Bought a TV online through Bing Lee and picked it up from here. The ticket prices seem to be a little more expensive than other stores, but after finding a much lower price for the TV, JB would only match the price, Harvey Norman wouldn’t even match it. Bing Lee didn’t just price match but gave me a further discount if I picked it up that day. The service in this store was great too. Helped me load it into the van and gave me advice on how to prevent damaging the TV.

Thank you bing lee for delivering our fridge on the day you said you would, thank you for all the help at the store, great communication and good handling of bringing our fridge up the stairs, we really appreciate it as we were in desperate need😁 we love our fridge can’t believe it just fits as well, we will be returning for a few things in the near future.

Price is so high, I got the same product is 20% less in another supplier during checking after purchasing. I called bing lee and requested them to price match, but they have denied.

Hello all I am leaving a five-star review for Charlie sales manager at prospect I was having a lot of problems with a warranty problem and I contact Charlie at prospect and he acted on it straight away got back to me and sort the problem out within one day. I live at Penrith and no matter what if I need anything I will go to prospect Bing Lee no where else thanks for listening

Great customer service

We bought a Shark mop which was not satisfactory. The very next day I took it to swap to get something suitable&worth while to be productive. But the Manager is very cold & in a very crude manner handled the matter &rang me to just collect the product saying it has no faultyness. There was no customer satisfaction looked into by the company &the staff included. Earlier Manger was Kim &she was one of the very best lady who cared&looked after all the customers so well. She has been transferred to Macquarie park. I will never step into this branch hereafter.

Why 1 star the rude smug attitude of the shop assistant who basically told me they don't accept cash.

Second time in this shop within 2 weeks first time to buy a tv. Today to buy a laptop Sales staff wouldn’t budge on the tv and was getting smart when I asked what they could do with the price as jb and Gg where a little less (but we wanted to take it home that day) Which is fine I got it cheaper from the good guys across the center with little fuss and a great price With the laptop I was in the section looking and comparing for over 15 minutes with no one approaching me. I locked eyes with 3 employees playing with the tv’s and talking amongst themselves and no one came over. I watched some one walk into the store and get served straight away Both times I came in with CASH in my pocket ready to buy something. Considering you can buy majority of what these stores sell online for less than a brick and mortar store you think they would prioritize customer service

We bought a LG fridge and they said it will be delivered in two weeks and it took three weeks for it to arrive and ontop of that it had a dent in it and the power plug pin was broken.and my old fridge was taken out and thrown out so i was not able to use that i needed a fridge urgently becuase of my sons medicine when i went to the bing lee the manager said the fridge was not in stock and they cannot say when another fridge is avalible would not reccomend

Review based on purchase of Samsung TV (Dec 2023) 3 stars for Bing Lee in general (Prices no better than competitors, expensive and inflexible delivery options) 5 stars for Bing Lee Prospect NSW (Excellent in-store service) Bing Lee in general Advertised prices literally identical to other sellers. Discount offered upfront in store amounts to a full 2 (two) %. Price Match advertised, but no proactive price comparison. Website navigation not always intuitive, some information is hard to find. In store (Prospect NSW). In a word: Excellent. Salesman Than was able to answer all questions without being pushy. Than went out of his way, even consulted with (presumably) a supervisor, to match a competitor's price (which itself was a Price Match offer below the advertised price), resulting in a 14% discount. Delivery Delivery is relatively expensive at $40 for basic drop-off, compared to $14 to $16 at other stores. Delivery time is very inflexible; a 3 hour window is communicated in the morning of the delivery day (SMS text message), with explicit information that this window cannot be changed. These delivery details also include a link for real-time tracking. Driver tried to drop off TV at the front door, contrary to assurances by in-store sales staff that for $40, the item would be delivered to the apartment. On the plus side, delivery was made within the advised time window, real-time tracking worked well, and driver called 15 minutes before ETA and on arrival.

