I would like to thank Cameron for his knowledge and friendliness. I was in the shop with my 4 year old granddaughter looking for a power supply cable, he was straight on to a product that fitted . Awesome service thank you .

Extremely disappointed to find jaycar no longer stock standard 2.5mm electro terminal drivers except in the $50 pack of screwdrivers. Learn what a loss leader is and you will stop losing money hand over fist.

First of all this not a smash repair shop 😂, this is electronic shop they got electronic DIY kits arduino etc etc.. They should upgrade their stock with variety of batteries. exceptional customer service

Went on last Saturday (8th June 2024) late arvo. Wanted to collect my Click and Collect Order but decided to upgrade my order. Asked the 2 male staff whether i can try the other order first and see if it fits my trunk. No questions asked from them, happy to take it out and see if it fits. Very helpful, professional and friendly! Highly recommended! Thank you!

I went on an urgent precluding dash to get a specific aerial cable, and they had it in stock. They also had the cat 6 cable I was going to buy next week, so I got a few of those and another type of cable I also remembered I needed. The moment I walked in the door, I was assisted to find the aerial cable and then the cat 6. When I said I'd was going to just browse for a few minutes, he took my items to the checkout. I was really impressed by the range of products. I could have spent a lot more time window shopping. I was also impressed with the service. I would highly recommend this business.

A good store for your electronic needs. I use it when i need any cabling or custom build electronics. Items they sell are not available in stores like jbhifi, etc. You can also ask for membership. I think it will give you $10 bonus for joining and it is free. Parking is small though and not much parking outside.

I went in there to buy a TV aerial. I was about to choose the wrong one for my area. The knowledgeable staff member pointed me to the correct one and saved me a few dollars. A1 service 👍

Went into Jaycar to purchase a trail camera. The one we purchased was a Nextech 4K outdoor trail camera. It is truly amazing and does everything it is meant to and more. The wifi works perfectly and down loads relatively easily. The salesman (Hardik) was very helpful and assisted us in our purchase of this and a heap of other Christmas gifts. Exceptional service and products.

If you order a click and collect from here, make sure you check your order before you leave the store. My order had the items that had to be delivered from the Penrith store but didn't have the item that was in stock in their store. They need to change the procedure they use for their click and collect orders to ensure all items of a customer's order are in the packaging before notifying the customer to come pick it up. It caused quite an inconvenience and no consideration especially during the lockdown period.

What a great experience I had at the Blacktown store today. I walked through the front door, was greeted very politely & asked if I needed any help immediately. Being prepared as I knew what I was looking for, I showed him the picture & he grabbed it off the shelf & straight to payment. I think I was there for 2 minutes & next minute I was back in my car. These guys were very helpful and very good at upselling items in the store, I mentioned something about the UK, he showed me a computer made by some english men and it was a very cheap and easy to use. I wanted a three pin Australian plug for a change from my three pin uk plug, very easy showed them what I wanted and it was quite easy to get the one I wanted. They have a parking area onsite and it is on the corner of Sunnyholt Rd. Very easy to get to and close to home. I will go back if i need and electronic item. Absolutely pathetic. One guy would rather play with boxes than serve and the other whist serving me, answered 3 phone calls and ran around the store helping them. I was already in the store and was going to buy. I walked out.

15 minutes before 5pm an stood there looking at products with no help could here one counting coins in register good work I'll take my business elsewhere
