Security guard supervisor was UNprofessional. I am a member of the club, last night I came in with a family about 7pm, security guard asked for the address, I shown my member card I said I am a member. Why ask for an address. A security guard Supervisor was not a professional to patrons, instead of explaining professionally he used a threaten language. Suggested he should be trained and learn how to treat patrtrons professional.

Attended show last night. Disappointing mainly on bar service and parking. Bar service took too long people still queuing into the show starting. I waited until people weren't there or I would miss the first half of the show waiting. Parking non existant did 6 car park rounds until I got lucky and ended up exiting and found street parking. Not good coming early and just getting frustrated doing laps as no one was really leaving. Came to same show last year and how long are renovations going for? More parking needed for peak times.

Hadn't been for a while, and although undergoing renovation district 8 was not as good as it used to be. Food choices seemed fewer and seating less comfortable. Better parking now, but not well sign posted. Ambrose room for music was good and the bartender there gets 5+ stars for customer service!

Lot of car parking spots, food is yummy at reasonable price.

They have the best coin slot machines that I can try with some money required.

Parking is a hassle here. Ok club but there's much better

Go to District 8 for dinner it's something different,great set up and the cake shop is a must..

Cabra- Vale Diggers Club is located between the suburbs of Cabramatta and Canley Vale. Upon first seeing the club from the street, I did not think it was as big as it is. I also thought the main entrance was from Railyway Parade however, there is no entry from there. The club is used for many purposes and contains numerous dining areas. As a result, it can get quite busy. During my visit, I found the venue to be well organised and very clean. It was easy to find our way around the club. There were many staff members who were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. There is an outdoor play area for children. The club also has a large, free parking lot.

Why don’t you sell STONE WOOD st the poker machine area The staff even won’t go to the other bar and get my beer, shame on management. The service waiters said management said she couldn’t go to the other bar to serve us .. but the waiter at the bar said she could. Someone is lying , it’s not my job to find out who We tried cashing in our tickets to get $ back and the machine wouldn’t give us 5c or 10x coins so we had to walk to the counter. When I asked her why she said they were too busy to refill the machines. Extremely bad service .. how dare they say they are too busy when the users are spending thousands of dollars a minute to gamble. You guys are happy to collect money but it’s hard to get you to return the service in return for our hard earnt money Our wife’s both complained about the women’s bathrooms being disgusting …again you are a happy to collect our money but difficult to get good service in return I have no problem dropping $500+ for an evening but when you don’t give me the service in return I say it’s not worth visiting or putting any additional money into your facility. Management should be ashamed of themselves for training the staff in such a manner that they think all of these points are acceptable to their patrons. I wish you luck but we will never go back go this establishment as long as I live !

Didn’t end up staying the car park was full

Security manager with beard is immature and rude. Otherwise staff are polite. D8 has nice food and atmosphere.

I wouldn't come back again after this afternoon yum cha with my friend. Not because of the food but the horrible extreme rude service of the female cashier .just right after my friend paid the yum cha bill not knowing I'm the member of the club which means we will be offered member discount, right the way I told the cashier that my friend doesn't know I'm the member, ...the cashier replied me in an extremely rude and teasing manner without fixing anything on our bill..I don't mind if you can't fix but not with such a bad and rude altitude to customers...for sure, we wouldn't visit again, ...too bad experience...

I recently paid Cabravale Diggers to hold a wake for 50 people at 12pm. I arrived a little after that time only to find no food was available for my guests so had to ring the event coordinator who blamed their new chef for the lack of hot food which was very minimal and a few pieces of some sort of desert. Very poor service food of low standard and desert was almost non existent. Don't use Cabravale Diggers for any event you will be disappointed.

An extremely impressive club with a fantastic atmosphere and an impressive choice of eateries. Then you have a gaming area second to none. The club also has a large number of sporting sub clubs including Lawn bowls table tennis chess. Football various codes netball and many more, Take the time to check it out you will not be sorry.

The male checker staff at the entrance had a bad attitude and was rude, the female staff that helped me was lovely though, the restaurant staff are nice & helpful except the old guy with glasses

Very well looked after by the team. The function rooms are exceptional.

Came in through a side entry that wen u walked in the link was straight to the bar bistro and beyond nice but then wen finally greeted by the door person ONLY AFTER I MENTIONED IS THE PHONE MORE INTERESTING? his response “oh u should hv told me earlier” ( minus the stars) dude not up to a customer to tell u to get off ur phn in full view of customers and a response like that is so not going to rectify any issues or do u any favours on a brighter note District 8 was interesting and enjoyable

First time visit on a Sunday meet up with friends. Wow.Super big club. Atmosphere positive.Airconned

Good venue but there is no point signing up online. Website says to show them a printed copy of the online sign up with ID however by reception staff are confused by it. They simply gave me a blank stare. After I explained to them the instructions stated on the website, they stated the systems don't sync and make you sign up again. Online sign is a complete waste of time. Edit: Response to business reply. Bringing in ID and a copy of the online sign up was exactly what I did. Reception staff stated that they get no information regarding online sign ups and make you restart the whole process in person without checking any documentation of online sign up. Wow! First time here!! What a wonderful experience, 3 years free membership, so we joined straight away then dined at District 8, and SUM Supervisor was OUTSTANDING! Very welcoming and explaining how things work... even though it was super busy being a weekend, meals came out super fast within 15 minutes, and hot, serving sizes are big! ....sports bar allows children too whilst adults can enjoy the football or sports. Construction aside not a deal breaker, security was helpful and welcoming.

The men at the door that check you in have bad manners and no personality. (very grumpy) Because of these individuals The six of us will not be returning to this club

This club has an amazing sports bar, with very comfortable seating and a huge screen for watching games. Club membership is free and provides substantial discounts and specials. Signing up was easy and Kimala at the front desk was incredibly helpful.

Caught the club supplied bus last night at 1030pm from the club, the bus driver was very rude and kicked us off the bus near the train station. He drove his male friend to his house !!! When i asked him where's the station he said in a foreign language shouting at us, get off the bus and walk. I was female and the other lady was female, very scary at 1030pm in unknown territory. He made us walk to the station, I didn't know which way to walk, the Asian driver kept shouting in his language. Not happy with this service.

We recently held our Autism Expo at Cabra Vale Diggers RSL Club, and it was an exceptional experience. The facilities were perfect for our needs, including a separate room we set up with dimmable lights into a sensory room creating a calming environment for sensory-sensitive attendees. The venue was highly accessible, with lifts for easy movement and ample parking, making it convenient for everyone. The staff provided fantastic service and were very accommodating to all our last-minute needs. We truly loved hosting our Expo here and would gladly choose this venue again for future events. Currently Cabra-Vale Diggers club is expanding. We always enjoy Yum Cha, the food are delicious and lots to choose from. But most importantly, the benefit of getting a membership and Senior Citizen discount. I highly recommend Cabra-Valle Diggers Club restaurant.
