I went to Officeworks today and got amazing help from Zeke. Absolutely brilliant help with my photo printing, I was so grateful, and I was in and out in ten minutes. Thank you Zeke you were brilliant help to me.

Amazing customer service experience shoutout!! Sorry for my names memory, but will never forgot how well and beyond cs member at the printing counter assisted me. There were some requirements with the way I wanted the documents, as I was presenting it to someone special but without any hesitation or delay, I was constantly assisted and even received help to tie them as planned. Thank you very much for your genuine care and support

Good service

Online pick up, some guy saw me looking at my phone for the order no and pulled me to the front of the queue that I wasn't even in. Super quick in and out. Love it.

Wanted a calculator and got more than I bargained for when the “helpful” bow tie boy gave me a run down on how I should’ve applied myself more in school then I wouldn’t require such tool, I have never been so angry or mistreated in a store. 0 stars. Thanks to bow tie boy 👎

Love this place. They have everything for stationery and office supplies and equipment. Friendly, helpful staff.

Don't go if you need a parking spot, because there isn't enough and I waited 20 mins for one in the upstairs and downstairs car park.

everyone (almost everyone) working there is goated and despite not looking it they are all really busy but find time to help each and every customer!! if only people were more understanding! the staff are very helpful in their areas and if not knowledgeable still kind

Had the worst experience ever today, I usually don’t buy electronics from here but got a better price from somewhere else, so after getting approved for a price match, the skinny spec guy at the counter was so over dramatic. Firstly he gave the discount and then when I asked for another product he took off the discount which was already given. I don’t know if it’s my skin colour that bothers him so much. I went for another retailer and they offered me a far better price with all the accessories I need which was much cheaper than the price beat guarantee these guys have displayed in front of the store. 👎

Self service was a joke. I wasted 90minutes of my time doing the job of workers who did not give a shit and obviously were not trained

Office worker have no knowledge about pdf making . I scanned some documents there to send me on my email but i did not get yet . I call them 2 time . Both time they said we resent but still not receive my documents on my email . Very poor knowledge

I’ve been coming here every fortnight for printing and the staff here are always so helpful and attentive. Ignore the poor reviews, you’ll be taken care of from a good group of humans here 🖖🏽

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews at this Officeworks, my experience has been nothing short of superb. I was helped thoroughly by a young gentlemen called Finn in the speaker section when I had no clue what I was looking for with all this new technology. He went above and beyond and helped explain all the differences between all of them and which one would best suit my need. Needless to say I will be back if I ever need help again. Thank you Finn!

Abandon hope all who hope to park here. Another cookie cutter Officeworks. Has all the stationery items your home/office requires. And the usual IT and office furniture range of products. However parking is a MAJOR ISSUE. Off street parking is minimal and the advertised free undercover car park is so small that unless you want to drive in circles waiting in the moving queue for a space....give it a miss. Pay for the street parking and walk to the store. It will cut out the stress of finding free onsite parking and allow to pay to park get in and purchase want you want and get back to your day without the hassle of driving in circles looking for the elusive free park.

Good experience in store when you can get in there, but the lack of parking (even on street and up the road) often leads to several laps around the block before giving up. Perhaps a relocation to Cambridge where there is plenty of parking available is in order...

It'd be nice to select a lower review. I've had to deal with their incompetence a few times in the past. Every time I hope that their service will improve, surely it was a once off? But sadly it isn't. I was delusional thinking that their customer service would surpass that of McDonalds junior staff but alas, fool am I for returning. Today was the last straw. Not only were the senior staff rude and supremely unhelpful their lack of store knowledge was laughable. I've said it before in my reviews but sadly I must repeat my theory that ALL mainstream conglomerates don't give a rat's about anything but profit...it's a sad world. My advice...go somewhere else.

Next day delivery is a scam. It is not reliable. When my order had not been delivered by 5pm the next day as promised I had to go into the store and buy the items I needed for a field trip, meanwhile the order 'out for delivery' cannot be cancelled so I will have to make a second trip to the store to deal with unhelpful staff to get a refund on the items delivered late.

The products offered are great, but I was disappointed with the staff. When I asked for help, they seemed unsure and couldn't provide assistance in the most efficient way specially in print and scan section. Unfortunately, this affected my overall experience.

I was in at Hobart Office Works printing section. I found the staff very polite, obliging and went out of their way to meet my needs which was printing an art flyer & art statements. I want to thank the staff especially Stan Tan who went out of his way to creat a professional product

I recently visited the Hobart Officeworks to print some documents from a USB drive. Unfortunately, the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. The wait time was excessive, and it felt like they were deliberately delaying service. I was disappointed with the lack of urgency and customer-oriented approach.

Always helpful staff and efficient service

We live in the bush so we use internet but not printers. We came in tonight after driving 1.5hrs in hope of printing & scanning some important documents as we live off grid and have limited resources. The first girl sent us to the kiosk and explained but we are not tech savvy so don’t know how to use the machines and we didn’t remember all the instructions, we turned round to ask for more help but she was busy, then a Young person named zeek came along and went beyond to assist us and got all our documents printed, signed & scanned back. What a very helpful rather bloody wonderful young person. Was not condescending in any way to our technology challenged brains & assisted us fully. Appreciate your help heaps zeek thank you. Probably one of the worst customer service I have ever received. I was polite and kind in my conversation however the girl behind the printing counter (Sophie) was quite uninterested in helping a customer out. Do yourself a favour and find another job that does not involve customer service. Stop wasting everyone's time.

