Jaycar Electronics Wetherill Park

Horrible customer service. Bought a drone, which I was told is under warranty. My 5th flight of the drone and it drops from the sky. I provide all evidence of the flight of the drone, how it fell from the sky with receipt. After being initially told it'd get replaced, I am then told that you fly the drone at owner's risk and there is no warranty that covers a software glitch. Would never buy anything fro Jaycar again after this level of support.

Terrible customer service left on hold for over 10 mins ... eventually hung up, don't waste your time here...they don't value customers

The lady at service desk today 13/9/23 12:20pm was very unprofessional, claiming the battery is not refundable item which is obvious not true. Stop LYING please.

Went in to grab some Flashforge pla on Tuesday and was greeted by one of the most awesome sales people ever Paul, this guy had the best humour and would be amazing as a narrator or dungeon master for dnd, I came for pla I stayed for the story

Been to my newly discovered JayCar a few times now after starting a new electronic project. I have no idea what I am doing half the time and every time I do online research, I go to JayCar to buy something and I leave with something completely different. I have been served multiple times by Peter who has been extremely helpful. Prices are competitive too. Overall love going there! New favourite store!
