Tonight - Drive through with friendly service but chicken was awful. Worst ever KFC. Dark and oliy

Great food here and service is good usually juat drive through so not sure on the atmosphere.

Consistently ok. Got the slab and it was solidly disappointing, was a single popcorn per bite. This was offset against the amazing Hot&Crispy chicken.

On 10/2/2025 at 2.07pm Order 300, I was served by Alistair. We recently visited the drive-thru at the KFC Mean Fiddler and I must say, the service was outstanding! From the moment we placed our order, Alistair.made us feel welcomed. He greeted us with a smile and ensured that our order was taken quickly and accurately. What impressed me the most was how efficiently he handled our order and suggested ordering this way and that as it gives a discount that I would not have known about so caring. Our food was freshly prepared and delicious, just as I expected. It's refreshing to see such dedication and positivity in a fast-paced environment. Kudos to the team for their hard work and excellent customer service! I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick bite with top-notch service. Doors were locked and henny penny fyer catch cans were out in the middle of the lobby at 9:53 and this may be incorrect but the google man says it closes at 12am and 11:30 is when dadddy wants come dirty bird.

Gave us original recipe pieces instead of boneless chicken even tho there were some being made, zinger burger had the wrong sauce , and i may say i was speechless when i found pepper mayo on my bacon and cheese zinger and as all good kfc workers should know being an ex kfc employee myself it should be supercharged sauce and I know that they know this cause my mate next me got the right sauce.

Ordered 18 pieces of wicked wings (which were over fried but I will give it a pass) and 6 pieces of Original recipe and just look what they came up with. 4 out of the 6 original recipe chickens are wings. I honestly never saw as many wings inside a 6 pieces original recipe order. They also took over an hour to get the order ready. This is the last time I will be ordering from this KFC, they are rubbish.

Literally messed up the entire order, how they managed to mess up every item is beyond my understanding!!! The zinger stacker was requested to be made without cheese, guess what it had !! The zinger burger was requested with chili relish, guess what it didn't have. The chips were cold and soggy without any trace of salt. The hot and spicy were the size of coins. The crispy chicken burger for the kid was dry af. What in the world is going on in the kitchen. PS - I have already reached out on the app so please don't bother replying the same suggestion!!

All you could ask for from a kfc. The person in the drive thru told us a more economical deal for what we were ordering. Heaps good. Come join me g

Restaurant was busy and I expected the food to be fresh and perfect. Reality was that the fries been undercooked, not crunchy and oversalted. Got told that some items are not available when I waited to get the food and staff just put boned chicken in the meal box instead of asking me first. Told him that I don't want bones and he swaped it with boneless pieces. Forgot spoon and napkins - had to ask for it after I checked my meal. Food was a bit greasy and chicken pieces felt like they been laying around whole day. Ended up throwing the fries and chicken pieces away and leaving still hungry. Only the burger was edible. How can I contact the restaurant manager for a refund? Edit. Thank you for resolving this for me. Much appreciated.

I ordered 3 pcs hot and crispy and 6 wicked wings and this is what i got. 2 pcs of wings, 3 tenders and 1 hot and crispy and it looks like a freaking left over. They put a note that they run out of wings so they need to change it with tenders and hot crispy. Would be alright if it didn't looked like a freakk g left over

Service and pick up speed improved significantly. Keep up the good work

ordered a burger from here just to get bread and a piece of chicken … no sauce no cheese no bacon just bread and chicken

I'm going to give a 5star because the guy that served us Philip in his kfc bucket hat was awesome, fantastic customer service made a big difference to the shitty customer service out there these days. Keep up the great work Philip, tell them to give you a payrise!!