Staff is always friendly when I go here, but especially Michael. I needed help with 3 different items which Michael gave great advice for. He was both knowledgeable and patient with me. 👌🏼

Staff behind the printing machines is useless, specially the girl with glasses on. Justing getting paid for doing nothing.

Standing at the print queuing point for about 15 mins. The staff count must have been 3:1 yet they still can't seem to serve the customers. I watched them chat with each other, walk around... and then finally the lady manning the print section asks if I need assistance. Truely incredible, no apology for the wait, and then guides me to self service. Office works must be the champions of poor customer service, keep up the good work guys, your miles ahead of the runner up!

Terrible experience this evening at the Officeworks printing desk. I was hoping for some assistance to print an A1 poster - the staff member who served me was incredibly rude and patronising. Will not be returning.

Such a poor service by staff. They do not care for the value of customer’s time. Spare at least 2 hrs if you want to come to the store just to get 5 photos printed because staff won’t help at all and self service won’t work.

I'm rating 3 stars because parking is very problematic and there are almost always no available spaces in both the front carpark and underground one. I often see the same staff cars filling up the carpark which makes it more difficult as a customer, with nearby street parking often full also. Other than that the range here is great and staff have always been helpful.

Served by “ayjay” who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to get my iPhone cable exchanged as it was connected to my car for 5 minutes then stopped working on the same day I bought it. She was argumentative and said it won’t make any difference by changing into a new one etc. not great customer service, the staff needs to be trained properly

Office works Price Match Guarantee is hopeless!! Just spent 20mins with exact same products a and office works competitor in about 60% cheaper and Chris The manager was not only unhelpful but could not even tell me the difference!! Anyhow if your after memory cards don't go to office works. See pics and see how much of a difference there was.

Asked for a price match on printer ink at the Hobart store. The girl serving me (Sophie) was really pretty clueless and seemed to almost take it as a personal affront that I had asked for a discount. Gave me the ink and turned her back on me. Very ordinary service.

Management was rude when doing a refund. A REFUND THAT WILL TAKE MULTIPLE DAYS TO CLEAR. so I can't even buy a TV elsewhere till the money clears. Sophia and Clancy were great but kabin was rude dismissive.

I was Served by Chris at the hobart store , after telling me my print wasn’t at the counter and sending me to click and collect for 20 mins whilst the team members searched for the item , it was eventually found at the photo counter , when i asked for more information he stormed off dismissing me like a mad little billy goat , classic short man syndrome from a 45 year old man child with side burns who would still live with his mother , i give this store 0 Stars , i’ve also contacted Officeworks directly in regards to this ! Had to came back 4 times just to get a parking spot. Small as car park don't help when they can't walk well when you need a close by parking spot

Went online for click and collect payment taken out of account and then get messages saying my order as been cancelled and refund but my money won't go back into my account for up to 5 working days and they couldn't give me a risen way my order was cancelled. So becareful and they won't do anything for the inconvenience and time wasting they have caused Should have went to Harvey Norman 🙄 never again.

Shout out to Ben. I purchased my bud a chair and he helped pick it out. I really appreciate Ben even though he never answered my call after the purchase. Jk, he answered after 5 calls.

Poor customer service from employees Annette and Nathaniel who when shown a mistake that was made by officeworks advertising proceeded to then charge me for shipping of the product and were not considerate of the mistake the company had made on their behalf. Both need to learn ethics in customer service.

Not happy about it when trading hours still indicating 9pm closure at the door but google quietly changed to 5pm closures.

Great service but not consistent. Coming from the “main-land” you can tell the difference. Some staff are legends and some can’t be bothered. Went in today and what looked like the manager was telling staff Off in front of customers. Not a good look plus kills the vibe.

I needed help so I stood in front of the counter for 5 full minutes and all 3 staff looked away. Not one of them even acknowledged I was there!

Store music continuously cutting out- unbearable. I mentioned it to staff who told me that Head Office has been informed over a week ago about the wifi issue. We cut our purchase transaction short and left. You guys work in tech- What on earth is going on?

Absolute ridiculous customer service worse office work store in the country, I rung to check if they stock a certain product was put on hold was not even asked to be put on hold it just went on hold and then after 10 minutes of waiting the phone disconnected rung back then they tried to reconnect me and then just kept rringing for 20 minutes when I got to the store told a couple of the staff about what just happened no one cared they just put it in the two hard basket actually bought two tablets that day he put them behind the counter because I was still shopping went to the counter to purchase no one knew what I was talking about there is no communication at this store whatsoever I can't believe how many people were there staff and they still can't get it right I'll never shop at this store again!!

Great choice of stationery, that's for certain! Unfortunately, I had to wait for ages to get help from staff. They all appeared to be into their own chores and I felt completely ignored. This is not my first visit to the store and the experience has not changed.

The photo printing service was incredibly slow! I went there to print some photos at 12:53 am, and the screen indicated a waiting time of around one hour. However, as of now, at 5:00 pm, I still haven't picked up the photos. I also had to deal with parking issues, which added to my frustration. I will never use this photo printing service again.

Clancy was so helpful in assisting my choice of which laptop would be best for my job. He was very knowledgeable and kind! Will return in future, just for Clancy's service.
