*Watch-Out* Their kiosk machine is taking money but the order is not confirmed. They have overcharged 3 times and I am struggling to get my money back. It has been more than a week. Very Poor response. The landline was faulty. I would not go again there .

Waited 28 minutes for our 2 wraps with small chips and the crumbed chicken was burnt. We thought to get a quick meal for lunch in the food court, never thought that we had to wait half an hour for our meal. Poorly managed and low standards with what is being served. Never again!

Worst Schmitz in Melbourne. We had a member card which gives us access to the promo which is a Schmitz meal with a drink. After taking my payment, the manager claims that my card is unverified and refused to give my daughter her drink, bloody scam and unscrupulous behaviour! SHAME ON YOU SCHNITZ !!! DISGUSTING!

Have been here many times. OMG is always my favourite. To be honest, OMG was nicer in the past. Too much lettuce and lack other ingredients. Having said that, I still enjoy it. All to our own taste.

Terrible service. Gave my order to the wrong person but didn't think to find the person who ordered. After 19mins I realized how long I had been waiting. My food had been sitting there behind the counter for the past 15mins.... Hopeless staff, who dont care. Won't go back.

Came here on a Thursday 29 Aug 2024 at around 7pm and ordered a spicy chicken status quo in a wrap. Wasn’t what I’m used to, it was just absolutely horrendous and bad. Schnitz used be one of my go to places but it has gone down hill. Service was not the best nor the friendliest, and the food was the worse, as the schnitzel was burnt. Couldn’t even finish it bcos it was so bad. It’s like they don’t even care anymore that even the chips are no longer the same anymore.

Ordered a spice of life only to realise there was not a single chilli or jalapeno throughout. The wrap felt smaller and less filled. The wrapping style of paper around the wrap was also a bit unusual compared to other schnitz stores. Need some training. Disappointed with my experience.

Great food, terrible workers. I ordered on the tablets upfront which did not print a receipt. I waited at the pick up area, where I heard my name getting called. The worker handed over the paper bag but the second someone else came next to me in the pick up area, she held back my bag - didn’t want to hand it over. Until she’s convinced this other women wasn’t after my order. I genuinely think your worker will give this other lady my order if she said it’s hers. She said - oh it’s your order. (Of course it is) I felt she was disrespectful. I only bought because my son asks for Schnitz all the time. Good food, bad service. Your workers can make or break your franchise. Time is 12:30pm, 14 July 2024. Suggest a nice counselling chat to the team.

Friendly staff. Fast service

Today the three female staff at front did not take my order for 10 minutes and just stood there talking to each other so I ordered on the self serve machine but when a group of boys walked up to order they got served straight away. Pretty poor effort and disappointing.

One of my favourite places to have my brunch. They have and friendly skilled staff who tries their best to cater the customer and provide top notch food. They have vegetarian, halal, gluten free options which opens a broad set of choices.

Tried their burger and sweet potato chips, and it was delicious, filled with flavour and schnitzel had no fat or taste of chemicals and filler. Service and staff friendly too! Would recommend.

The schnitzel and chips chicken at the restaurant was absolutely mouthwatering! The schnitzel itself was perfectly crispy and topped with the most flavorful ingredients. And let's not forget about the chips – they were cooked to perfection! Every bite was like a delightful explosion of textures and flavors. Order via the app, which says Pickup in 25min. Got to the store in 2 Min after ordering and waited for like 20min. No order status update in the app or the store. I finally asked what's happening with my order only to realise my order was sitting there ready the whole time. Shouldn't the staff let people know when order is ready or the app/store have some order update notice somewhere?

Tasty food

Ordered online to pickup an order, removed chilli and jalapeños on loaded fries and it came with both all over the top. Couldn’t eat around the chilli as it was on everything and had to throw my meal away. Not impressed and haven’t got a refund or review button on actual website.

Oily chicken, noisy and unfriendly staff. Would avoid this particular Schnitz.

The food at Schnitz The Glen is amazing. Chefs cook the chicken perfectly, and FOH assembles the wraps with the freshest ingredients. The staff are incredibly kind. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Always behave as energetic staff

the food always been good but recently i noticed that the schnitz sticks all burned and still serve to customers, more than twice i have burned schnitz sticks which i couldnt complaint at the spot as my food was a take away by someone. Schnitz The Glen please do not serve your customer with burned chicken.

I have lunch here often and the staff and service is just AMAZING!! Food is always cooked perfect and I love my chips hot and they never disappoint. Shout out to the amazing manager Paige, and also to Josh and the team, you guys are AMAZING!!!!!!

Came in today for lunch and got served by the lovely area manager Paige who went above and beyond for me! The service was friendly and I got my meal in less than 5 mins! I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered the American or americano whatever its called in a meal for $28, asked for dine and the lady gave in bag.. chips seems the oil is not changed in 2 weeks and they were soggy... burger seemed to be burnt and tasteless.. never eating again. $1.20 for sauce... well done!!

Was served by the gloomiest looking girl who obviously looked like she hated working there. No smile, no expressions, I would’ve rather ordered from a robot. The fries n burger were soggy and disappointing. Nothing compared to the standards elsewhere.

This is honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced, Josh and Paige may be the most rude people I have ever had the misfortune to meet. I got a burger meal and asked for substitutions when I tried to explain the burger was made wrong and I’d like them to remake it, I was informed that they wouldn’t and they proceeded to tell me that I had ordered it wrong even while the showed them the receipt to prove I was right. I will NEVER be coming here again I’d rather drive anywhere else than give them a single cent of my money and I’ll be sure to make sure family and friends do the same. I’m telling everyone I know how terrible Josh and Paige were. Paige being the rudest out of the two….

Food was I credibly expensive. I paid AUD $7.00 for what is perceived as a large chips for my child, who most birds eat more than her, and it did not fill her. This is pitiful. Definitely will not return

These clowns charge a $1.20 for a tiny tub of sauce. Even if you spend $16 on a meal you gotta pay extra for sauce. I suggest you go someone else that doesn't price gauge.

$8.90 for a mini wrap. I watched the girl make these and she literally ripped once slice of tomato in half between our two wraps and then did the same with a piece of cheese. You expect customers to pay $10 for a wrap with half a tomato piece and half a piece of cheese. That is just ridiculous!!! Don't be so stingey. Update: I did email them like they had said to in a reply but magically nobody replied via email & now their comment is gone.

Best chip

Schnitz is seriously underrated. It’s Australian made and owned, cooked fresh to order, generously portioned and don’t even get me started on the addictive seasoning on the chips. I don’t know why I don’t eat it more often!

The guy who took our order was so mean. Ordered veg wrap and gave us chicken. He was not even paying attention to what we are ordering. $40 all waste.
