After walking around the store for while and not being offered any help as the staff were too busy talking to each other in phones. I went to the counter where I was served by a tall lady with glasses, who went out of her way and helped find what I was looking for. Best customer service from the counter but wish I could say the same for the others.

I called the store and spoke to Nadia and advised that by mistake I bought the wrong flash drive and that i need a different type one which i had already selected. Nadia checked stock - confirmed the availability and invited me to visit the store. Arriving 10 min later i met her ad the checkout and she had already my new drive next to her. The changing was for her a breeze and within minutes i was back out of the store. What a great and easy transaction JB Hi-Fi and what a great personal service from Nadia, thank you very much! Rudi

I had two meetings with a young guy called Chris, at the Harbour Town Qld store.I was trying to sort out connection of amplifier, speakers, TV etc and Chris was incredibly professional in explaining what was required etc. On both occasions he was polite and very knowledgeable .Will certainly look for him with future needs.

While the in-store experience was great, their delivery and installation services are a disaster. For the second time, I booked delivery and installation only to be told my order hadn’t arrived in the Brisbane warehouse on the scheduled date and requested to me rescheduled delivery . I wasted a day off work and expected better, given my previous experience. Unfortunately, the same problem happened again. I eventually had to request a refund after waiting for a week. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money. Would not recommend if you need delivery services.

I would give this store 10/5 stars if I could! My partner and I popped into the JB HI FI at Harbour Town on a whim, looking for a new phone, and we got such a good deal! I’m so sad, because I didn’t grab the name of the person that was helping us (young man, blonde, with very cool piercings in the phone department), but he genuinely went out of his way to answer all our questions, and kept adding the discounts he could on. We ended up leaving with a brand new phone, plan, insurance and a smart watch, for the price we were considering paying just for a phone somewhere else. When it’s time for me to upgrade my phone I WILL be going back for their help again.

Purchased a Google Pixel 9 while on holiday and needed advice on claiming the GST back at the airport via the TRS. Very helpful staff in spite of being very busy with pre-xmas crowds.

Everytime I come to this JBHIFI the staff are all honestly so sweet, so helpful, expert technology advice etc. They go above the highest level of customer service. I literally send everyone I know to this particular store and I will go out of my way to go to Harbourtown instead of a more convenient location. Purchased Beats here, they failed after less than a year... JB want me to pay to have fixed.. stating water damage!.. How strange never came into contact with liquids in our care?.. want us to pay for repair... What happened to old fashioned customer care and replacing faulty products when under warranty.. will consider all other companies before I purchase from here again

Outstanding friendly service from Sam M. in the telco department. I came in pretty flustered with a service & upgrade issue - and it was a pretty urgent. Sam was friendly, amazingly patient and helpful. He is a great ambassador for the JB HiFi brand. He sorted out the issue very quickly and because I had forgotten my glasses at home he helped me navigate the app and several levels of passcodes and OTPs through my mobile device. I was really impressed - I have always found this store to be a great shopping experience and the telco department always great - but this was next level old fashioned service - thank you!!

I bought on the website the computer the company sent wrong with the wrong charger I went to the store to solve it and I still had to pay extra to get a computer similar to the one I had bought, ok everyone did everything possible to solve the problem but in the end I had to pay more than 200$ dollars

Had a really positive shopping experience looking for a soundbar. Although the store was busy with customers, Paul took the time to go through the options and come up with the right solution and even asked a colleague for their input He then put forward a great deal so it was an easy decision to go ahead with the purchase. I’m sure all the staff are great however, if you can find him Paul seemed to go above and beyond to help.

Got some CDs, been looking for these

November 2023 I purchased $4k worth of products and received a reasonable discount on a few items, plus the service was very good and memorable and because of that experience I returned yesterday to make some more purchases. The service was good until my wife asked about getting a discount. Chris didn’t want to budge, he said that the items were already reduced and he couldn’t give a further discount. He did however give a 10% discount on my Samsung S24 Ultra case cover. We had just over $7k worth of products in front of him to purchase and he wouldn’t budge. Chris also asked my wife if she wanted to purchase warranty on any of the items, and when she suggested maybe for the two new phones, he didn’t explain to her first that they already came with a 2 year warranty until I raised the question, he only then said that with the extra protection warranty it will take it to a 5 year warranty. If there’s one thing I don’t like is unclear explanations from the start. We went to the checkout counter and so I asked Chris myself if he could offer a further discount on two of the items, he said no so I asked to see someone else who can or I’ll take my business elsewhere. The store manager came to assist, he gave a further discount on the two items, how hard was that? He then thanked me for my purchases. After finalising the purchase my wife and our daughter made their way over to Chris (who was ignoring us by this time) to thank him for his help. I think they slipped in an apology on my behalf for being persistent. But if I’m going to be spending a lot of money in your store at least give me something good to remember, so I can be a returning customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 STARS

JB Hi-Fi Harbourtown have some great staff, that are both very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a tv there today and without the assistance of a staff member (sorry didn't catch his name), we would've purchased an inferior tv. Very happy with our purchase! Thanks JB!

If you want to waste time and money. buy in this store. I bought a scooter and within a week it broke down, they replaced it 3 times and it kept failing. They refused to make the refund. The staff is inefficient, unable to help their customers

Asked to charge my phone to be able to get home and asked the greeter she then sent me to the counter who then sent me to the telco salesperson and yet no one could assist so I went to another store.

A good market if you are looking for technical things. Very friendly personnel who could help us. We'll come again.
