Avoid, lazy staff and manager. No accountability. If you buy something and have problem with it, they will just pass you around and won't take responsibility. Don't waste you're money here, may as well buy it from Temu or Wish(LOL), better customer service.

Nice people but a little overpriced

Do not buy extended warranty from Bing Lee!! When you about to claim Bing Lee will tell you is nothing to do with them, and it's up to the warranty company. And I have the warranty company told me they can't find my warranty policy they need atleast 2 business days to find my policy and yet I have full load washing stuck in wash machine will be sitting there for a week until they find my policy and proceed the claim might need another few days for them to show up to fixed it. It just lots of crab

Worst service ever. Bought a Philips Electronic Lock from them for 1000 dollars. An experienced installer tried to install the lock at my home but the screw threads did not open with the Allen Key provided. He also tried to open with another allen key and it did not work. When I came to Binglee with a complaint, the staff blamed that my installer damaged the lock. Good companies take care of their customers and help them when there is a slight chance that the product could be faulty. Unfortunately, Binglee Blacktown does not understand this.

Customer service or customer assistance is something I didn’t even see there. We spent about 20 mins but the staff didn’t even bother except the guy at the entrance who pointed us towards the correct section. It was not busy but seems unorganised. Most shelve looked empty. Can’t comment if they actually assist the customers.

Would not recommend. Poor communication from staff after having difficulty with miscommunication about delivery and stock. Raised a complaint directly to BL and was advised store manager would get in contact with me which never happened. They can't even be bothered to contact me to apologise. Disappointing when we paid thousands on new appliances and have previously purchased many times. I will not return.

The store is ok. Sales are great. The courier is terrible... So impolite... For him, the best is stay home 24 hours wait for him, but he cannot wait you for more than 5 mins... Unfortunate, cannot buy from this store. Cannot buy things without delivery

I made a purchase from Bing Lee, Blacktown. When I got home, I found it difficult to put the product together. I rang Bing Lee, they were more than happy to help me. Their customer service was amazing, I will definitely be back. Special shout out to Julie and James for their help today. Highly recommend this store.

Great experience and customers service provided by Johnny. We were shopping around for all the whitegoods for our newly built home, usually i am a minimum 3 quotes type however we were lucky enough to have Johnny assist us on the day and due to his friendly nature and knowledge of the stock & availability we decided to order all our goods from Bing Lee. Johnny also followed up regarding delivery dates, with a new build its not always easy to co-ordinate deliveries however Johnny made the process seamless. True asset to Bing Lee, thank you Johnny once again.

I had bought dishwasher from here and was firstly provided with a faulty dishwasher. Then I was swapped with another dishwasher, which was an already used dishwasher. Bing Lee has given me the worst 3 weeks of my life with all the stress. AVOID AT ANY COST!!!

DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY WITH MOHAMMAD AND HORRIBLE PRODUCTS He is absolutely one of the worst sale person that I have ever met. Due to his inability to do his job properly, I have been struggling for almost a year trying to get a refund for a product that ruined my tiles. Bought Robrock s7 based on his recommendation and once I used it, it scratched and left marks on my tiles. Went back to him within 30 days and he said we cannot return or exchange and my dad took his word for it. Ever since then I have been passed like a basket ball between Bing lee Blacktown and Robrock company. Both refuse to take accountability for their actions and their faulty products. Many customers like me have experienced the same problem and nothing has been done. I have submitted photos of the damage to my floors to both companies and yet they deemed the product “good, and non faulty”, and they told us to buy another mop pad which made absolutely no difference. Mohammad customer service is disgusting and he is beyond rude. Uninterested in the problem and doesn’t give a damn about how the customer is feeling and how much frustration they being put through. If he had taken the product within the 30 days or exchanged it I would’ve not been here a year later trying to exchange and refund. It’s a 800 product and it’s absolutely unacceptable that they recommend something to the customer and when it doesn’t work, they don’t give two damns. everyone in the store is unhelpful, even the manager (David). Don’t buy from this store at all and research the product before you buy, because I can assure you if I had research robrock s7 I would’ve never made the purchase.

Great place to shop, bought the big fridge - price match and beat, delivered and collected the old one. Mohammad was great and easy to deal with.

We have purchased some items at bing lee blacktown and i must admit that Mohammad who was the sales person was just amazing with his customer services. I really appreciated his help and support. Highly recommend this store and Mohammad as the sales person.

