Wonderful experience and I can't say enough on how the staff were exceptional and wonderful

Ok. Food not as good Had to add. A night on top my company booking. Charged. Me way more even though same person. Same. Room !! As I had been unwell and Didn't go away for one night but booke to come back Price. Was too high compared to my work rate Food not as nice. As last time , service on though in all areas Not sure if pay 255 plus breakfast if booking private outside of work ?????????

I have stayed many times and the staff are very friendly and the rooms well presented. Very close to Warwick Farm horse racecourse. Back in 1963, 1967 and 1971 Warwick Farm was home to the Australian Grand Prix motor racing.

It's easy to catch a train from the airport to Liverpool and then 10 mins walk or less than 5 minutes Uber drive. Good facility, clean rooms, and great customer service 👍🏾 We went for a conference. The buffet options are amazing and delicious.

I stayed early in Jan - I spent more then $100 and that was put through - but you are still holding the initial $100. I can only assume that the staff are not aware how to do this properly but you have had my extra money tied up for over 3 weeks now and I would like it back, I have bills to may Apart from that the stay was very pleasant and would be happy to return but not if staff are not taught how to finialse account. I also requested an email of the bill but am still waiting for that also. Kathy

Stayed here for 3 nights Loved the bistro here and the service at the breakfast section. Specially enjoyed fresh juice machine available in the breakfast area.

We’ve decided to use our points to bring the kids out to spend the night in the hotel. Room was okay, condition of the bathroom was satisfactory. We were contented. Unfortunately a fire alarm broke out at around 130am. It was a real fire apparently. Multiple fire engines were mobilised to site. We believe the staffs did very well to evacuate everyone. Fortunately no one was hurt (I heard). Interrupted sleep for the family and everyone else, and what an experience, however we are happy that everyone is safe.

Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast has variety of options. Would love to stay again.

Second time staying and enjoyed every bit once again.

I was amazing experience with Holiday Inn.

First room they checked us into was full of mould could see it and the smell was awful no smoke alarms very poor cleaning. They had to change us rooms second room could still see mould and also no smoke alarms.

We recently had three nights stay at Holiday Inn Warrick Farm. It has good location to access anywhere in Sydney as long as you have a car ✅ They have car park right Infront of the hotel behind the branches. If it's full at night, you can still park behind of the hotel. They have bigger spaces for cars and light trucks ✅ Breakfast buffet was really nice. A lot of varieties available for morning fill up. Most of the meat products such as chicken and beef sausages are halal ✅ Rooms are quite spacious and modern with huge beds, new TV, bar fridge and nice looking bathrooms ✅ They do clean and tidy the rooms everyday as you wish. Staffs are very kind and helpful ✅ Reception desk is quite friendly and helpful. They always try to help the guests. ✅ There are small pool at the back of the hotel. Laundry room and gym also available ✅ Thanks for the kinds service and hospitality. Hope to see you again one day ✅

Very good hotel and much appreciate the welcome drinks offered by the Manager.

Pros: * Easy to get here, off the main motorway. * Plenty of open spaces ( restaurants, bars, sports room, gambling area) and conference rooms. There are even some vintage computers up the front which must be there for aesthetics rather than functionality. Or wire only data transfer, like fax machines in hospitals. * Plenty of open parking spaces, not squashed. * There are even some electric massage chairs that you can pay for. The rate is good value. *Clean. *Good fresh air and AC. * Staff are friendly and courteous * You can request unlimited drinks ( tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water) * Hotel staff were able to check me in early at 12pm Neutral: * The breakfast buffet is extensive but it didn't really wow me. Plenty of tourists come through every morning. The staff at breakfast are especially friendly. * Good value for couples but poor value for solo travellers. * Staffing at reception is limited. If you want to microwave food, you have to go down to reception. They provide disposable plates and cutlery. You have to also go down to reception to collect ubereats etc. They won't bring it up to your room. * IHG members get late checkout at 11am. * Showerhead manoeuvring can be tricky. Cons: * The bathroom fan comes on at certain designated hours. ( not at night). It can be noisy. * The garden near the entrance is gorgeous but it's only for viewing. *I did not see the outdoor pool but it didn't look particularly appealing. * Same for the gym room, it did not look like there was much equipment. No treadmills, stair or running machines, just a few weights etc. * They do not provide hotel slippers, robe, deodorant, Earplugs or eye mask, laundry bag. * Location is a bit far from train stain and restaurants. * If you forget your phone charger, they will ask you to hire a powerbank! Rough. Final thoughts: Google rating of 4.3 is accurate. Please do not steal towels as they have RFID tags. But please feel free to request extra tea/ coffee/ sugar/ toilet paper etc.

Booking process was seamless. Received confirmation instantly!Arrived at hotel with no issues. Hotel location’s convenient to visit nearby families at Bonnyrigg. Hotel buffet’s delicious, friendly service and it’s clean. Only concern was number of toothbrushes provided were for 2 guests instead of 4 throughout our stay. Wifi works perfectly for work!Will definitely stay here again!

Quiet comfortable beds and room, great value dinners, fun to join in trivia night Tuesday. Most staff were really lovely and very attentive.

