but the attitude we received today has made us wondered if basic conversational skills even exist anymore. Or what did one get this job for? They made us feel like we just committed a crime by simply shopping at Officeworks.

They never cease to amaze me, think about something that will make your business that little bit easier to function, they have it. Good, like a Bunnings for business.

Reyan is truly the best employee at Officeworks! She is incredibly helpful, consistently handling my printing needs for my business and always ensuring my requests are met. The service she provides is simply amazing!

Always busy

Rudest staff I’ve ever come across. Walked up to 2 employees asking for help to find a product and they pick at out ignored me and continued their conversation. I then asked a different employee to give feedback and they just shrugged their shoulders and said that they used to have a form but now their don’t know where it is. I’ve never met a bunch of people who don’t give less of a shit. Glad I only spent $3 here and will never be spending money here again.

Price is reasonable. However, at times it is hard to find a staff member to help you with your purchase.

Thank you Rumaisa for helping me out for copying and scanning. She is very patient and helpful. I am not very good with technologies. But her service was spectacular.

Fantastic service over the print counter this late afternoon (07 Dec 2024) for my Christmas cards. Apologies, but I've forgotten her name (either it was Reyan, or started with a letter 'G'). She was absolutely professional, an expert in what she does, and very friendly and helpful. The service she provided was outstanding - she provided advice and assisted with the printing process, and consistently displayed eagerness to help her customers. I also want to add that as I was in the queue, she provided the same level of service to customers before me. Sincerely, thank you for the wonderful service!

Went to print booklets and the printer was messing up. Reyan was super helpful and supportive during this process and ensured that the printing job was done properly. Extremely happy and impressed by the quality of service from her.

Worst customer service !! Every time without fail when standing in the line for photo or print service, you might as well be invisible no acknowledgement, rude , and simply cbf to serve you.

Most useless officeworks I’ve come across, always so busy and have 1 person working at printing and 1 person at registers. Takes 30 mins of waiting just to print off a document that can’t be done at the kiosk.

The worst Officeworks in Sydney, the store is untidy with items thrown everywhere and he workers especially the older Indian man at the register pointing fingers and speaking over others is disgusting and no one should tolerate that sort of behaviour. The Store Manager is no where to be seen and when called upon she's not very engaging. I do NOT recommend this store.

I visited the store early on Friday morning to print a photo of my late husband, which my daughter wanted for her wedding that day. As soon as I explained my request Jade, staff member on duty, took me to the photo print machines and stepped me through the whole process - including selecting the correct size (as my photo was square and not portrait as I thought it was). I am so thankful for her help, I would definitely have done something wrong without it. The photo came out beautifully and I was also able to buy the frame.

My experience this evening at the Officeworks Casula store was outstanding. I was assisted by a staff member Rez on the printing counter. Her patience and experience exceeded my expectations. Rez is an asset to the store and the brand . Thank you Rez for making my experience less stressful then I thought when I came to print my job.

Thankyou to the lovely young man Mohammed… who checked on my husband who wasn’t feeling well… Thankyou also for being kind enough to bring over a chair for him to sit on while he waited for me to finish some printing…. Well done young man. Very grateful for your kindness and consideration…

I go here often but have noticed that every time I want to use the printing facilities some of the young girls that work there don’t want to help us. Some are lovely and really help but some should not be working there if they don’t want to help out customers. They should also realise that some older people didn’t grow up using all technology so may need some help without being made to look stupid. I will keep going there as I do love the store but customer service needs improvement.

Do not get your passport photos taken here. They are digitially altered and the Australian passport office does not accept them. The refund process was an ordeal where the front counter staff refused to give me a refund and instead referred me to the long line at the print and copy desk. Previous visits have been similarly poor. Disappointing.

Poor customer experience.

