Has to be new owners. Was amazing, now not so much. Cancelled all orders through uber eats one night, so drove up to get my maccas fix and waited in drive thru for 20 minutes.

Tried to call Kirrawee maccas tonight and place an order and the employee on the phone was so rude for no reason and when I said “hey can I place an order please?” They said NO! and hung up for no reason at all when I was just tryna order dinner for my fam so I will never be ordering from there again. Employee was female and the manager on the 23/2/25

Drive through is very slow on serving foods, it takes almost 30 minutes every time , to get the order from drive through.

We order from the drive through here every couple of months. Often get the wrong thing or missed items. Tonight we almost didn't receive half the order and we had 1 toy with 3 happy meals. Needless to say, children not happy! Can't get through on the listed Google phone number to provide feedback. Suggest one checks one's order before driving home..

This Kirrawee outlet consistently dishes up the wrong burger. I ordered an Hawaiian McCrispy Burger. What Pineapplet did I get, looking at what is available I would say it resembles a McChicken Deluxe with a small slice of tomato. This is the 4th time this has happened. I made a formal complaint with the first incorrect burger. The problem persists So what is missing; Pineapple, bacon, cheese. What should not have been on it, Tomato.

Always a problem with meals from here.

Ain't nothing wrong with this McDonald's. The young staff try their hardest to serve one of the busiest McDonald's in the shire. They do a great job 👍👍

Seems the kids working there are too preoccupied with gossiping, so many times my order has been wrong. Food has always been fresh thankfully.

Maccas is way too expensive for how basic and cheap the food is. $3 for a hash brown, you’ve got your pricing all wrong

Went to the drive in, fish fillet hanging off the burger and along with the fries were cold. Thought oh well a one off. Same again 5 days later.

We ordered almost $100 of food through drive through. The order was accurate, the food tasted fresh and the staff were polite. We had a short wait in a bay for the whole order to be brought out.

⌚ Food took five minutes to arrive. ✨ Almost every table was needing to be wiped down. I spotted families wiping down their own table when arriving. 🧹 There was rubbish on the ground. ☺️ The staff member was friendly. Overall: Just a shame that Maccas don't place a strong focus on store appearance.

They give you the wrong order , they won’t refund you after they have made the mistake and had to travel back to return the goods . Maybe if the manager wasn’t on his phone while working it wouldn’t happen

Adriana’s service was outstanding, so friendly and accommodating while every other staffs there working with their poker faces. Being in hospo industry for over 7 years I know its hard to fake smiling at all times but at least you gotta show that you enjoy what you do and sh did amazing👏🏻

We came in the evening and the staff so rude and didn't care about my missed order the place was so dirty you couldn't find a clean table and the bins overflowing and don't get me started on the bathroom.

Always forgetting something in my order for years that's why I hardly bother with this store . Food is cold 90% of the time as well and poorly constructed burgers

When I went into McDonald’s yesterday I ordered on the touch screen and payed for the item, the number/receipt didn’t print out so I thought the payment didn’t go through so I had to go to another machine and then that one worked. When I got home and checked the payments. The first one actually went through without it printing the number. So I,ve been charged the amount without getting a number for my food.

So many times I get food here and it's cold. I will wait for freshly made but hate cold food.

They honoured my purchase last week by menu log who delivered the wrong delivery and said no refund by menu log to me as I explained I had a knee replacement and couldn't get to McDonald's so they called me a loyal customer and cancelled my refund and got nothing,thanks Beth and other lady manager tonight for for filling my order and shouting a guy who took me there I met whilst sitting in my chair on the front porch in pain,thanks to sage as well.

Good Maccas. Relatively fast service. The restaurant area was a little bit dirty but it was clear they were understaffed that night.

Ordered a large meal and my large chips was half full. Unfortunately took. I ordered drive-thru and was home before I realised this.

Absolutely USELESS. Order TWO squid game nuggets meal boxes. MISSING COKE, MISSING NUGGETS, MISSING BOTH COOKIES, MISSING ALL SAUCES. Go back to the restaurant so they can replace pretty much the WHOLE order. Sauce not even full even though we asked for it to be full and the rude woman who handed the order was laughing like wasting our time driving back there was a big joke. Absolutely disgusted. You should be ashamed or yourselves and I'll never recommend you guys to anyone.

Be careful if you are on the way to work before 5am. Service was terrible today 17min in the drive thru and only two cars in front. Food was cold and I was almost late to work.

Drive through service is dreadful. Absolutely no customer service. Young staff here need a good Manager to teach the right skills

They took my money from my online order then tried saying they lost my order🤦‍♀️ I showed them my bank account and my maccas code to prove it. Then they gave me cold milk for a large hot chocolate 🤌

Staff at drive through window just hand out my order while continuing to talk to other staff and laughing engaged in their conversation. This is my McFlurry….not even half full !! If you look closer you can see no ice cream has even touched the sides of the cup.

Good never tastes fresh not even once ever get food delays and waiting bay 95% of the time for small orders other locations are much much busier and never have such delays

They forgot my Nuggets, always forgetting stuff, how hard is it to check the bag, it shouldn’t be my job to check it.

Never a park in this place so drive though (which is always packed af) keep driving to the next one or visit a local Cafe.

great! their frozen coke machine and ice cream machine is NEVER broken (in my experience), all drinks are filled to the top and the chips are always fresh and salty. staff are always happy which is a nice change especially from sylvania maccas

as a previous maccas worker, RE TRAIN YOUR STAFF 1 to many occasions where kirrawee maccas keep messing up my order so badly, whether i ask for no onions and pickles and them putting it on the burger and it even says it on the slip or them adding egg after asking for it to be removed... & the best to come, ordering a FC HC and receiving an almond hot chocolate or getting a cap instead of a HC i always try to give the benefit of the doubt but when there are no cars waiting its very hard to understand how someone doesn't read the order correctly