The store is situated in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. I reached exactly at 5 pm on Sunday and store was closed but staff inside opened the door and let me pick up the order . The store has good parking and is accessible.

Amazing place for buy any appliances. I went there on Thursday night for get coffee espresso machine. The gentleman looks after me and my partner very well and helpful. They also have a lot of discount when you in the store. You can use your AFTERPAY as well so awesome. I will keep buying appliances from Bing lee. Warm welcome and friendly service.

I did an online order for a specific Sony soundbar whilst visiting the area These guys had it in stock (when most others didn't) and the click and collect was completed quickly. The price was equally cheapest when compared to their competitors. So all in all it was a great shopping experience. I highly recommend Bing Lee at Blacktown.

Be aware if you have product issues terrible service bought a aircon and arranged with this store for installation Aircon still under warranty had Electrolux out direct as bing lee refuse to help jus said call them directly Electrolux came out said installation was not done correctly and need to refer to installer came back after numerous calls to bing lee store refusing to give us company they used to install went to shop manager Steven very rude told us he cant find who they used and then left to the staff room doing who knows what and never came back to the front Do not buy from this store!!!! Stuck with a bogey install and a product under warranty i can fix as bing lee installers was bodgey

I was looking for a vacuum cleaner and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and efficient , they were professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how it worked. Bing Lee has all you electrical and gas kitchen appliances and very reasonable prices. It's a one stop shop that excites me. I love it and the best staff in the other places I've been.

Not sure if it is me but this store seems under staff. You have look for someone for help. Once you find someone they are helpful.

Mismanagement on this branch, they called me couple of times on the weekend conforming that my order ready but when I went there they said sorry we mistakenly called you. Totally disappointed.

Don't buy from here. Ordered same day delivery before their cut off time but was called and told that they won't be able to do it. I now have to wait 5 days before i get my refund and can't actually get the product i wanted until my refund gets to me

Disappointed that item shown for sale was a white cooktop, stainless steel was supplied. Yes, the fine print identified the stainless steel, but the picture was not. Always read the fine print, we got caught.

Bit of a drive now Rouse Hill is closed but cannot fault the team at Blacktown. Very helpful and great prices (got a grill for $250 which Myer had for $400). Good to see they are taking COVID seriously while maintaining their customer service.

Bing Lee Blacktown were great when our dishwasher broke two days before Christmas. They called to clarify our order and had the new dishwasher ready for collection first thing on Christmas Eve. We could drive up to the store loading dock and the loaded it straight into our car. Thanks Bing Lee. I'm really happy I don't have to do the Christmas dishes by hand!

Had one of the worst customer relation experiences. Bought a fridge Haier brand in 2020 May and in September this year - the compressor exploded. After the inspection by the supplier - when I called the saleswoman who originally sold the fridge to get an update, she was rude and told me ‘You cannot call me every 5 minutes' what I was doing was calling her after 2 hours for follow up on her previous respond. Mainly she did not have the best knowledge of the product range and she offered me by her knowledge a fridge that's a lower capacity than the fridge I originally bought. when I said they have to give an either equal capacity fridge or higher one she said the only other option is the refund of the original amount. When I asked to speak to a manager , they after discussing a while transferred the call to an assistant manager called and he said ' What I am asking is replace a Toyota to a Lamborghini ' . that's how ignorant and rude those people were. it was not their product and whey are the retailer if the same does not exists they should get the other best option and replace to the customer. that’s how everywhere else works. Finally, when I asked to refund the money - they came back and said that the fridge they are offering is the similar capacity. Bing Lee Blacktown staff were extremely rude, the sales team's product knowledge was extremely poor and if by any chance the same capacity product does not exist - you will not get a replacement that value your original investment.

Sales team commits something but you get something else. THey charged me installation fee for washing machine and fridge but the guy came and left the machine saying its a custom laundry. What a joke and they wont refund the installation fee of over $180. Dont take their installation service, its a joke...

I purchased an air fryer using the con-tactless pick up. Whilst the goods were placed in my boot by a staff member I still had to sign a document for receipt of the goods. I touched the staff members clipboard and pen.

Purchased solar panels for my CCTV cameras, easy transaction. Rang the next day to purchase a pair of hair clippers, $79 on their website but $69 on the Shaver Shop website. I rang to ask how I can get that price when ordering online, but the guy at the Blacktown store refused to price match. I guess the fact the Bing Lee website says they price match is a lie.