We came up for a wedding from Brisbane city, after a 10 hour drive we arrived and were greeted by reception staff who were kind and welcoming. Upon arrival to the room it was very tidy abd spacious. We slept 8 hours undisturbed in the most comfortable beds. Breakfast was ordered and everything was perfect. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The customer service was exceptional, wifi and the facilities were top-notch. Its proximity to local shopping centre and family made exploring easy. Wifi works perfectly for work. However, the towels were a bit stiff, which could be softer. Additionally, I suggest implementing a first-come, first-served seating policy in the restaurant for better efficiency. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Excellent value for money. A great place to stay that's not too expensive. Its rooms, service, restaurant and bar are of high quality.

IN MY PERSONAL OPINION: The best place I've stayed for a long time. Everything at your fingertips whether you're staying by yourself or with your family. You won't regret spending your money staying here.

The staff at Holiday Inn Warwick Farm are consistently tremendous. Nothing is too much trouble, and they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I absolutely cannot rate them highly enough. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff in Nortons are also outstanding. Rooms are consistently clean and beds + pillows excellent. Room service was fast, and the food was hot and delicious. IHG members are well accommodated. If you are in and around the area I would absolutely recommend you stay here at the Holiday Inn. My family and I will be back again. IHG this team at the Holiday Inn is 1st class and keeps your members like myself very happy and coming back to your hotels. Thankyou

No wine glasses in room. Other than that, our stay was excellent. Thankyou but i don't want to comment any more.

Professional service, all staff are friendly and they treat everyone the same, rooms are modern and very clean, yes would come back and stay.

Cleanliness was of highest standard. The room was quiet, comfortable and roomy. With extras if needed. Breakfast was more than expected and catered for many tastes. Everything one could want. Staff service was pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely stay and recommend to others if need to visit Sydney again.

the price is too elevate for the room, the recepion need more skilled people, basically is a 2 star hotel for a european standards.

Comfortable bed, shower worked great - room was not in the best condition - decor is dated, desk lamp didn’t work and was covered in dust - woollen blanket in top of wardrobe had hair on it and definitely not washed. Walk to room was quite far - reception was not welcoming. Food next door in restaurant was delicious and service was great - food was ready in 10mins or so.

I recently lost my home of 12 years and everything I owned, I have had to rely on housing NSW to help me with emergency housing. Housing nsw booked a room at the Holiday inn Warwick Farm for me on a week by week basis. I felt very fortunate and as happy as can be, considering my situation. I spent 14 days there in total on ret roughly day 8or9 I asked a cleaner if I could use her vacuum , she said yes.. whilst vacuuming my room the head cleaner abruptly came in and rudely informed me that guest are not permitted to use the vacuums and if the room needs to be cleaned, only the cleaners are permitted to use the electrical appliances... I was shocked by her attitude and this rule, I said I was going out shortly and didn't want cleaners it my room unless I was there . I asked her name and thought I would speak to a duty manager later about her .which I did do and then the incident was forgotten about by myself... Day 13 Housing NSW rang the hotel to book my room for the following week, the hotel informed Housing that they are not going to rebooked my accommodation for any further time, as the head cleaner reported that I was aggressive and rude towards her . I totally disagree that is true, never was behaviour anything but polite, respectful and appreciative to everyone I had contact with... I feel that I was not welcome at the hotel because I am a transgender female and would have to stand outside the front main entrance to the hotel to smoke a cigarette. As this is the only allowed spot . Odd ball's are not wanted out front when new guest's arrive... Housing NSW refuse to assist me any further with emergency accommodation because I have been refused by the Holiday inn. And with no choice now I am homeless and sleeping rough... Thankyou to the narrow minded snobs who are responsible for kicking me whilst I was am already down...

The food is pretty good here. And it doesn't take to long to order or recieve your order Can get busy but you can watch sport while you eat.

Great open venue space to host any events such as birthdays with plenty of room for kids entertainment from Candy Castle 2U. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking space.

Great location and close proximity to where I was travelling to for work related training. The service from staff was exceptional. Breakfast was nice, although I didn’t enjoy the egg on offer, I stuck to Bircher muesli and fruit, decent coffee. The rooms were clean, desk provided, overlooking a nice garden, very suitable for my stay. The only downside was because it’s located on the main road, I could hear a fair bit of car hoons doing burnouts etc, which was quite loud of a night time. Obviously Holiday Inn has no control over that.

Definitely take up the buffet breakfast offer. Great service & staff. Our rooms were cleaned each day & it gave us a great holiday experience. The firm pillows felt more soft & may need replacing but our overall experience was great

Now I went in with a friend for a drink and dinner. The indoor bar workers/ bartenders was rude and absolute disgusting behavior. I hope that they change them around and put them outside bars that don’t disturb the peace. Food is good abit overpriced. Thanks

Good place for accommodation and food. All staff are extremely friendly, approachable and professional. Hotel amenities are great. Food quality used to be good but slackened now! Had prawns which was very dry. Another night I had lamb shank, very dry inside and the sauce wasn't good either. Room was a bit dusty and uncomfortable bed. Always stay here frequently through work. Recommend this place whether it's a little get away, work or holiday trip. Sophie whom we normally deal with, is super friendly, helpful and responsive. Well done to their entire team for such great professionalism!
