Venue is great, the food is ordinary. I ordered a Veal marsala hotpot dish. Lots of sauce and mushrooms. The veal was tough and chewy. Disappointing

The staff at Wests Ashfield have been amazing in accommodating our event needs, going above and beyond in their flexibility when we have had some late changes

Bought Mediterranean plate last night, meat was either overcooked or undercooked and would not recommend, other meals were ok We went there as noted Italian restaurant, apart from the name no staff in the kitchen were Italian or European

we are the member there often enjoy the gaming machine and dinning at their restaurant. somedays have kid eat free.

Food options limited. Pokies alot older versions and you can't even have a flutter because your $20 dollars is gone in minutes. Been twice won't be going back

Food has really gone down hill, we used to come here all the time but since the restaurant changed over its really not good. Really disappointing it used to be a great place

Was playing a pokie machine today when I won free games on a large bet. Couldn't get the feature to start as the machine was faulty. The staff opened it and couldn't fix it and was told that a technician would have a look at it and when it was fixed would would film the free games so that I had proof of my winnings. When I phoned back later that night I was told that another technician would have to look at it as they needed a part. How do I now have any faith that if" I see any winnings that it would be true reflection of what I would have won if the machine had not been touched (or "tampered with") 3 times by various people. I realise any thing mechanical can break but I will always have that feeling that I was "ripped off" especially as it was on a large bet. Never had this happen at other clubs but I can say that I won't return as that feeling of being "ripped off" and that it was "dodgy" won't disappear for me."

The service in the pokies is slow.

First visit to this beautiful club for lunch today. From the moment you enter this club you are greeted by such lovely staff. So impressed with staff from the bar and Villaggio restaurant as well. Lunch outstanding. Have now joined the club and look forward to returning soon.

First time and outstanding you need to be hungry as serves at Villaggio are generous and great staff we will be back

Only gambling place... only one restaurant which is v pricey though.... no fun activities for children or ladies

After new management, the menu has changed in a good way. There's no free kids ice cream anymore, but I can accept it.

Great variety of places to eat and family friendly

Great place to meet has special events coffee shop chineese restaurant and Italian great place for night out with family and friends and has plenty of parking.

It's a nice club but there's not much there. 1 level is for pokies. 2nd level has 2 restaurants. There isn't much reason to return.

Fish and chips only $6. Nice casino. Italian restaurant. Very clean place to play.

Great all round experience that started with a warm welcome at the Front Desk. Extended to the Food & Bev offering in The Bistro. Lovely decor in The Bistro too

I came here with my son for lunch but then we saw the prices.Shcoking how much it is for everything like all the pizzas were more than 20 dollars and they were like store bought quality not as good as other restaurants, for price it is pretty disappointing of the quality of the food.And then we have a Nutella pizza, what is that?But the barbecue chicken wings were pretty good for price.

Always enjoy a resch and the meals

Stopped in for a drink here and plugged my electric car in the car park only to come back to see the club switched the power off and left a big note saying I’m not allowed to charge my EV in their car park. For a club that dedicates most of its floor space to profiting god knows how much money from addiction via the pokies, you’d think they wouldn’t care too much about someone taking about $2 worth of electricity while visiting their premises. As always with these types of clubs you’re always going to better off supporting local businesses for a drink or feed, rather than these greedy gambling venues. UPDATED: HI Jeremy. Yes, I understand the need to upgrade the circuit if EV charging equipment were to be installed, even those with charging rates as low as 5kW. But the equipment I was using was a simple cable for the car - it uses between 1kW and 2 kW, less than your air conditioning systems plugged into the same circuit and less than many of your other appliances. They are designed specifically to plug in to existing circuits, and are in no way a threat. I really think the club needs to rethink its policy on this matter. Many of your members will be transitioning to EVs and will appreciate the support you provide. Either by allowing trickle charging, or at some point providing AC charging equipment - which would of course need a circuit upgrade. Perhaps one day, if they were plugged in, they could help keep the lights on in the club, and the pokies running, in case of a network fault.

Went to a function at lunchtime. The servings of food were very substantial. The staff were very accommodating to the needs of the group. A most enjoyable day.

Good for kids. Ask for a table near the play area

Helpful front end staff

I was so surprised with the decor of this place. It was my first experience and loved it. I was there with my toddler, the staff at the entrance and in the cafe were extremely helpful and kind. Very clean toilets and tables. The little kids area was fine for my toddler to explore. I look forward to having a kid free experience soon for some cocktails with friends.

Best wood fire pizza. Great atmosphere and price is decent. The wood fire pizza base is done really nicely.

Nice Club with 2 restaurants and 1 bar/cafe inside. Not far from Ashfield and Summer Hill Stations

We have been here a few times and always had a good value and tasty meal in a reasonable time. However, today the waiting time in both restaurants was 40+ minutes and as we were short in time we decided to order some food from the bar. The ordered meat pie was a vegetable pie and only half warm, the chicken and avocado wrap (which came in a sealed plastic bag) was half chicken, but the other half most strangely roasted tomato. Really poor experience and definitely not recommended!

I had a very good experience today. Had a capricciosa pizza and it was delicious, I felt that I was back in Italy. The new play area is very good and safe. The manager Helen provided us a very good service. Highly recommend this club.

Service are poor take me 20 minutes to get my order and take 20 minutes to give my drink ,and not much people in the morning better improve your services
