The bar is quite disgusting the bathroom is still the same after 30 years and the bar as well same carpet and the furniture outside literally looks like they picked it up of the street meanwhile the pokies have been renovated 4 times in the same time period shows you where their care lies they only care about the pokies the bar is there for legal reasons only.very depressing and disappointing place to drink

Such an average venue, no food for sale, wanted a pizza burger or steak with couple of the boys after work on a Saturday arvo and watch some footy. Got told by the security to sit at a certain table to watch the game, couldn't see the TV from a column in the way, so moved out to see it. Security tells us to move back to the table. Wouldn't recommend going here, rather go 5 minutes down the road to Silverwater Hotel...such a better and cleaner venue. Big screens and good selection of drinks and food.

The Bar Staff in the pokie area were amazing!! Particular shout out to the manager on duty who was personable, professional and caused me to plan on scheduling a return visit in the future 😊

Quick easy beers. Decent pub vibe.

1930 on a Saturday night and bar is open with bouncer at the door but no one serving. Waited a few minutes went to toilet and still nobody serving. Previous visit I ordered a JD and coke from a bottle into a glass. She filled glass with ice and couldn't get all the JD in so she threw it in the bin. OMG what has happened to the old Ermo pub.

I recently visited this hotel last week and was thoroughly impressed by the atmosphere and the impeccable service. beautiful presentation from the vip lounge in the gaming room! The room was clean and bright, and the gaming room service was always on time. I will be coming back, Thank you so much. Cheap drinks, complimentary hot food and snacks are amazing too. The staff was great. They were very helpful and good to have a short conversation with. From the moment I arrived I felt safe and very welcomed. Security very friendly and good to have a laugh with. Overall 5 stars for this pub, well done. I hope to see a bistro in the near future though would just complete the pub. Great effort guys!! 😃😃

Great atmosphere, Great people, Great Staff members I have a great time on Friday night at Emington Hotel, and I am looking forward for every Friday to go there.

Disabled toilets permanantly locked. Reason given is to prevent people from breaking laws. Because that's more important to them than letting people use the disabled toilets who need to. They want us to walk all the way to the bar to ask for the padlock to be taken off, then stand around, EVERY time we want to use the bathroom. I kept complaining about it, and asking them to unlock it, and when they finally said they had, they were lying. When I complained about this on my way back, trying to buy my 4th beer, they decided it was easier to call me drunk and tell me to leave. I will not stop fighting you until you make accessibility a reality. You are some of the most disgusting people I have ever met.

This really good place and hotel also having internal facilities, but bit quiet. Just need to add on more publicity and Promoting Various Offers, which can help to grow their businesses. Hope it will be back in More Active & Gathering Crowd's soon!! 👍👍👍

Rudest workers, RUDE staff, rude owner, rude management. Disgusting!! This place needs to be shut down and OUT of business!

The bar staff are very friendly. My only issue is that the air conditioning is too cold. To have to wear winter clothing just to have quiet drink is ridiculous

Barmaid was friendly but it's a shadow of it's former self. And even that wasn't great. Time for redevelopment 🏢

Very quiet. 1 person inside the actual hotel. VIP lounge had more action happening than the hotel. You really need to advertise and bring people in. Not just relying on the few locals.