Went to Bing Lee at Prospect some time ago as we were buying new appliances for kitchen rebuild and upgrade. We spoke to Dan in appliance sales and quickly learned that he was levels above any salesperson from any store that we had previously dealt with. His product knowledge, advice and honesty was far beyond even the highest expectations, and we vowed then that whenever we needed something that Bing Lee could sell, we would buy from Dan again. Fast forward and 2 sons have had marriage breakdowns requiring purchase of TV's, washing machines, dryers, and various other new machinery, and all has been bought from Dan. He is an absolute credit to the Bing Lee brand, the Prospect store, and himself, and recommend anyone requiring appliances or electricals to see Dan for the best sales experience, and aftersales support. Dan You in sales was excellent, and i would recommend him for any purchases. Very knowledgeable, with commonsense advice and guidance. Went above and beyond to assist my wife and i in selecting the correct fridge for us at the right price.. Delivery was above expectations, with SMS reminders, an app to track the delivery truck, a phone call half an hour before, polite and professional drivers, and they gave me a hand putting the old fridge in the garage. Overall a great experience, with a rare level of customer service - i'll be back for anything else i need with no hesitation.

Always get amazing service at prospect. Michelle behind the counter is an absolute gun and all the sales staff are always friendly, welcoming and want your business and they work hard to get it. They're follow-up also after sales has been exceptionally good. Give them a try.

The staff at this store was rude. An employee threw a receipt at the customer after purchasing the goods.

Awful after sales support -- Made a mistake of buying a washing machine from this store. The washing machine was leaking when first started using it (a week after delivery). When I reported this fault to the store manager named Sunny, he was rude, very unhelpful and showed no interest in rectifying the issue. As it was still under warranty, an Electrolux technician attended and confirmed the major fault. (purchase year 2020)

Anyone needing anything from binglee I would highly recommend Kim Nguyen. I have just finished setting up a large business and Kim has been an absolute stand out with her efforts. She is efficient, helpful and so accomodating!!!! She makes the entire process of ordering so easy and makes sure you’ll always have the best price. Good shop good range.

Absolutely livid at the imcompetence of these guys. An 8:45AM online order and paid for same day delivery. I get a call from the store as they're closing that evening to say they couldnt find any drivers and so it was rebooked for the next day. Already livid, I took actual time off work to be home for delivery the next day and no delivery at all. Then to top it all off, the order cant be cancelled online by their customer support, because same day delivery ordered are 'managed by the stores...and I cant get more time off work so I guess we're just without essential electronics for the week because we trusted somewhere to honor what they advertised and two days in a row failed to do so. Take your money and your time somewhere else - these guys aren't it."

The team there are the best. Really professional. They asked the right questions about what I wanted and were VERY knowledgeable about the products.

One of worst experience. Selling fault product and when send to them they send for repairs and give back.

The same freezer I bought from the Good Guys was $20+ cheaper then at Bing Lee.

I prefer checking with Bing Lee every time I buy something as they give very competitive prices. Dan-sales person was very helpful in explaining the products and helped us take informed decisions to buy the products.

The only Bing Lee store in the West that seems to have stock of what I need when I want it. Staff always nice and friendly clean and well presented store. Thanks once again.

Ask for a sales rep called Ken, very knowledgeable and just a great guy to deal with. Shame i can only give 5 stars, he deserves 10 stars.

Went to buy a washing machine one of the salesman was very helpful and gave me a discount which was nice and at the end of the sale he said to pick it up from the warehouse out the back then drove around and one of the warehouse works wouldn’t give me my washing machine and said it wouldn’t fit in my car and I knew it would fit and I said I was taking the washing machine anyway I paid for it and was going to take it and he said no your not it wouldn’t fit in your car and I’m not going giving it to you and just wouldn’t help in anyway come back with a wagon or Ute and he was the most unhelpful person i have ever meet and you don’t treat customers like that at all when someone has just paid $535 for a washing machine and get told you can’t pick it up and he’s job is to give the customers there items that they pay for not happy at all

The good guys has no staff to help me, so went to Bing Lee instead. I found the same product I was interested in (rice cooker) $50 cheaper. The staff were okay, I would give 5 stars if the person who served me was as friendly as their advertisements suggest.

I purchased an iron earlier this year which stopped heating and started pouring out water last night. When I tried to return it, they refused to take it back as it heated when they turned it on. Apparently an iron that works intermittently is not faulty! Disgusting customer service.

Joseph the Chinese salesman was very professional he took the time n effort to help us select n decide a fridge suitable for our household he even reminded us about the entrance doorway n asked if we could fit the fridge through which was thoughtful of him.
