I love visiting Good Games, and my recent experience was great as always. Ross helped me find a board game for a crowd, offering excellent suggestions and explaining everything clearly. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I usually come here for birthday cards and have always had great customer service. I’m excited to play my new game and highly recommend this store for games, puzzles, annd gifts!

Was so excited to finally see Scarlett and violet 151 in the wild. Only for the tins to be $38.99 instead of $18 at Kmart and $22 at eb games. Very sad times.

Definitely not the cheapest, even though they said we are the cheapest. eBay games and JB hi-fi are cheaper then these guy's.

SHAMEFUL! They sell Pokemon booster bundles for TRIPLE THE PRICE compared to other stores like Kmart and eB games. Unfortunate that they do price gouging, you lost a customer…

I did not grab the name of the gentleman serving me today. I asked him for a recommendation on which game to purchase and he gave me 4 options, I ended up buying one of these (Splendor). He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, he was fantastic!! Thanks very much

so many good options for puzzles and boardgame, i was after a puzzle and Ross was really patient, explaining which puzzles would be suitable and I learnt through him, the detailed the puzzles are easier to figure out rather than simple and I would have not known that without his knowledge :) my card declined not once but few times and i was upset and but even so, he was friendly and didn’t lose his cool. Excited to try my puzzles !!!

I’ve visited Good Games Castle Hill twice recently and have bought some puzzles both times. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and seem to love their jobs. As a customer that makes me feel good and I stay browsing for future purchases for a longer period. I like the shop layout and the range available. A great shop.

Really great range in store for all sorts of hobbies and enthusiasts. They are the only store I've found recently that had Yu-Gi-Oh! Play mats which is a huge win for me! The staff member was incredibly helpful and went beyond expectations to assist me which I honestly appreciated! Very keen to make my way back and spend more money!

Good for board-game and pen and paper RPG enthusiasts to view products. While prices elsewhere/online are much cheaper, it is good to support physical stores to bring more public attention to the hobby. Edit: Given the response from the owner. Price match + support physical stores!

Today my wife and I were waiting near oporto for a movie when a member of the 'good games' staff abused and harassed the poor oporto staff for several minutes. He was rude and obnoxious and at one point literally threw his credit card at the oporto staff member and demanded a refund while having the worst adult tantrum I've seen. I've been a loyal good games customer for years at both the Sydney cbd and chippendale store. The team at the cbd store are AMAZING, particularly the red haired guy. But this member of the good games staff we saw today (a rotund, long haired character) has turned me off the whole company - the representation of the company and brand is appalling.