Having an excellent experience here . There was a trouble with my app and prices so l called the Manager and after a while the assistant manager came and listened to me with patience and helped me all the way to get what l wanted with all the knowledge she could have provided ✅

Orders are consistently wrong

Consistently gets orders wrong. You are brave if you order delivery. They will lose the order, make drivers wait over an hour and then cancel your order. Good luck! Then after you complain, which is only possible through DoorDash, their algorithm changes to let you know your order is only 3 mins away… for infinity! Stay away from this place it is an absolute joke!

Hit or miss. Guess it depends which manager is on shift. Sometimes the chips are amazing. Perfectly fried and salted and other times are just completely unsalted. It is one of the slower drive throughs out there, so be prepared to test your patience. Definitely not the worst KFC I've had.

Ordered 10 pc chicken received 3wings, 4 legs, 2 ribs and a thigh. All bony and small pcs. Ended up buying another 6 pc at broaster. 3rd time it happened to me. Will just go to kellyville ridge next time

Food quality is always terrible and cold, without doubt Everytime when picking up through drive through… Ordered a zinger box that was cold as anything and chewiest chicken on the burger. Also ordered popcorn chicken (cold) and a crunch zinger wrap (cold) and came with half a tub of supercharged sauce Yet again disappointing!

worst experience. Today there should be $10 for 15 wicked wings. I paid $10 for 6 wings. The reception did not tell me there is 10 for 15 deal today. Also the chicken is too small.

Got my burger wrong , forgot to give me the gravy that was part of the box. Also the extra sauce that I had payed for was also forgotten.

Worst KFC I ever been. This place needs a better manger and workers. The orders are right which thats good but the food quality is bad. We bough 3 chips today. 2 had no salt but it was fresh and cooked tho and 1 had salt. Chicken there the other times were good only the chips are bad. Shame on you KFC Mean Fiddler Rouse Hill😡😡, im sure you guys know how to cook this stuff. Next time we will go to KFC Windsor Road Kellyville Ridge, they have better chips and food. This place has good cheap prices to which I forgot to say.Never comeing here again,

The staff at this KFC are great. They have never messed up my order and it is always good.

Just would be nice if your were notified when ordering that there’s a10 - 15 minute wait for chicken instead they wait till you have paid and then notify you. So then you go out the front where’s there is no room to park or get out of there it’s an absolute joke.

Worst food I ever had at KFC near fiddler. Ordered 3 different meals and all of them was aweful.

Service is excellent. Portions seem a little bit small, however. The tenders I had today were quite long and slim! Otherwise, still a tasty meal, happy to return to this drive-thru only restaurant :)

Waited an hour for 3 peice chicken and popcorn chicken. When approached the Manager, she said they just got the chicken and cooking it. It would be helpful if they could tell us wait time when ordering.

Apparently this KFC cares more about keeping all the salt to themselves than serving up a decent feed, can't remember the last time I got salt on my chips from this joint.

Just tried to enter the premises. 9.30 and the door was locked. I rang the doorbell and was told they were closed for takeaway. The website says 11pm. Such bad customer service, KFC. False Advertising from such a big chain. So disappointed. Will not return. And I know that will make no difference to you, but after reading the rest of your reviews, I have no idea why anyone would go to your restaurant.

Ordered a 21 piece bucket via Uber eats and got 12 tinny little wings. These Colin are a RIPOFF!!

The staff that take orders are good here from my experience, but most times I've ordered from here the chips end up having no salt.

To everyone, check and double check they have got your order correct before driving off. Food is always pretty good, no complaints. But they always forget to put in my bbq sauce for the nuggets, and never give me a spoon or a cutlery and wet wipes packet for mash potatoes and or chocolate mouses.

Place was well maintained and customer service was excellent.

Access to the drive thru can be a nightmare. Most of the time the food is good.

Took half hour for our most recent walk-in order to be prepared - probably an issue of understaffing. Also multiple times previously where I've selected coleslaw as a side but for whatever reason they fail to include it. It's now habitual for me to double check the contents of my order before leaving the store

Salad they use kale instead of lettuce it was as tough as old boots was not impressed kale would have gone into waste