Horrible customer service by store manager. We asked for a price match with one of the staffs to which they agreed. Out of no where store manager comes out and refuses to process price match which was already agreed. Manager says that we can't do price match because their warranty is not Australian because its a direct import product even though it clearly says there is 1 year warranty (same as OW) that is not excluded from Australian Consumer Law. Fair point about the direct import but the point about warranty doesn't make sense + going back on what was already agreed. Anyways couldnt be bothered arguing on top of the time already wasted. Will never be going to that store again.

I had a bad experience at this store. The customer service was poor, and the products were not displayed. I bought some expensive headphones, but they refused to show me the items. When I received the product, they were not what I had paid for. I tried to return them afterward, but they refused even thought the product didn’t suit my needs.

Only reason to go is to print .its affordable other than the worst customer service i ve ever expricenced.well i had to print some doc, unfortunately my print did not come out from the machine ,though it said the task is completed, asked for assistance ,had to wait that is understandable but the thing is even after attending the queued customer, then staff went for a chitchat with other staff i dont know what was more important topic to discuss about!!!but i was really running late as i had no other option than to print a new one and get going,terrible, terrible exprience, if i could find other place close to my home where it prints the docs at the same price would never ever go back!

They just got scam print machine, never works but accepts card payments. I never got my money back! That’s just a different way to loot money Staff made me pay twice and never bothered to help

Absolutely horrible!!! The worst office works in Sydney. Service is HORRIBLE. I went to self service to print a poster.It would not process and told me to go to the service desk. I waited 30minutes for this poster. There was one lady serving pick up line and the normal service desk line. The pick up line is suppose to be quick. Me and multiple other customers were waiting for extremely long and just being ignored. I got my poster with the employees finger prints all over it. My poster is ruined. I paid money for unbelievably horrible staff and products. I’m disgusted.

Ordered gaming monitor screen was broken took it home and turned it on screen damaged then took it back said I had warranty and showed the guy said warranty dose not cover physical damage?? Like how is it my flat your products are damaged and I need it badly so I had to spend 500 that day to get a second one and the guy said oh you can give to to us and we can ship to to get inspected for 70 dollars And that is just inspecting not fixing. Useless

I recently visited Officeworks Casula and had a great experience. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful advice on the products I was looking for. The checkout process was quick and efficient. My only minor critique is that there were a few out-of-stock items I was hoping to purchase. Overall, it's a reliable place.

Great selection of art supplies

When a box of pencils were stocked with the wrong price tag, after spending 20 mins in line waiting to pay for it, I was asked to leave the line and get a photo of the barcode. I had to rejoin the line, waiting another 5-10 minutes, after which the salesperson walks me to the aisle, and tells me it's not their fault and that anyone could've moved the products into the wrong section. She got hostile, saying There's no point arguing with me. There's nothing I can do" and walked away rudely. Never shopping here again! They don't care about the customer experience at all."

Horrible experience with this store! I went to exchange MacBook Pro, Store manager cancelled the transaction and asked for more money to place new order for the same product, though I didn't ask for order cancellation.

Customer services in this store are very very bad, racist and rude and very argumentative. I was buying a study table I request the customer service lady, that I am bit hurry. She replied if you are in hurry you should not come to this shop. and started argument rudely.

As a woman who has lived for 45 long years, I am confident to say this officeworks has effectively proved itself GARBAGE considering its customer service and staff. Not only did the staff refuse to help me with printing after waiting a WHOPPING TWENTY MINUTES, I also witnessed one of the EXTREMELY RUDE staff tell off an asian boy for testing a pen. Not to mention, there were two other kids doing the EXACT thing, however getting away with it. First of all, since when was TESTING pens an act of offence against officeworks policy? Why was it a problem for the asian kid? Absolutely vile and disgusting. This officeworks has done nothing but shown that they cannot meet necessary standards when it comes to staff policy, but also cannot comply with BASIC SOCIETAL RULES. Do not bother spending a fraction of your day here, they’ll keep you waiting forever. Many better officeworks nearby that have staff who can actually do their job and DO NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST LITTLE KIDS OF COLOUR.

