Located at 4-6 Linsley Street, Gladesville, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 Our group had a great experience at this club today. The staff were very attentive, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our group included people with disabilities including people in wheelchairs 🦼. The kitchen staff were happy to cater to any special requests we had for our clients meals which was wonderful. I had the $15 Special which gave me 2 Spring Rolls as entree and Satay Chicken and rice 🍚 for main. Great value for money 💰. My companions enjoyed their meals as well. The club is very wheelchair 🦼 accessible complete with ramps, lifts 🛗 etc. The car park 🅿️ is across the road from the club. Easy access. I would definitely come back and would recommend anyone coming to visit for a quick, non-expensive meal. There’s a bar on the ground floor which is great to have a seat and drink 🍷 and relax. ☺️. The new sports bar is outstanding and rivals trendy local places like the Governor and The Longy. The drinks are RSL priced, which is a bonus. If you haven't been for a while, check out out. You won't be disappointed!

Great place to drink with friends. I usually go there with my friends for gaming. I liked the food as well, and I found that staff are friendly. Thank you

Attended for the first time on a weekend lunchtime. We joined the club as it’s free and offers discounted meals and drinks. The service was very pleasant on welcome and at the bar. The decor is fresh and new - they’ve obviously spent a lot of money. Unfortunately it seemed pretty much empty, which though great for us, plenty of space to move about, kids had free reign on the games (chess, checkers, card games, etc) it was hard to get any sense of the usual atmosphere of the place. The food was great - huge meals. I had a pub classic parmigiana which had a delicious sauce and the rest of my family sampled the Asian menu. My husband loved the Nasi Goreng and kids enjoyed the honey chicken and fried rice. We will definitely be back again.

Great place and great staff

My kids love the sweet corn chicken soup. Ambience is great, staff are very helpful, hygiene seems highest you can get. A bit on the pricey side compared to what you can get in Eastwood but you can't beat the hygiene factor. Big A plus.

Absolutely great, the place has a really nice, peaceful atmosphere, staff are friendly, courteous and Mark at the door made U feel really welcome, food is excellent and value for money, served well presented and prepared, was first time there and joined before I left alone with my guests that I asked there for lunch

Always great to Visit Gladesville RSL especially when it comes to the food prepared with all the passion in the world. I enjoy every single dish served in this restaurant that I forget to take photos.

Best chicken schnitzel I have had in a long time. The panko crumbs are amazing. Also in response to the past reviewer, I found that the portion sizes were very generous, especially with my satay chicken.

The staff are friendly. The food is OK. The bathrooms down stairs are exceptionally fancy given the place. Customers seem to be locals for the most part. The newbies like me are welcomed. Membership is free. Which I like and food and drinks are cheaper 🙂 as a smoker there is only 1 place upstairs and there are no chairs. You cannot stay in this smoking room that long. Overall I do like this place 🙂

GladesvilleRSL has recently had a Face Lift. Very well done! 👍🏼 Enjoyed a meal there recently. Great value week lunch special. I am taking a group along, hope they handle that as well

Pings Restaurant, since covid the portions have suffered, use to get some salad with fish and chips... now nothing. Downstairs bar with coffee and cakes usually has some entertainment on wend. I'd give the restaurant a 4 but I think it's slipped a bit, Mongolian sizzling lamb seems to be a good one here. Condiments such as mustard, tomato sauce is not available at the table area, chips are so boring without something.The Gladesville RSL itself has 3 levels the upper level isn't used much. Lower areas are well worth a look especially the bottom bar area with the entertainment. The club itself a score of 4 I think. Recently I came back renos are good the restaurant is good again, I joined.

Love the refurbishment, the varied seating sections and style are perfectly done to break up the space. Pings restaurant is one of the best good price for great quality food.

Nice modern club with good facilities , big screens , restaurants & many bars. ...Easy entry if not a member or easy sign up to become a member ( members get 10% discount on food & drinks )

Had a pleasant meal, well priced, well cooked, and tasted great. This is old fashioned Australian-Chinese food done well. I wouldn't hesitate eating here again if I was at the club for some reason, but with the wealth of fantastic Chinese and Asian foods in the Ryde, Gladesville, Eastwood area I wouldn't go out of my way to return. It's not that there is anything wrong with the food here, just that it sits amongst some truely outstanding restaurants in its area, and they're hard competition to beat.

This place is my new go-to in the area. Great atmosphere, very new facilities, great food and an even better sports bar! All they need now is Optus Sport for the Premier League and it would be perfect.

Great espresso martinis, innovative bathrooms, pink fried chicken and poker room music that makes me think of a bad Disney Channel movie in that band debut scene.

Great place for a quiet lunch or dinner. Food is always satisfying.

The food is overpriced for what you get, the servings are very small. We all left feeling hungry and went for pizza afterwards!! First time dining at Pings Kitchen and the last…… Never again!!

Great place for families or a couple or group of friends for a catch up! Service is excellent. Meals arrive quickly. New renovations smart & casual dining. Love Pings Kitchen.

Our family visited the restaurant tonight for dinner. My husband enjoyed a nice meal on a quiet Tuesday a couple of weeks earlier and was keen to return. We ordered 4 mains and 3 sides for $86 (with member discount), which was well priced. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the new renovation was broken and under repair so it was stifling hot in the restaurant. We really felt for the poor kitchen and bar staff who continued on gallantly. The service also was extremely slow. We ordered around 6.45pm. There were other tables but not many when we ordered. We didn’t receive our food until about an hour later with two people’s food coming out well before the others. By this time there were many more tables and the load on the kitchen seemed overwhelming. The food itself was delicious but the wait in the hot room was quite uncomfortable. Will definitely give it one more try hopefully when the air con is back on and there are more hands on deck in the kitchen (or perhaps they also had a mulfunction?)

Had a bad experience today regarding manager who became very aggressive over a function held at the club that resulted in regular members being threatened with police action and removed from the club. A very sad day for a local club gone bad

Club is great food was good the doorman was rude difficult and had no idea but besides the doorman everything was very good

First time visiting since the reopening. Had dinner there, portion size was abysmally small. We had three Chinese dishes and they were about half the size you’d expect to get. Was left hungry so ordered a serve of hot chips. These arrived in a small cardboard tray and the amount chips was a single layer in this little tray for $6. Terrible value all round, won’t be back.

Great Club with a good restaurant

The new renovations are lovely and I have been many times since opening. The food at Ping's Kitchen is consistently amazing, some of the best Chinese food in Sydney. Although on two of my visits my order was taken incorrectly, the kitchen corrected my order quickly

Visited first night after the renovation. Bar and restaurant are nice food was excellent. Will be back to the front row bar to watch the footy every week once the nrl is back on. Well done

Nice bistro. Looks like it's recently renovated. Varied menu between modern Asian with some Australian favourites too. Limited range of beers on tap in the bistro but friendly staff.

Had a very bad experience in the restaurant, very unprofessional chef her self and the staff working at the restaurant on level one. Try to grab our plates while we eating, even chef her self came to our table and lift my dining plate without asking. I had to stop her talking it because I was still having my dinner.

Hardly anyone goes there. Apart from poker machines there is nothing . Cant watch sport or anything. No television in Main Areas..

Didn't go to the RSL. I was in the crowded council catpark.

They have 2 snooker tables and it's quite. So you can play as long as you like. I also love their food

Welcoming place, but needs a facelift. Ate at Pings kitchen bistro. Mainly Asian influenced food. Prices are little on dear side I feel as a casual. $5 to join, and about $1.50 off per menu item. Aittlenquiet perhaps on Tuesdays
