Great play areas and very clean. The young woman there was friendly and working very hard to keep things tidy. The coffee she made was decent. We forgot socks and had to buy some, and they were not too expensive.

This indoor playground has just recently upgraded, it is freaking so fun here every thing here or ninja kids to toddler . Screening game activity and so much . Highly recommended for those kids love different so sporty , love the fresh food here specially wrap and pizza ooooo soo yummm .

The best play gym equipment we’ve seen & been on! Its openings are big enough for adults to get to kids if stuck. Generally awesome equipment! Such welcoming staff & we even got to meet the owners, such amazing aura. Our girls first time there & they loved it! Think we stayed for like a good 3hrs lol my nephews 2nd time & his parents were saying it’s improved soo much since they last attended(2 years ago). We loved it so much we’ve decided to celebrate our sons 1st birthday there in May☺️

Good place for kids & a safe playground so you can enjoy a coffee. Can I say the ladies at the cafe are just so lovely too.

We visited twice previously, the play equipment has been changed and the toddler area is fantastic! We decided to have out daughters 2nd birthday at Chipmunks Prospect! We had a fantastic time, the staff are friendly and helpful! Large variety of food options for kids and adults! Coffee is great as well! The owners are lovely and we will definitely be back! Sorry we were to busy having fun and didn't take any pictures!

We celebrated my son's 7th birthday here, and it was a fantastic experience! The place was clean and well-maintained. The unlimited play was perfect, allowing the kids to enjoy nonstop fun. Highly recommended!

The kids had fun - it was a bit strange with the no outside food policy, the lady even told me to pack my drink away if it wasn’t bought there. I would think a few snacks for kids is always ok especially how expensive things are and entry was $50 for 3 kids, oh and no bday cake/party bags unless you book a bday room, so that was disappointing.

My boys really love this place it's their number 1 place on their list for school holidays. It's clean compared to other play centres you go to. Just recently had a birthday party for my son there and the kids loved it. The staff were awesome and very easy to deal with. The girl looking after our party was very helpful and patient with the kids. I highly recommend attending this venue and even booking a function there for your kids.

I recently had my daughter’s birthday party at chipmunks prospect and you honestly can’t fault a thing. From the start of the process to the day and the end was seamless. The team are amazing. Very attentive, personal, flexible and extremely accomodating. I had stopped coming to chipmunks due to the poor experience and lack of cleanliness in the place however Since the new owners have taken over it has been amazing. The centre is amazingly clean, the food and coffee has changed and is delicious. The renovations have been a hit with the kids. So much to do for all age groups. Highly recommend.

My 4 grandkids really lighted up when we told them we were going to Chipmunks during school holidays. Great value, no time limit.

I absolutely love this playland! My children look forward to visiting almost every weekend, and during the school holidays, we make it a point to enjoy all the fun activities they offer, like basketball day and pizza baking day. The kids always leave satisfied and excited! The staff here are simply wonderful and truly care for the children, making every visit a delightful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this indoor play area—it's a solid 10/10!

SCARY a man was fighting a woman there it got serious they didn’t get the man out the place was full of kids seeing the searing an yelling I feel they should of called the police the lady manager couldn’t stop it herself was out of control. We won’t be back the kids have never witnessed such a scary abusive dangerous situation at a KIDS indoor park? Not happy police should have been called

It is definitely very cheap. But my kids got bored very quickly. Food is average. Compared to Chatswood, it is still far behind. Though it’s like $18 per kid all day vs $50.

My Grandkids love coming here. It is a great play centre brand new very clean and modern. Has interactive slides interactive ball pits ninja obstacle courses everything in one place. And great coffee

Fun area for kids with good atmosphere and service

I came to Chipmunks for the 1st time yesterday and was very impressed with this play centre so much that I came again today with a different child (I'm a nanny) The children loved it so much. The place is clean, the staff are very friendly and it's very reasonably priced. There is so much for the children to do, they can climb, there's small trampolines to jump on and lots of colourful foam blocks and balls to play with, it's great for all ages

Booked out the whole centre for my son ‘s 1st Birthday’ Family and guest and a great experience! Great customers and food. Definitely recommend this place :)

A wonderful, clean and awesome play center for kids and adults alike. I just did my son’s birthday party there, with a wide range of kids aged 1-12+. All the kids loved it. The food was fresh and clean, and the manager was considerate and well organized. She was helpful and was happy to accommodate all our needs. Wonderful service. Overall, will definitely come back.

I have taken my kids here 3 times now since the new renovations. This place has had a dramatic update its so fun with the new interactive games, the girl during the week serving at the Cafe is a hard worker always manages to stay on top of the orders

The renovation has made this place 100 times better. Both kids enjoyed the ball room and gaming wall. Had a hard time coaxing them down from the top level play area when it was time to go home. Only thing I'd say is to remove the coin operated claw machines. It's almost like pokies for kids.

Chipmunks hosted my sons 4th birthday party yesterday and it was fantastic! They recommended inviting guests an hour before the start time which which perfect. It allowed the children to play and get out their energy and excitement before being called to the party room. The food was right on time and individually packaged for each child. My son was pretty thrilled about his special birthday thrown he got to sit on. After a visit from Charlie the Chipmunk and cake, the kids went back out to play. We were assigned a party host who took care of the mess afterwards. It was a great and easy way to celebrate. Would definitely recommend.