I'm not the only one in here is complaining about the horrible service in this branch, no customers service at all Specialy with printing section, sadly the lady with scarf is very rude and not helpful at all, I've been there twice and same thing refusing to help or assist us with printing machine.

To Management, I visited the store to collect my canvas print this morning around 10:am. The ladies at the counter did not acknowledge me or welcome me. They were busy chatting with each other and questioned why I was sitting there. After I explained my reason for being there, one of the staff members responded with an angry facial expression and threw the canvas print onto the table without saying a word. As a professional photographer, I will not be returning to this store.

No support from staff, email not working but no one knows about after wasting time lady come from back counter and said email not working so you will not get the code to print. Not ready to support for any alternate. Just want me to get out of the store

Very bad service at printing part 😒.night shift staff are very lazy and the have zzzero attitude. If u have to print something so u have to wait at least 30min. To offeswork management u have to wake up!!!

Don’t bother for passport photos

Looking at the reviews, I am so glad I am not the only one that is unhappy with this store’s customer service. The staff I dealt with were lovely but the manager is so rude. I tried to return something which was opened (it was my bad, I didn’t understand their return policy). The worker serving me told me it can’t be returned, but he can bring the manager out to see if there’s something else they can offer. The manager came out, I think her name is Tammy, and I said that I’d like to return this product. She stared at me blankly for a few seconds as if I had just said the dumbest thing she’s ever heard, and loudly said “AS WE SAID, IT CANT BE RETURNED”. I said “ok, thanks for your help” but she just stared at me blankly again, no smile, no apology, no thank you, so I just walked away. I’ve been a loyal customer of OW for more than 25 years now, buying all my tech, electronics, and stationery here, but unfortunately I will not continue to support their business. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have any people skills. Officeworks - you’re better than this.

Do not come to this officeworks for click and collect or printing. Had to stand in a big line in the printing section for 30 mins to collect a package I had received confirmation to pick up on. The workers seemed understaffed and all over the place and generally were unhelpful to the customers before me. As it came my turn they spent another 10 minutes looking for my package just to tell me they couldn't find it and to get it another day... how can you mess up a click and collect process??

Worst customer service for a print job. Go to other office works and your experience will be ten times better. My local officeworks had run out of paper for A0 printing. I called this store up to confirm if I can do SAME day printing for ONE A0 page. The staff confirms this is all good as long as it is simple and one page. I get there and another staff member, who already has an attitude says no, there is a booking process, being a jerk about it for no reason. As I am about to make my way to another store, she stops me and grabs my usb and does it anyway. What a waste of time and energy. Was not willing to make ANY adjustments (asked to zoom in on the photo) saying that she cannot even though the previous store helped with adjustments and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Poor management and hires here.

Printing and photo section I asked the lady if I could have help with the self service printing as I hadn’t done it before and she made me wait on the seat while she ended up serving someone else with email printing before me, still waiting I’ve now asked another lady which she has started off helping with an awful attitude but then left me there which I could not bring up my photos. I left the store thinking how bad the customer service was and went to Kmart which the ladies were so lovely to help out. I definitely will not be going back to that store.

The print desk is horrible! They don’t even care if you are waiting or not. Plus not happy to help you!

What a disgusting store. Can’t believe how rude the staff are. You ask a question and it’s a massive issue. Don’t be in customer service if you can’t assist. The store is a absolute mess.

Staff is great and very helpful, but i don't understand why they only have 1 person at print and copy with a line of 8 people. You end up waiting 45 minutes.

They refuse to send you a text message to inform you that your click and collect is ready. Second time this has happened. Something so easy as to just pick up photos is made into a twenty minute wait. Staff refuse to acknowledge you and do everything possible to avoid serving you at the print and copy desk. Worst staff.