Great play area and facilities, very clean and friendly staff. Disappointing that you don't allow a prepacked snack box for a toddler as the menu offers no fresh fruit or anything suitable if sandwiches and nuggets don't meet your child's needs.

Had my daughters 5th birthday there as a private party. Staff were amazing, helped with everything and anything. Spacious, clean and enjoyable. Eliane is always amazing to deal with. Highly recommend ❤️

Really great place. They just redid the whole play area and the fresh equipment is excellent. I'm a 5ft7 woman and my partner is a 6ft1 male and we could run after the 4 year old over all 3 levels with only some ducking down. The equipment is really sturdy and could hold our adult weight just fine to play along. The food prices are alright and tastes fine. Adults are free entry and kids entry prices are reasonable.

We came here to check out the new renovations and have a day out with our daughter Olivia! I must say this is the best play centre I have been too and we have been to a lot. It was super clean and staff were so beautiful we even met the owners and they welcomed us personally which is amazing in my eyes. The food is yummy and they have heaps of great treat options. We will definitely be back this is a great local family owned company with such great new equipment it’s a MUST try.

We went recently to check out the renovations and were super impressed! The under 5’s section is big with lots of fun things for the kids to do, my 3 year old had the best time there. There’s also a massive ball pit that’s lots of fun but not very deep. We had a look at the over 5’s section too and it was amazing! 3 levels with heaps of stuff to do. The whole place was very clean as well. We were there early on a Sunday and it didn’t really start to get busy until about 10:30-11. We ended up spending 3 hours there and my toddler could have stayed longer!

We celebrated our boy's birthday at Chipmunks Prospect after it was recently renovated. It was amazing! Nothing but compliments. The management and staff were great to deal with and every child had so much fun. Highly recommend checking this place out.

We hosted our nephews 3rd birthday after hours and it was the best night for both the children and the adults. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate and ensure everything was set up to our standard. On arrival the workers were cleaning the playground and made sure the toys were set up perfectly. The centre is so big and spacious, so many toys and activities for the kids to play with and so many tables and chairs for the adults to sit and mingle at. We all truly had a great night and will definitely be back for more!

We had our kids birthday party there recently, it was a private after-hours function. Can I just say this was beyond amazing!!!! The venue was spotless, it was organised, staff were so friendly and the manager was absolutely amazing!!!! We had no issues with anything! My guests absolutely loved how clean and bow amny different things the kids could play- the centre is massive! We served the food and the staff assisted(not that they had to), the manager even cut up our cake! I recommend this place a thousands times over. My son has already advised me he wants to go back for his next birthday! Thank you to the amazing team at Prospect.

Great plc for my kid near to my suburb.. reasonable price but should be more neat and clean.

Don’t know if other reviews are fake but this is the worst play centre I’ve ever been to. Staff is rude, unhelpful and seems like they don’t want to be here. The place is so hot and aircon was apparently already on. Kids were so hot that we had to leave. Expensive for was it is, $40+ for 3 kids aged 1,2 and 3 Would not recommend Crocs is a much better option

Came here yesterday morning for the first time in a little bit. Seemed as though its new owners, coffee was actually surprisingly great! Friendly people working there too. I love the toddler area, it’s one of the largest I’ve seen.

This was our first experience visiting an indoor play centre for my 11 month old. We wanted to test the waters to see if there was anything that she would be able to interact with at her age. She has just started pulling herself up and climbing the stairs at home so wanted to see if there was some soft play that she could safely climb. Overall she loved crawling around everywhere but I would have loved to see more climbing options for her age as the ones they have lead to the slides which she is not quite ready for but loved climbing the few stairs they had and they led to spots an adult can’t really get into to retrieve them when they get stuck.

I love taking my nieces and nephews to Chipmunks. They really enjoy their time playing, while I sit and have a coffee (by the way, their coffee is pretty good). Their food is also really nice too, I love their chicken tawouk wrap.

I love love this place so much. It’s very clean and very safe for kids. My kids love playing at chipmunks prospect and they ask to go play there at least once a week. I also had my sons birthday party at chipmunks prospect and it was such an easy process from start to finish. Eliane offered me a lot of help with picking the package, the food and the set up. She also helped me with last minute requests and all My guests were impressed with the set up and the food and the cleanness of the place.

My daughter was taken to this play area, the owner's children pushed my daughter out of the trampoline refusing to allow her to play. The owners did nothing to discipline their children nor did they apologise. This is unacceptable behaviour and a poorly run business to allow this type of behaviour. I'll be letting everyone I know in and around this area to never take their babies here. Disgusting. In response to your reply, I am aware this is not the first visit nor is it the first altercation with the owners children. It's interesting that you have a response tied in a nice bow. Yet my daughter left crying and telling her father she didn't wish to return due to the treatment she received.

Love the new management team. Super friendly staff, exceptionally centre and loads of fun for the kids. Don't forget to ask for the Tawook wrap - it's divine!

Great swrvice great food

We had my son’s fifth birthday there yesterday and it went so well! Communication for planning the event was easy and straightforward. The team checked in throughout the party and our host Emily did a great job 😊 Our package included a cake and party bags for each guest as well as a kids meal for each and unlimited play. Could not have asked for a better day - our little man (and his friends) loved moving between the play areas while the adults relaxed at the reserved table. Would recommend for all!