BOTH OF MY i5S COME FROM HERE

I called less than hour before my arrival to confirm if photograph system is functional. Once I reach there I was told that the we out of photograph paper since 3 hours. The store attender was totally insensitive when I told her that we called an hour before arrival I will never recommended anyone for photograph especially when photo quality and as well as the behaviour is not worth for the experience

The owner needs to take their hands out of their pockets and hire sufficient staff. Waited in line for an hour to pick up a photo.

It’s truly astounding how stupid people can be. I simply wanted to print a photo from my iPhone at this Officeworks and both (and apparently, only) methods offered failed me at this simple task. When I asked if I could send it to an email address - or transfer to a device they have - to print this was not an option. Truly a useless experience and waste of time for a place that is surrounded by technology (laptops, phones, USB devices) to not offer a simple and working method to print photos.

Service at Casula has been horrible. I bought a scan disk. Tried to 2 computers keep getting I/o errors. Got the item to them for refund. They said we can’t locate on your email. I had to go home and print receipt from email. The manager keep insisting that there In Shaa Allah nothing wrong with the product without checking. Eventually she agreed for me to leave it for technician to check. Technican Called did not even leave a message. A saw a missed caller and called that number. I was told it is working on their computer and I can bring my computer and the technician will show me on my computer. When I visited the store I was told that they cannot touch my computer. I said don’t touch my computer I will show you the error message. They declined. I requested that you copy a file which will take around 10 Minutes so you can see the error. The manager asked the technician to choose a smallest file in kb to check. The manager definitely has got a problem Dealing with returns. They choose a file to copy in kb. I bought 2tb scan disk to copy my business data file. They want to prove it works on. Kb data. I can’t understand this manager. Normally you will get the best service from Officeworks.

If there’s a number less or below 1 star I wouldn’t be hesitant to share it about what i been treated from a lady working in this store. Not recommended

3 people chatting , laughing at print section and noone serving at customer . Just wait 20min and ask help . Still she does not care . It is not officeworks fault. If you are working somewhere first need to learn ethic . Worst customer service .

Worst store, waiting 10 minutes to be served whilst workers wonder around with one person on registers who smelt of cigarettes. The manager Julian isn’t any better running the store. Drive a bit further to another Officeworks store to get decent customer service without attitude!

I was served by Japleen today in the print and copy section in the afternoon, I was having some concerns regarding my prints and needed help with a laptop. She served me with great expertise and I ended up purchasing the laptop, knowledgeable and super friendly! There was an issue with the printer, she was prompt in addressing the issue and refunded me the money that I had lost. Thanks for all your help... I will be back!!!!!!! :)

Rude customer service if you don't like dealing with customers or children then leave the industry,Had a worker say to my child if you are going to open it or try it then you have to buy it,Had a young girl rolling her eyes because my NFC eftpos wasn't going through,I didn't know she was doing it but sensed it then she stormed off saying she's going for her break so the next worker came over and then it worked,I laughed with my child in the carpark saying I kinda sensed that girl was getting frustrated,To which my daughter said yeah she was full rolling her eyes and getting angry,Gee if you not one for patience then maybe retail customer service is not for you

I don't want to give any star . Indian lady in photo section was rude . She has no idea what she is talking about and how to take pictures . She was not willing to show me my pictures before printing . Very rude staff I complained to manager and left as I have no time for dramas . I had very good experience in Liverpool officeworks guy named Andy gave me best service ....

Rude.Saturday 19nov23 To manager mima,use a bit of common sense will ya. Was trying out some markers with my lil one, she came jst to blatantly warn me for my kid not to just open and try everything. I am an adult. I am the parent. I was there supervising my kid. There was paper there to try, that was exactly what we were doing finding out which one my kid like before buying. Saw same complaints about this on other review too. Just stop it guys, just stop telling us to manage our kid unless you have legit reason too . Ruined our day. Use your time more effevtively by helping customers in need, not flashing ur sad lil manager authority for useless stuff.
